Great! Thanks for taking care of this concern. Knowing whether an order will be in the first batch would be critical for a lot of buyers to make decision, I think. So the paid buyer with order#>540 like 600 may better consider an order cancellation? Terrahash definitely needs to address this concern for all the buyers. So I put together a spreadsheet which predicts whether an order number will fall in the first 10,000, 20,000 or beyond. I've linked to it below. Currently the cutoff for the first 10,000 is between order 465 and 475. The cutoff for the first 20,000 is between order 515 and 540. Agree with this
ONLY acceptable behavior is:
1. Terrahash ships order by pay-date and not their phony 'order nr'
2. Terrahash discloses to PAID order holders if their order is within first 10k chip order, 2nd 10k chip order or on 3rd/later chip order.
Otherwise I am cancelling for refund ASAP!

It will be a modular design similar to Avalon's, where there are a number of chips per "card" that can be plugged into the board. This makes it so if one piece fails it is easily replaceable, as opposed to boards where everything is together |

Status of Processing as well, but did receive an email confirmation. I sent my payment immediately after information about bitcoin address, payment has 17 confirmations, but the order still look like:
Order # 516 made on June 18, 2013. Order status: processing.
Is it correct? I didnt received any email confirmation.

So probably we should insist to see the evidence of the chip order, at least provided to all the buyers! what makes you think that, the influx of pre-orders and a queue\assembly time, or actual chip availability? +1
(I believe 30 days with paypal is the limit?) so if you had enough of waiting beyond 30 days, does terrahash offer a refund?
and..AMEX interest isn't cheap either....
And for what it's worth, Paypal in the US gives you 45 days to file a claim. Ill guarantee you terrahash will not ship within 45 days.. As per Avalon’s documentation, batches will be shipped 9-10 weeks after purchase. If terrahash finally submits the order this week, it will POSSIBLY take delivery SEPTEMBER 1ST... |

"Q. Do you issue refunds?
A. We can refund your order if it has not been shipped. Once your order is shipped, we won’t be able to issue you a refund."
Hope it is a truthful promise.

Do your search! Hope they will keep what they claimed. Any update or responses to some of the posts and questions? A lot of us are watching this very closely, this is a race, and Steamboat seems to be winning.
Updated the website with our office address. Final moving in tomorrow. Anybody who wants to come visit can call us for an appointment. We are still deciding whether to accept Paypal/CC/Bank Transfers. The modular boards, even if ordered without a case, will come with heatsinks. The DX Mini supports 20 K16s, not 10. terrahash, do the modular boards ship with heatsinks?
This is all I want to know, have been waiting since Friday just to hear a yes/no. This is going to be critical info so I hope we can find out today. |
