Hi, tell me what is your project purpose? Why cryptoentusiasts need such project like yours? You want to open the bank but we have many banks in the world which are steeling our money every day! That’s why Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin, to feel free of traditional finance system!
We are creating a financial platform which will connect cryptoindustry with real business. So it will have very positive influence on cryptoindustry. You didn’t convince me! Cryptoindustry and traditional financial system can’t be separated all the time. People invest their money in different crypto projects and coins. So many of that crypto projects must pay to their employees, pay taxes, pay for different things that they need to realize their project by fiat money it means that they need to convert cryptocurrency to fiat money. In other side many business owners want to work with cryptocurrencies because they have very convenient, secure and cheap transaction system. Also startups from real sector want to attract investments by making ICO but don’t understand how to use cryptocurrency and fiat money together. Our project will help both sides and connect them. And when cryptocurrency integrates into business, it will become much more stable than now. People will start to use cryptocurrency in everyday life. Still my opinion is that crypto and banks must be separate! Im not sure that you are right about banks and crypto. If they will be in touch it can make life little easyer) If you have 10m dollars in BTC, how will you take them out? You wont find a bank which will let you deduce such amount of uncler money. Correct me if i am wrong) There is no problem to convert cryptocurrency to clear fiat money by bank. Only thing that you need is the country where cryptocurrency has legislative regulation. You just put your crypto to any exchange where you have full verification then convert it to USD and withdraw it to your bank account. For getting your money from bank account tou must declare it as income from investments and pay the income tax. That's it you have clear money on your bank account. One of purposes of our project is to make that process easier, you will just make account in our bank then put there your cryptocurrency and then convert it to fiat money in your account. And you will get fiat money from ATM's or to your debit card.

I am in the bounty campaign and was looking around the ICO site to contribute. I have added my Public ETH Address for the bounty and to connect it for the ICO, but there is now a spot to put my Private Key? Why are you asking for this? Seems a little sketchy?
We have 3 ways of purchasing tokens: 1. Direct transaction of ETH to smart contract address. 2. Cryptocurrency (not ETH) transaction to shown addresses in account. 3. Transaction from your ETH wallet on our website. Only using 3rd way you need to type your private key. It is voluntarily. The key is needed to sign your transaction and we don't save or watch your key. These method is MyEtherWallet website analogue. It works the following way: There is a cryptocurrency node for Etherium. So the node is the distribution programm packages which are provided by ETH developers. Any website including Midex refers to that node by API to transfer transaction which afterwards sends to blockchain. On the moment of sending the transaction from website to the node it is necessary to sign up the transaction by your private key. Transaction is signed and send. During this process your private key is not sending anywhere and the transaction is sending already encrypted. This way of payment is made for your convenience and Midex account don't save your private key as well as any other keys. The account is only the tool for displaying of wallets ballances and a guide for token purchasing.
