Many of us have a spreadsheet or we have read many posts with the best known managers (most of them are Legendary users) and their new bounty campaigns, but the reality is that it is not about managers to be paid for the hard work we do because if the project does not get enough funds, Nobody receives their reward. Everything depends on the success of the project, that is clear.
As for managers, do you take into consideration the rank of the user who manages the campaign?
Because I've seen Sr members in campaigns promoted by Jr. Members, so I don't know if the level of user is a deadline between Trustful, Scam or Successfully ICOs.
No, I think if you're a Manager of a bounty campaign, you should at least have a good rank or good standing. Just the usual stuff, you can't really trust newbies as Manager because people will avoid it like plague. |

What's the point in distributing 2% towards bounties??
Those people will flip the tokens as soon as they get them, and it's usually much less people than it looks like due to multi-account.
Also the quality of the post is very low even for hero and "legendary" members.
If I had a coin I would never ever distribute part of the tokens towards bounties; I'd see that as a kick in the nuts to legit ICO participants.
I see that you only talk about the bad side for 2% of the total amount of token. What about the good side? You got a free PR for your ICO on social media by participants with likes and retweets. You got someone to bump up your ANN thread so it can be catch up eyes of some investor. You got the chance to have people take up their time to hold your trash token. Need more? |

Many people get angry because there is a merit system which makes it difficult for us to up rank or because of rising bitcoin prices that make everyone want to earn money with dirty (greedy)

Merit actually a good thing for Bitcointalk since it was a choke point for the attempt of holding multi-account to farm in bounty campaign. Of course, a lot low rank like you and me don't like it since it quite hard for us to rank up but I think it still better than above. |

Reduce your TRX because in my opinion, don't put too much in lending coin. Increase BTC stake or maybe invest it toward smart contract coin like ETH or NEO. |

Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.
I will be honest so... No, I don't think cryptocurrency will complete replacing fiat or paper money. |

Hello everybody , I am kind of new to this world. I have made some investments in the altcoin , I think I have some good coins wich I can trust more in my portofolio like PRL , Onions , Dubai Coin and in my opinion Potcoin also. I also have some coins like Verge , Power Ledger , Dogecoin in wich I dont have that much trust but I really just can't sell them , I'm like afraid that they will rise good and I will regret selling them. I have some coins on my mind wich I will also like to add to my portofolio but it seems like my only option is to deposit more fiat money and buy them also , because I really can't convince myself to sell any coin  . Do any have this problem, have this fear of selling altcoins before they rise from the buy price , I really can't give up on anything I buy If it doesnt make a huge jump to generate some profit For that kind of coin, you could sold your stake instead the coin like normal. |

i dont understand how to claim that coins  i exported and scv file from electrum with alot of keys. then i synced the full node complettly. this needed 2 weeks -.- now i have the full synced wallet open and dont find an import button lol. how to claim my coins? Electrum always hard for do this kind of thing. |

Yes, i know i sounds like a bad guy, but i just couldn't get this girl out of my head. we talked few times, i do not have her number yet. the moment her friends told me she has a boyfriend already was my most heartbreaking moment. and i'm still heartbroken. yeah i don't know what she's done to me lol until i'm so crazy for her.
Mostly the advice i received is move on and find another girl. i don't know what i can do or what should i do. anyone has experience in this kind of situation can offer some advice?
