3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / 🔥🔥[NEW BOUNTY] Boulé ICO - Blockchain Identity - Up to $1.9 M in rewards🔥🔥🔥 on: December 12, 2017, 06:44:01 AM

Today we announce the release of our Boulé Blockchain Identity.
You can test it here

You receive 20 BOU to create your own identity, plus 5 tokens for every registered user through your link.

This is an outstanding achievement for our project for two main reasons:
The first one, we needed a more reliable ID system with KYC process to run the blockchain political elections on our platform.
The second one is that we wanted to strengthen the token economy behind this project to attract more investment during the ICO.

We are now developing the signups and login form for third-party services that want to use our Blockchain ID service, and that will pay a certain amount of BOU for every new user that signs up.

That amount will be paid to the user that share its data with the third-party service, and a small fee will be charged by Boulé for the service provided.

This is an efficient new way to be paid for the useful data shared online every day, and an essential piece of our puzzle to provide a decentralised voting technology.

Our ID is different from uPort, Civic or other IDs you can find online: we understood that for some specific tasks, is required to have a public key to be identified, to exchange value, to sign and so on.
An ID that can't be dissociated from our identity in the real world, but that has to be a way to recognise ourselves in the digital world, in a unique way.

Some use cases are: sharing contacts quickly through the public key instead than using the business card, send an amount of token to a friend by knowing the wallet associated with your friend's ID, join ICOs that require KYC process, sign documents in the real world, vote,...

As more the community will grow around our ID, as more we will increase the decentralised validation process, that right now requires the passport as a legal document to validate the ID.
Soon, the members of the community will be able to validate themselves and the new subscribers in an entirely decentralised process.

Most of all, we have a token reward for every new ID subscriber, so we actively invite you to test our ID, plus we have a referral program that gives you extra BOU for every new user subscribed through your link, and a % of its investment in our ICO.

This is the first step of the process that will lead us to the new ICO launch, we still thank you for your support and to believe in us.
ICO updates will be shared on our telegram in the next weeks.

P.S the ID process is entirely decentralised, so there is not a way to recover your password.
Please save and store it carefully.

I check your website and I see you have good web development. good roadmap and whitepaper. also A group of team member with traceable work history and academic background but the Announcement here on Bitcointalk is not properly done. when i first open this thread and see your message on the top i thought it was just a normal scam ICO anouncement I do see on regularly bases on ANN thread. I will suggest that this ANN thread should be re-written or give it out to campaign managers to do the work for you.

We have a strong team and we will be releasing a V2 whitepaper and updating our announcement over the coming days.

Thanks, The Boule Team

10  Other / Politics & Society / How blockchain technology can prevent police poll-station control on: October 02, 2017, 04:13:01 PM
Hi,

The news of police violence in Catalonia, Spain is horrific. We believe that in this day people should be able to vote digitally, we have written up a piece on this and would be keen to have your feedback.

Medium post: https://medium.com/boulecoin/digital-consultation-in-catalonia-62e7531d19b5

Our voting technology is nearly ready, and we will be trialling it very soon. To help build our technology we will be opening up our ICO, you can view our ANN page here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2211989.0

hi, manager.
Аs I understand, the count of stakes depends on the number of my Twitter page followers.
How & when do you fix how many of them I have?
Thanks

We will take track of everything is in need for the bounty program!
16  Other / Politics & Society / Who has experience running an election? on: September 29, 2017, 03:50:51 PM
Hi Bitcointalk,

We are interested to speak with the community regarding elections. Our mission is to make the electoral process more efficient by building blockchain technology for elections and we want to know if any one here has been part of running an election.

Our prototype is soon to be released, and we would appreciate any feedback.

We are looking to gain answers to the following questions:

- How was the election you were involved in run?
- Was there any corruption?
- What digital systems were used?
...

Thank you in advance. If you would like to hear more about our project, you can check out our announcement here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2211989.new#new

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alternative Block Chains : be safe! on: September 29, 2017, 03:32:40 PM
indeed there is an overgrowing fear especially on Bitcoin like for example the double spent move but for me the biggest fear is from the so called cryptocurrency regulations. Angry

It is hard to keep up with the speed of regulation change, and also with the number of ICOs
agree with you now a lot of bad ICO

it depends on  the project not ICO
