What we did - all by ourselves - is a platform. We developed the infrustructure. To make it alive we do need all kind of users including (but not limited to) corporate partners, especially for Shopping & Business Districts, and we do have them already, and we are constantly working on enlarging our list of partners

Not exactly, let me clarify:

First stage is token pre-sale & sale.
Then you may use tokens to buy space (actually units of space).
You may buy our units using our tokens only.

However, we decided to give certain exception for early birds!
People, who are participating in pre-sale will get units as bonus
So, that is quite cool reward as they will be able to sell/rent or further develop their bonus units
It is not even announced yet - I will keep you posted

Not only a game at least - we made cooperation with quite serious people as Jaguar Landrover, for instance

Possibilities are endless, especially in real estate!
The very first option: you are virtualizing your existing residence, which you are going to rent or sell and present it to potential clients
Second step - your potential clients to look at 3D/VR copy and change interior details there to their taste: furniture items, flooring, ceiling, anything. They can play with it to find the best option for them, and that is a trigger to buy

To the best of my knowledge the process is not fully formalized yet, and were are considering various steps to insure compliance with SEC regulation.

Well, first of all if someone is buying entire building - then in my humble opinion this person is not so ordinary already (diclaimer: that is my personal opinion)
Second, there are plenty of options what you can do with the building, and that depends on what kind of building you are buying. So far we have residential, shopping (commercial), business (offices), and community buildings in respective districts.
So, if you are buying residential building - you may create certain design for its exterior and for interior and then sell or rent it to other users. Also, you will be able to put ad banners on facade of the building and get some revenue from that and so on.
The same applies to shopping building - you may sell or rent space in it to shops, you may ope yourown shops(s), you may put various ads on the building etc. Possibilities are endless
Regarding business building - you may sell/rent space there for all types of companies who would like to have 3d/VR representation. You may get additional profit from 3d/VR/AR cinference services
Last but not least: community buildings: you may open yourown gallery or invite existing artist to open his gallery. Also, you may like to invite existing museums to join and create their VR-museums. You may create all types of communities - such any type of activity fans community: like indie rock community, outdoor sports community, etc etc
