BTW you have a nice integer overflow in the code (value too large for 64bit int):
src/main.h:57:48: warning: integer overflow in expression [-Woverflow]
Code:
 static const int64 MAX_MONEY = 1000000000000 * COIN;

Effectively, it is (due to the overflow) approximately equivalent to this:
Code:
 static const int64 MAX_MONEY = 77662796314 * COIN;

Ahh! I see, we will fix that in the next update thanks for finding it! Whats your mim address?

I'm curious how you determined what a pre-mine of  0.1% is with a coin that has an eventual unlimited supply. Could we get what the premine was in terms of coins?

Sorry its 0.1% of 1 trillion im sorry. Which will take roughly 100 years to create.

Would you please clarify this?

Does that mean the premine is one billion coins? Or is it a certain percentage (0.1) that goes to this purpose continuously (0,1 % every year) somehow?

If the premine is 1,000,000,000  it is more like a 6% premine of the coins from the first year...

Or am I missing something essential here?

Thats right for the first year, but we were basing the math off of 100 years similar to bitcoin. At the same time its infinite so every 100 years a trillion coins will be mined.

Sorry its 0.1% of 1 trillion im sorry. Which will take roughly 100 years to create.

So if my math checks out, you will control over 50% of the market until block 24928 at which point the total mined will equal the pre-mine of one billion coins. At 30sec per block, that comes out to be around February 22, eight and half days. I sure hope you don't dump, because that's a lot of control over the market.

Now you know why the bounties pay so much. We will be giving tons away.

Which is great to an extent, but that only puts it into the hands of people who will want to dump even sooner. My only advice is to hold off on getting on an exchange for as long as possible.

That is the goal, we are just having fun with it. Dont want to take anything serious.

If you dont want this coin to live then keep giving out bountys of 500k etc lol. No one will be even near this amount of coins the first day and the days to come might have a lot of more miners which makes it alot harder to get close to 500k or more.

Just check out Olympiccoin, gave out big bountys and then people dumped from 1500 to 100 satoshis.

I'll keep that in mind.

The reward is 40k/30 seconds for the next month after the first 24 hours.

Everything seems perfect for me.
Only thing bothering is the fair start with low reward blocks, would be nice to get back to those days when crypto was full of luck if you catched a coin release. Grin

Haha Fair release is best release.
