Internet is anymous. No one can track the transaction that was made it. No personal identity was provided and wallets might be trackable but not accessible to anyone. Government cannot touch bitcoin unless they shutdown internet all over the world.

What's good about my situation is I can hold the coins whenever I want since I dont need money too much. This is an advantage for me since I have another job. But the best way to do is to be wise on your decision. As long as you dont nees that money bettee hold it then.

I will prefer to buy during ICO why? Because if you are really an investor you are going to support the project given that you like it and know what will happen. Well, this is what I've notice, bitcoin will fall under 6K mark but will go back 8K in few weeks. This is happening for at least past 3 months. I think price will increase if the FUD stop spreading or I hope the market is not being manipulated.
