the biggest issue will be getting existing exchanges to swap to MainNet. If no exchanges support erc20 version, then people will be pretty much forced to convert. But if, say, Cobinhood refuses to implement MainNet or convert their tokens, then people will still be able to trade ERC20 there.
The other thing, is once MainNet is released, we need a big exchange to support it almost immediately. Otherwise, there is 0 point for users to convert to UTN since they will only be traded in ERC20 format. Once a few large exchanges start supporting MainNet, then you could change URS to only allow to convert UTNP -> UTN

I wouldn’t think ALQO is being targeted by the SEC, they‘ll focus on regulating and controlling ICOs first. Other than that, the main platform for trading ALQO should be Bitfineon anyway, which is located in Switzerland. The SEC can’t do anything about it.

IP addresses you’re talking about (dynamic ones) are not constantly changing, you’re just getting a new one for each networking session (instead of having a constant one, static). For eg, for a cellular network you get a new IP each time you turn on and off airplane mode (hence, reconnect to the network).
