Did you guys make multiple support tickets or just one? I wonder if they ignore you if you made multiple because its been 24 days for me and heard nothing back yet.

Does anyone know how to report fraud or submit a police in the Ukraine? Google isn't leading me to the right place so I hope someone else knows. I find it oddly suspicious that the Liqui account here has not been active since September 26 which is a day or two after the Out of Gas transactions began to happen to multiple users. The team has completely vanished other than twitter and they don't reply there as well.

We need to start taking action this is getting ridiculous.

The issue is that they haven't been responsive at all for the past month. Your tickets in the past got solved when the team was actually active and addressing issues. For the past month they have just been listing coins and not replying to anyone regarding their tickets on twitter, telegram, or their support system.

I don't see how they can be backed up for an entire month with no one being helped.

Keep us updated please. I don't think anyone who had the out of gas error received the funds back. This is looking like fraud more and more each day the longer they keep silent. I hope actions can be taken on them really soon.

What was your issue by the way? What coin were you trying to withdraw?

I used it because it was one of the few places you can purchase/sell recently released ICO coins. Support team used to be around if you look at past posts on reddit and these forums and they were actually praised for their fast response.

Now they went completely missing so I guess it was all an act to build rapport and look legit until its time to make their exit plan.

I'll look into filing a complaint with the police in Ukraine or their local government. It's been 9 days with no response and hasn't addressed anything on their Twitter.

About 8 days as well. Looks like the problem just started happening a week ago. I hope no one else is getting screwed over with their withdrawls. I don't think it's looking good for us though. 8 days for a simple fix is completely unreasonable.

I tested two scenarios when I sent from Liqui to Bittrex wallet. First transfer was 4 ETH which ran out of gas, the second was a transfer of 0.01 ETH which went through fine. It seems sketchy that if you do a larger transfer then Liqui's transfer will be "Out of Gas" but a smaller one will work.

Maybe there's a threshold built in for them to allow transaction to be out of gas so they can pocket it in their balance. At this point the problem should be known to them and yet they are completely silent it. If you bring it up in the trollbox they will ban you as well. I've received a generic answer from BitcoinFan, the moderator of the troll box and he just says "There is no problem to answer, only problem solve" and I don't know wtf that means. The mod just says to open a ticket and wait for a reply giving no further details if support is even actually working on the issue.

Every day this exchange is looking more and more like a scam the longer they stay silent. They continue to list coins and ignore all their complaints from their users when they clearly read it.

I would love to see all of them end up in jail for this fraud. I will retract my statement if the team clears up this mess.

You’re right it should be automatic since we don’t get the option to input gas amount. However lately many people are experiencing the out of gas error, myself included. It seems like an issue on Liqui’s end and something we don’t have control over.

Once the error occurs, it goes back into Liquis account and not ours. Therefore they get our coins and then just stop replying to us.

Everyone please be cautious using Liqui. Their withdrawl and deposit system has been very shady and a lot of people's funds are missing, mine included. Their support team is completely missing and hasn't responded to anyones ticket in over a month. I recently tried to withdrawl 4 ETH and received the transaction error Out of Gas. This means the smart contract was cancelled and the balance was returned to Liqui. However, I never received the credit back to my account and doesn't look like I'm going to. I've sent Liqui messages on Telegram, Twitter, and private messages here with no response even though they read it. I have an open ticket for over 5 days and Liqui doesn't give a damn.

I used to withdraw from the exchange without any issues and never got an Out of Gas error and you can't even input a gas amount in your transaction. This is an error on Liqui's end and looks like a scheme to just take your funds.

The team has time to list new coins and tweets but takes no time to inform their users on what is happening with our money. There is most likely thousands of dollars stuck in their limbo. This is disgusting the way they are going about like nothing is wrong and just dismiss our claims against them.

Please reconsider this exchange for the time being until they start showing some integrity and fixing the mistakes on their end. Doesn't matter if you are trading and making lots of money, if you can't withdraw it then it's worthless.

Liqui, you need to respond and give users some clarity to whats going on with support.

They purposely don't fix it so they can pocket more coins when these errors occur. Upgrading servers could have been done a long time ago just from their ridiculous fees.

Really doubting we will be getting our coins back or we will have to wait for months without a reply. The team clearly has time to tweet and list coins but shows its users a complete disregard.

You can't DM them on twitter, only leave comments or tweet at them directly. But just look at their most recent posts and see how many people are trying to reach out but they are simply outright ignoring them.

I've read that their support used to be good but now it looks like they are just holding onto user funds with no intention of giving it back. The team is probably only responding to teams to get their coins listed cause money talks. They actively post on the forums about new coins being added but ignore everyone else.

I've only had my ticket open for 3 days while others have been waiting over a month. It's down right theft and is a probably easily solved on their end.

Reading back on this thread it looks like Liqui stop replying to tickets near the end of August. Has anyone received a reply from their support at all in September?

The whole team seems very dodgy lately, not acknowledging anyones complaints and reading their telegram messages and not replying. Are we all out of luck and just lost our funds?

I'm having the same exact problem. I transferred 4 ETH out of Liqui and got the error out of gas. Since we do not have the option to input gas amount, this seems to be a problem on Liqui's end but they won't credit us back. People have tickets over a month old and they haven't replied to those which makes this exchange seem incredibly shady. It does not take long at all to credit our account with the proper balance due to an error on Liqui's end.

Has anyone received any support from Liqui lately? It seems like they have been just ignoring everyone's ticket in the past month and aren't looking to help at all.

I recently sent 4 ETH from Liqui and got a transaction error that is is out of gas and the transaction was cancelled. The ETH should be back in Liqui's balance but they aren't crediting me back similar to your situation.
