Suggestions will be appreciated. Rig is running very stable with 8 x 570 cards.
...
if you use the same core/mem clocks for all cards, why seperate them?

Can more equihash coins be added to mine? Komodo and Hush in particular are doing well. Cheers
Looks like they added BTCP. Where? Only 4 coins under equihash. It is been a very long sins mph has added any coins. edit: its not added as mineable just withdrawal i guess as long as it's not listed on any of the 3 auto-exchange exchanges its not going to be mineable

Hello,
Any help would be appreciated.
Here's my setup that I'm having issues with
- 6x EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti SC GAMING - MSI z270-a pro mb - EVGA 1200w P2 PSU - 8gb RAM
Risers, GPUS, motherboards, etc etc.. I have multiple rigs and I've interchanged all parts and they are working fine.
I'm able to get 4x 1070ti, 3x 1070ti + 2x 1070, but not 3x 1070ti or 6x 1070ti
I get all kinds of errors, sometimes gpu's cpu errors of some sort before the login into simplemining, or the gpu's fans don't run at proper speeds, and even if I manage to somehow get it up it's not stable and reboots even with no overclock.
Assuming it's something simple here I'm missing, feels like a PSU issue even though 1200w should be plenty power for a 6x 1070ti setup?
From what you say i'd say there's 95% chance the PSU can't handle the 6x if you run it with 100% TDP. Any chance you have a cheap +300w PSU lying around and could connect 1 card(if strong enough try 2) or mobo/cpu to it and the rest to the 1200w? I'm setting them to 170w power limit in overclock settings for simpleOS, is this not lowering the % TDP? i see so for the TI's this is a light, not even -6%, they come with 180w. For the normal 1070s you even try to raise their max TDP which is normaly 140w, some come with 150w. please try to set something low first like 80w (if their minimum is higher they will adjust anyway automatic) and then try higher settings one by one with "xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx,.." etc efficient & good numbers are usually between 65%-85% TDP depends if you want higher hashrates or a bit lower electricity costs

remove the captcha from your site please. We can't use password managers when there's captcha there is no reason for captcha nonsense.
also, can you make it so you specify core and mem instead of an offset? unfortunately with the video card drought a few of my rigs contain mixed cards. Same series, different freqs. global offset is not going to work.
also need to add a few miner softwares that are missing.
my password manager can handle it; no reason for you does not mean there is no reason in general you can set the offsets for each card using a comma

Hi tytanick, do you plan to add the latest version of ethminer (0.13)? It work as well as Claymore for nvidia's gpus without the dev fee when mining ether.
Yes i will add it as there are few requests already. PHI miner isnt on my list right now. Is ethminer still on the to-do-list? Would be great if you could add it - I got a way better performance than with claymore. Thank You! He told me he will update it 2 weeks ago but the owner is a lurker only care about $ Being a user since v1..... if you guys only knew how hard this dev worked on this project since 2016, thru the ups and downs, delays, brickbats from haters, nasty posts, hacking, bugs, AMD dramas etc.... I guess some people don't have the patience at all ... + people asking same ****ing questions once a day, not reading older posts nor even the help page this guy takes $2 per rig per month (and not even upfront), any mineable card should make that almost in 1 day! people here have demands like he's taking 10% of your kids, wife, house, car, dog and bank account

@tytanick any way to lock a miner program to a specific overclock setting or last used overclock with the miner program?

Monitor don't show picture, when connected to onboard gpu.
Have this issue with Gigabyte P106-100, screen is usualy frozen but cards are working. most boards have an option in the bios, if a gpu is connected then onboard output is disabled

How come SMOS ID's the gpu's in wrong order? You know what I mean 0,1,2, etc.
I have a rig built with 7 GTX 1060's. The first 4 installed are Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb cards starting from first slot. The last 3 installed are Asus Dual GTX 1060 3gb cards. But SMOS ID's them as -
"0" - 6 gb card "1" - 3 gb card - should be 6 gb card "2" - 3 gb card - should be 6 gb card "3" - 6 gb card "4" - 6 gb card - should be 3 gb card "5" - 6 gb card - should be 3 gb card "6" - 3 gb card
Does anyone know this is?
tytanick can you tell me why or help to fix this?
whats your mainboard? smos id's nothing, how does the bios id's it? ask your mainboard manufacturer, this has nothing to do with smos phyiscal aligntment of the slots does not automatically mean it's is the internal alignment. And where is the problem if YOU know the aligntment of the cards?

now dashboard runs like a rocket
yes! thank you tytanick! how did you do it? unbelievable how slow it was before compared to now.

@DEV, can i run the SMOS on a normal Hardisk?

In addition to what people have already outlined (CSM On, Legacy enabled, etc), I had to downgrade my BIOS on this board to the 330 version to eliminate all my problems. would have saved you time if you checked the help site of simplemining.net or googled it
