Have you check if the domain name is open for sale? If it is you could set up your own mail under that address.
If the domain is not for sale, I'd start asking questions on how to obtain it.
Best of luck!
2  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Mining with kids. on: November 12, 2017, 10:21:19 PM
I've been dealing with crypto currency for about 6 months now an am fascinated with it.  I explain to my kids but they can not make sense of what I tell them on how it works and why it is so gnarly.   I was thinking about putting a miner rig here for them.  With a budget of 500$ and profit is split between two children where do I start?  I was told to just buy the crypto and let it accumulate.  That might work but its not so much the money, I want them to see the action done and then keep up with it seeing the coins put into there personal wallets every time it's payday.  Can anyone suggest or point me in a good direction.  I started here because bitcointalk seems highly recommended.

For the kids? .. I don't think you should build them a full rig. I suggest building them something with the Use of old smart phones or tablets. You can find a bunch of these at low cost and they take low power to run. Bitminter I think has an app for such devices. They can only mine alt coins I believe, but it's a start and understanding on how they can manage their pennies.

UPS sent me an invoice for import costs to the US. The last shipment I got they did not do this. So they are starting to crack down now too Angry

Wouldn't the difficulty just decrees as the network has lower hash rate? I see the difficulty down 6% as of 11/10. As it decreases the network should pick back up.

Just read some feedback all smell fishy.
Lucky for me that I read these feedback here.
Do you go to solve these problem or turn to scam GBMiners?
Other pool just pay auto once the target reached...

Nope my old account info was never restored, nor was I ever given my block rewards before, during or after the website layout change. The software they changed to, looks the same as ViaBTC. Plus the 8 blocks that were hit by them, during the change, were never paid to the pool.
7  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Help with S9 fan on: November 06, 2017, 04:56:35 PM
Quick test: swap the fan plugs on the controller and restart.  See if the problem follows the fans or stays.  That'll help narrow down the possible suspects. Wink

Thank you! I can't believe I didn't think of this. With all the building and moving around things it's the simple things we can over look  Grin

The front fan now shows the lower speeds so I'm assuming this is not my control board and is the fan?
8  Bitcoin / Mining support / Help with S9 fan on: November 06, 2017, 04:07:01 PM
I moved my miners into a new room I built. Everything was working fine before I moved the miners. After installing them in the new room, one of my miners firmware crapped out somehow. When it boots up I get a fan error that 1 of the fans is only running at 1200 rpm. Also, BMminer and hardware versions are empty under system overview. If I use the 2nd newest firmware (650M) BMminer and hardware versions show up and I'm able to mine but my fan is still only running at 1200 rpm. Is anyone able to tell me if it's the control board or the fan? My fans are "Fan 3 5280 rpm and Fan 5 1200 rpm". I would assume the fans are in order? Is my Fan 3 the air intake and Fan 5 the out? Should I replace the air out take fan, look more at firmware or the control board? I would be great full for any help. Thanks!

A new website look was added yesterday, these blocks show up on the new site but the old one was running during the time of them being solved.
I doubt anyone was ever paid for their grind on these blocks.

My user login from the old site wasn't moved onto the new site and I'm assuming I'll never see my .01 coin that they owe me.

I've waited a few days to see if they were going to move over the old account info to the new site's database. They never have. So, I created a login with my email and same user name from the old site. No account balance shows, no previous activity under my info. During their website change they stole the blocks above from their users. They didn't move over any user information to the new site, trashing all previous activity.
GBminers are scums and thieves. I would avoid them at all cost.
