Am I wrong to think that this may be horrible thing?
2  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: March 14, 2014, 10:15:18 AM
Do you know when the first dividend is planned to be distributed ?

I'd imagine end of second quarter would be the best bet.

I don't expect any dividends for some time (years)

Dividends are to be paid quarterly.

However they only pay dividends on profit so its anyone guess when Neo Bee will be in the black.

Also there is no guarantee there will ever be "profit", as all profits can always be reinvested back into the company.

Lol, then that would be profit...

“New bitcoin exchange Neo and Bee – a company in Cyprus that lost 29% of its capital due to the drop in Bt exchange“... ?

They'll never learn.

I have never been so excited to see a PoS machine print a receipt!
5  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: February 24, 2014, 04:59:35 PM
Did anyone invest one day before 23rd Feb to pick up some more shares at 0.003 BTC? I sent my payment but the website has not credited my shares and support is not answering (I'm guessing because they are super busy so I'm not worried). Anyone else in the same boat atm?
I bought twice yesterday with no problems at all. The shares were automatically credited to my account after 6 confirmations in the blockchain. As expected there are support delays because of the huge interest. If you sent the right amount of Bitcoins to the right address then your shares are safe with Neo. Even if you sent more coins then the right amount they will return you the rest as stated yesterday.

Strange. I bought shares yesterday as well and have had nothing credited to my account on lmb-holdings...

*Edit*
Apparently I overpaid. What's the process for that? Will it go to my divided account? Will they send the amount over and give me the shares or will they send it all back?

...
Everyone at Neo & Bee are now involved in this resolution process.
and
When I say no monetary cost, then NO ONE who works for Neo & Bee is involved, then I mean just that.

Hilarious.
He has also said that they are doing it on their own time and not taking away from NeoBee. So, it's no different than if he and a couple of his friends were working on it.

Did you purposely forget to grab that quote or?...
8  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: January 31, 2014, 09:46:59 PM
...Just saying it before the FUDsters say it. Grin
...

A an unchartered bank run by a d00d from Cyprus, funded by selling unregistered shares on an unlicenced Canadian exchange that's just been "sold" to a Panamanian shelf co?  What could possibly go wrong?
Teh FUDsters ain't got nothin'.

Unlike those awesome chartered banks which never go up in a puff of smoke with everyone's money...

I live in the states.  FDIC.  Trust my bank just a smidgen more than some d00d from Cyprus - the home of secure banking Cheesy
But you go right ahead and invest.
*Danny's also buying into a plain old fiat bank, so if you're worried about real banks going tits up, you've bet on the wrong horse Smiley

Danny is from Cyprus?
9  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 01:08:49 PM
As a shareholder I would rather not see you posting here at all.
No disagreement there. And don't forget all the reddit activity.
Better tell nothing than spend your time making nonsensical statements (got a spontaneous PM from cryptocyprus that I still don't understand).

If you think I'm a "troll" instead of simply being concerned, I can tell you, your blind trust will turn against you.

You must be a lawyer. You seem to have a knack for putting words in peoples mouths.
10  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 13, 2013, 01:07:06 PM
Danny, I'd like to ask you what is your stance about the European Banking Authority saying they are studying Bitcoin and think they have the authority to shut it down, even if they still don't have the slightest idea on how to do it. Do you think your contacts in Cyprus will make a contact with them in a near future?

It is just making people aware of the risks, it doesn't say anything about shutting it down. People should be aware of the risks. If it makes it into the media here I will issue an official response from Neo.

Maybe I should ask for a notice on the dangers associated with holding Euros.

With regards to people suggesting I do not come on the forum and waste my time. My Reddit time is generally when I have my coffee or I am winding down of an evening (Am I not allowed this time?). Time on here is when I am between tasks, researching other aspects or in my own down time. I had already made arrangements to move away from posting on here myself with more details of that coming in tonight's update.

"Wasting" your time (from a business standpoint) is FAR from what I meant. What I meant was there's no need to explain yourself to the few who ask the same question day in and day out hoping to get a different answer. Updates from NEO-PR or the shareholders site is enough for that. If you enjoy it, far be it from to tell you what you should and shouldn't do. But if you are the business person you seem to be than this type of ignorance from some will frustrate you...as it frustrates me. That, to my understanding, is exactly why there is now a NEO-PR account.

Anyway, things seem great! The WeEx issue seems to have pissed people off...because they may get their coins back...I'm still a little fuzzy as to why everyones panties are in a bunch.

Just put on Ignore list C males like crumbs and PunkKate and focus on the important stuff mate...
 Cool
Tell us, how months of cheerleading for ActiveMining worked out for you? Or was it Labcoin, I forget.

Wait! No FUD today???  Angry Roll Eyes
Where are they? The FUDsters! Please come back I am bored...
Thank god you ignored the "FUDsters", as they just wanted your "cheap shares".

Wait, you mean to tell me a mining company failed? No way!

I've said it before danny, don't waste you time here. No CEO should waste their time on a forum trying to defend their business before it's even open. Especially not answering privateessages, although its nice of you.

There is a website for shareholders and a PR account here. As a shareholder I would rather not see you posting here at all. Its up to you to answer private messages but the website is enough for updates.

With regards to the weex debacle...this is a dead horse. He has explained himself and has even explained the misconception of the "lie".

Am I the only one who has been very content with the last couple of days with no trolls?
12  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - LMB Holdings on: December 08, 2013, 01:18:26 PM
So, most of the people prefer keep the money at home instead of using banks because of government restrictions, that's what I understood from the translation. Surely this business is going to be a good solution to this problem if it comes to existence as it is planned and people understand it.

If bitcoin has a chance anywhere in the world at the moment, Cyprus is its best shot. Wish I could be on the ground when this hopefully starts gathering steam.

Would be glad also if you give a word on the announcement supposed to be given on Friday, that changed to Saturday while we are currently on Sunday.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=348468.msg3863522#msg3863522

Except from the "new" obvious information that the bitcoins are gone, no new information. I tought there were going to be information regarding what happened, what is being done, and the most important, numbers.

There will also be the distribution of the Bitcoins that are available to people by this coming Friday.

Obviously, people read what they want to read.
13  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: December 08, 2013, 12:29:20 PM
The fact that cryptocyprus still posts here is mind blowing. THIS is the kind of stuff he shouldn't be wasting his time on. Posting one update a month should be sufficient for you asshats. He didn't need to try to get your coins back, he could have just moved on with his life and project.

I will bet money that if this gets resolved and you get your coins back, a very small percentage of you will even take the time to thank him. If he comes out and says "well I tried" you will grab your pitchforks. There was no chance that you were getting your coins back prior to the involvement, keep thinking that way. What's the saying? Don't put in more than you are willing to lose.

we still will not be in a position to open the branches to make it easy for people.

Oh?

I'm assuming he meant if they were mentioned by name in the WSJ they wouldn't be ready to accommodate people.
17  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 14, 2013, 03:34:11 PM
Jbest, things DO move very quickly in new tech like bitcoin.  Still, though, you have to wonder why people don't take a second to form more complete rational thoughts and criticisms.

Yeah I know that but they are still a business. It seems people here expect them to "keep up with the Jones'" rather than think to the future a provide something that makes them obsolete.
The ASIC Cube was something to make people happy until their plans for the future come to fruition and, like I stated, everyone was happy about it for all of 12 hours. Then, it's back to "why isn't FC updating us?" even after a dividend increase from last week.

I'm just as bad because I refresh this forum every 15 minutes to see if anything has changed but I don't flip out every 15 minutes when it hasn't.

19  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: November 14, 2013, 11:24:16 AM
You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. No wonder FriedCat doesn't post here. One minute ASICMiner is amazing and the next, roadkill. Pathetic children.

Seriously? Have you ever listened to an earnings call for an exchange-traded company? The analysts absolutely destroy executives during the Q&A sessions on a regular basis. Being an executive involves being thick-skinned and rational.

If you are seriously entertaining the idea that FC avoids the forum because he's scared of a little criticism, you desperately need to re-evaluate your confidence in him. "He doesn't post because he's too busy to ever check in" doesn't sound great either, but it's a lot more palatable than "he's too scared of the trolls".

Again, children.
It has nothing to do with him being scared. Why the hell would he be bothered? We get good news one day everyone is happy, divs go up slightly. Later that day there's no new news... "Stone him!".
I will agree with you that CEO's get chewed out at shareholder meetings, only issue with that it they usually happen once a year not every thirty minutes on a forum. This community has become so accustomed to things moving at light speed we forget how it actually works.
