Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre-ICO bonuses

I think as long as the system is worked out correctly (i.e. not giving away a huge amount of tokens in the pre-sale) then i think it's a nice concept.
Why shouldn't early adopters get more? their investments might allow them to have a budget for marketing or hire that new developer.
I would just be weary of any bonuses that give over 40%.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO without Slack?

I think ICO's should continue using Slack, the more channels the better and Slack is easy to use.
I just think that they should have numerous channels such as all social medias, telegram, slack, bitcointalk and other forums. That way people can use whatever media they choose.

Interesting project,
What sort of startups are you looking at getting on your platform?
We will be adding some new startups onto our platform soon, We are currently looking into fintech / cryptocurrency startups at the minute, but slowly we will open up to all other industries. Cheers for the response, noticed you have a new project on there. Looking forward to seeing what you guys get on this platform.

I think Jesuscoin is the worst one i have heard of, i mean no need to bring money towards religion, thought it was about praying and getting closer to god?
Just offensive and plays on people's beliefs.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Endorsed Cryptocurrency

I think spreading the overall concept of cryptocurrencies is great, sadly they are not doing that and are only getting cash for pinning themselves to a specific cryptocurrency.
Let's be honest Paris Hilton and Mr Mayweather probably couldn't spell cryptocurrency never mind explain how they work or the technology behind them. For that reason I keep well away from those sponsored cryptocurrencies just because they have just thrown some cash at celebs.
Also i don't know if you know but Paris supporting a cryptocurrency where the CEO is getting dragged through the courts for sexual harassment and assault stinks of celebs just trying to make some more cash rather than supporting a good project.

He chose to take the role, nobody forced him and i am sure he had some influence.
Plus quite coincidental that after this film, he is releasing a new greatest hits (so clearly he has done it to get back in some people's thoughts)
So he got paid for his cameo, will make more money from his album sales and he chose to do it. I don;t see how you think it is an humiliation of Elton John, i'm sure he had a lot of fun shooting it!

I think ICO's are a great way for startups to explode onto the scene.
But with any investment, you need to do your research. Look into the whitepaper, the team and understand what they are trying to achieve.
I think there are some regulations that are needed, but it also needs investors to be smarter. If nobody invests in the shitty ICO's then bad ICO's will not make cash.

It is a old way of thinking in my opinion.
Back in the old days the reason why we didn't commit awful acts was due to the fear of the devil and punishment in the afterlife. You have to think that religion has been around for 100's of years and our civilizations were not always as law abiding as it is today.
Humans are always evolving and now with the big crimes we are taught due to humanities sake not to commit them.
I think now it has turned on it's head and by sticking to religious texts actually do not fit into our society as we have developed passed them.

I am completely fine with anyone's sexuality as long as it doesn't affect other people in a negative way.
I think it's wrong to jail or kill someone for something that they cannot control (nobody chooses to be gay, regardless if you think it is a biological or environmental construction)
Religion is against it though as well, and religion still has a grasp on the world. I am not saying religion is bad, but when people care so much about their belief, people are willing to do extreme stuff.
