I wonder if token holders will receive some privileges or benefits on GOODWORK?
The company has provided a number of bonuses for the token holders, which will make the life of employees easier and allow them to focus on work, rather than on solving some administrative tasks. Bonuses – that’s cool, of course, but what exactly do they mean? I have seen information that there will be available, for example, “meetings and seeing-off at the airport”, a translator, organization of various meetings and much more. I still don’t understand if only token holders will be able to use the services of the company? No, the services of GOODWORK spaces can be used by other companies as well. They will just have access to less services than the token holders.

if I got it right, GoodWork is going to focused on big teams and companies. I dont think it’s the best choice. You gonna lose a lot of votes.
Where did you read about it? GoodWork is going to have different live-works: Small, Medium, Large and Global. So Small one is going to be for companies with small teams, right? Correct. Small Live-work is the area less than 100 sq meters including litchen and bathroom area. And the team is 10 people or less. If the team consists of 17 people, what then? In this case, medium will work. The area is 100-200 sq meters and can include up to 20 people. It also includes a reception and a negotiating office.

I worked in a major organization for more than 10 years already, and regardless to their good prosperity, they have never tried to renew the office or make it more comfortable and convenient. I havent been working there for several years already and dunno what happens there.
It seems to me that it’s the direction which GoodWork will work in. At least, they consider changing the employers attitude to human labor and its conditions one of their main tasks. I agree. In fact, modern companies should work in this direction ‘cause human labor is one of the most important things in any business. The working environment should be mobile, should not make you feel uncomfortable. It should contribute to productive work of each employee, so that they do not waste their time. If GoodWork implements it, I'll applaud them standing. Another big problem is that some employees spend several hours a day to get to the office and then get home. This repels some specialists from working in companies, so organizations lose valuable personnel. Well, the founders of GoodWork agree with you. They believe that the way from home to work and back should not take more than 20 minutes. And it’s reasonable to assume that they will also solve this problem. Do you mean that they will provide companies with offices that will be located in the immediate vicinity of the location of their employees? Yes, that is right. Companies can choose working spaces for their employees in such a way that they do not have to spend several hours a day on the road.
