Just watch this project, seems it have really good perspectives in future. Want to ask, how you will deal with upcoming regulations of cryptocurrency which coming to us after G20 summit members will research blockchain technologies?
we will not fight regulation. we will be within the limits of regulation and legality this is the key to growth. Regulation is introduced in order to protect investors from fraudulent projects. And to ensure the security of their investments. We want our investors to be legally protected, so our legal positioning will be as open and transparent as possible Thats perfect what you don't trying to hide and make work of your project top secret. But in my opinion this regulations still should have some influence on this project also. And what about security of investments, can you be more detailed, how are you planning to do that? Firstly, the system of control over investment fees and the targeted use of collected funds. Control over the targeted use of collected funds is something that no one does. Control of risk factors. Secure the storage of funds. Competent diversification. Legally understandable scheme of investment and guarantees. Legally elaborated document agreement on the tokens sale/investment contract. It looks really reliable, and I think its worth to invest here, atleast until we have that opportunity. And are you ready to that our government maybe will block all that connected with cryptocurrencies? |

Просмотрел проект, выглядит и правда очень перспективно. Хотелось бы уточнить, как вы будете справляться с будущими регуляциями криптовалюты которые придут к нам после исследования blockchain участниками summit g20?
Как заметил человек выше, мы не будем бороться с регулированием, мы будем в рамках регулирования и законности это залог роста. Регулирование вводится для того чтобы обезопасить инвесторов от мошеннических проектов. И гарантировать защищенность их инвестиций. Мы хотим чтобы наши инвесторы были защищены юридически, поэтому наше юридическое позиционирование будет максимально открытым и прозрачным. Очень хорошо что вы не пытаетесь скрывать и делать секреты из работы своего проекта. Но на мой взгляд влияние от этих регуляций всё-таки должно произойти. А что насчет защищенности инвестиций, не могли бы вы уточнить каким именно образом? Во первых система контроля за инвестиционными сборами и целевым использованием собранных средств. Контроль за целевым использованием собранных средств это то, что ни кто не делает. Контроль факторов риска. Обеспечение безопасного хранения средств. Грамотная диверсификация. Юридически понятная схема инвестирования и гарантии. Юридически проработанный документ договора о покупке токенов/инвест договора. Выглядит довольно надёжно, думаю стоит вложиться сюда, пока есть такая возможность. А готовы-ли вы к такому повороту, что наше государство может пойти по стопам некоторых других, и полностью встать в оппозицию к криптовалюте? |

I heard that for the soonest time, the administration of the project plans to make a listing on the EtherDelta exchange, many tokens for this are allocated?
Yes indeed, the TYV token will soon be seen on EtherDelta, for this is allocated 10% of the total number of released tokens. This is pretty much value, i think it's really serious vision here, if they did decision to make it so much. |

Создание и развитие группы телеграм тоже будет большим шагом к развитию проекта.
Уверен что без телеграм-конференции (группы) тут не обойтись, тем более будет где обсудить и рядовым пользователям биржи, а не только участникам Bitcointalk'а |

yes you are right, I agree with you by using a blockchain based system to enable the business directly contact each other, it is very possible to be a big successful project.  You absolutely right in your opinion, this days blockchain-based projects are have much more chances to go well, then others. Sure it will be good. |

Day trading Litecoin is very easy, you just need to search for an exchange that has low fees so you can actually make money on it. Can you make me advice what's good exchange for trading LTC for day? I wanna try it. Also i think if you want to invest in LTC in long-term you should to it partially, like btc/ltc 70/30%, or close to this |

Well, you must understand that I want everything at once. Without a website to look in vain, white paper does not give confidence. I like the project, I like the idea. You need to think more globally. The project is in the planning stage, there is a plan, there is an idea, there is a road map and white paper. All the stops will also appear in the future. Нет, ограничений нет. Но ввиду того что биржа себя не рекламирует на данный момент не думаю что могут возникнуть проблемы с нагрузкой. тогда встречный вопрос об отсутствии рекламы? Почему проект не развивается в этом направлении? Ну, наверное лучше ответственным за это людям знать. Я могу лишь предположить, но мне кажется что подобное возможно уже к релизу биржи. |

А у них банки не замучаются платеж каждые 32000 рублей проверять? у них народу то хватит в налоговых органах?
Я думаю, что просто стоит программа, которая отслеживает крупные платежи (суммы более $500) и собирает их в базу. Потом на каждого владельца такого счета автоматически составляется досье и собираются туда все транзакции. За год получается некий рейтинг, откуда берут топ 100 и начинают выкачивать деньги  Я конечно не знаком с законодательством Украины, но это технически сложно сделать, чтобы все банки слили инфу да и притом это еще доказательством не является. Технически сложно, но все еще реализуемо, если написать софт должного уровня. |

Почему решили не стандартно регистрировать участников биржи через телеграмм, да и если ввод, вывод грн через приват 24 -1%, какие предусмотрены комиссии для карт других банков, или это пока единственный вариант?
Это позволяет выводить уровень безопасности своего аккаунта биржи на новый уровень, и не так страшна утечка БД если что. |

После прессинга СБУ и другими контролирующими органами предприятий, связанных с криптовалютой, надо быть отчаянным, чтобы открывать новую криптобиржу именно в Украине.
Не думаю что всё настолько плохо как вы это показываете, да и нельзя все время оглядываться на прошлое, надо двигаться вперед. Лично я не думаю что возникнут какие-то проблемы у этой биржи именно из-за СБУ. если не будет продвижений ущемления проекта на законодательном уровне, то все будет хорошо. Сомневаюсь что такое возможно в ближайшие годы, так что можно спокойно ждать релиза биржи. |

They did the same like other IT giants, so noffing new, they can ban the advertise, but they cant ban the idea, i am curiuous, their business is based on the selling advertise, so they dont need it lol? Or the general reason we dont know really?
Yeah they did it, but they don't banning users who is participate into bounties and doing retweets for that, i think so it's not so bad. |
