Making educated decisions, yes. But when Government injects itself and makes this an illegal action, to be paid to promote a goods or service, where does the line blur? The Government telling you "you can advertise this, but not that". "You can take fees to endorse this but not that"? Where does that go? It goes to destroying your liberty and freedom.

If Macaffee wants to charge you $500,000 to promote you on his tweet, that is his and your business, not the Government. Buyers need to take responsibility to research best they can, before spilling out their money.
