Hi, I got the same problem today, I was submitting an order and suddenly it showed the error "User not found or account disabled" don't know what happened to this exchange, now I can't login my account and access the fund, support queue is always full as usual, please resolve my issue and allow me to my account.

I waiting for 5 days for Payeer deposit which is successfully transferred from Payeer but Livecoin doesn’t credit to my wallet, I have logged tickets but no response received so far, anyone has idea what’s going to this exchange?

I don't know what happened to this exchange nowadays, I don't C-Cex can steal away trader's balances as there is no such evident but the situation they have created nowadays is condemner. Personally, my 4 Altcoins--ZZC, SIBCOIN, BURST and EVR are stuck since long in the form of deposit/withdraw, yet they are unable to resolve a single of them. I believe that the problem is with their Support team, they can't handle queries in time and efficiently, I don't know how to contact them as every channel is silent nowadays, however, we can just request to clear these issues sooner as possible because C-cex is losing their credibility in Crypto market gradually.

My BURST coin withdrawal not successful while your bot is replying automatically the same message that you have pending withdrawal in history, I swear that I don't have any pending unconfirmed withdrawal, I have confirmed the link received in email and have got transacation ID which is 4340813556673928483 but this ID is not found on BURST explorer. I contacted the receiving exchange, they advised me to get private encrypted message because BURST coins withdrawal is not possible without an encrypted message which is not available in C-CEX at the time of withdrawal. Please for GOD sake resolve my issue and reply in person to ticket number 544267. Also, I am waiting for more than two weeks for SIBCOIN deposit, which is successful on explorer and balance deducted from the source exchange but still didn't get here, transaction ID is f576f2a8e1a581f4b7d5a370a1b1cdc48d4a82bd50145983e4d901a7c06c4f41

My experience from using this exchange is pretty bad, I have tried to withdraw $500 each day during 3 days annd got banned after 3rd day without any notification or precaution, just banned and that's it. Contacted support but they said our security blocked your account and you can't restore it anymore. You know what is a funny thing? I have done strict KYC there with a lot of hassle, so they have my data and they banned for nothing.
Well my experience is also not good with this exchange, I don't know why they are losing their faith. I have deposited two kind of coins, ZZC and SIBCOIN, none of them posted to my C-CEX wallet with enough confirmations on explorer. The problem is, they are not responding on any medium, support queue is always full, not replying to Tweets, all of their channels are dead!

I’ve deposited 36.366 PolyAi tokens & has sufficient confirmations on explorer as shown in screenshot but still didn’t get the balance on C-Cex, the Txid is 0x140b213e5d35758464c96fd5ae207d1552d458fd554bac599f5e7cbb404edc5f The support queue is full as usual!

I got OMNI on C-CEX!... ...problem 1: Wallet maintenance/paused ...problem 2: Withdrawal fee 2 OMNI. (it was little in 2016 years ago but now it is far more than $100...)
Until you change this, daily trade volume may stay near zero and price too cheap. Please contact me for a manual, free withdrawal of all my OMNI.
unlike Posts above this is not related to the "withdrawal-holidays", that randomly coincided with a period in time in that big crypto dumps were expected. I withdrew another currency today and that worked fine.

I sent 0,04BTC to my Poloniex BTC deposit account, and all I get on blockr.io is bellow message

Hello, I have withdrawn Digibyte 2393.66438357 some 3 days before, have confirmed the link received at email and the transaction shows Complete on my Poloniex History page but the balance wasn't arrived yet, actually the Txid given is invalid, I checked on explorer it shows "No matching record found". First time I am facing this issue, other times I get DGB withdraw within few minutes but this time took longer and still seems unsuccessful. Hello, despite low volume and other issues, COSS experiences frequent deposit/withdraw issues too, several times I made deposits/withdrawals but not completed in time even with enough confirmations and in "Success" status on block explorer. Recently, I have requested three withdrawals: ETH, STX and BNT yesterday but none of them completed yet, all are just lying and not reaching to the destination addresses. Date

C-CEX holidays vacations!
From December, 20 till approximately January 20 we will switch to "limited service" mode for New Year vacations.
We will: provide trading service, API trading service, C-CEX codes creation and redeeming, fiat deposits and withdrawals. We will not: provide all cryptocoin and tokens deposits and withdrawals, support ticket service.
If you need your cryptocurrency to trade here or elsewhere during "limited service" period - please, deposit or withdraw it before December, 20. Please, do not send any deposits during "limited service" period as they will not be posted to balances.
We will resume normal service after January, 20. We may resume normal service earlier.

You are right, we must do something to recover our coins and then quit this exchange forever even spread the news of “Scam Alert” against this exchange because it has stolen our coins several times and nothing returned ever nor provided a good response..

What will happen to those " Unable to locate" txn ids, will they ever get confirm or lost forever.
Same situation with ETH withdrawal. Same with me too, waiting since yesterday for Ethereum withdrawals, Txid shows unable to locate, we must need to quit this exchange because Support service isn’t replying for many days.

So they aren't going to send our deposits, I think Scam alert should be posted as many traders are facing issues with this exchange, even they are completely silent to trader's tickets and only bot messages are repeatedly received. I wait some more time if the issue persists then I may go for scam alert everywhere.

I confirmed the address and transaction has confirmations on blockchain as shown in the attached screenshot, so the above conditions were met, then ETH wallet issue occurred which was also resolved but even though I didn't get any response for couple of days. I am small but regular and permanent trader in C-CEX you can look at my transactions, it’s a matter of 0.60 ETH but for me I can’t afford as I am not a rich guy, Please resolve this issue, I shall be very thankful to you and will always pray.
