Tron has a lot of potential, but even if it's way way better technology without the community Ethereum has it can't do much. They will need to do more to attract more users and developers like they are doing with their grants.
If that currency is Bitcoin than yes. If it's a shitcoin than no It's always good to diversify and keep at least 50% of your holdings in top cryptocurrencies.
Binance Coin has been really stable the past year. IMO it's one of the best coins out there right now. If they are going to use it for their DEX it's gonna be awesome. Looks like Bitcoin is stabilizing as well, luckily the USDT mess didn't turn out that bad.
Take a look at 0x Project. It's an exchange protocol on top of which you can build a decentralized exchange. I believe it's one of the few projects that have a future, it also held very well during the bear market.
