The article also added that Bangko Sentral states sees the virtual currency’s potential to revolutionize the delivery of financial services. Additionally, they also mention how bitcoin provides financial inclusion, which is something traditional financial solutions have been unable to provide. This statements coming from the Central Banks of the Philippines will give a potential impact on the rise of bitcoins value on the market. And not only that, the Philippine Central Bank is not the only bank that sees the merits of bitcoin but also the the Central Bank of Nigeria. This is an honor for me because I am from the Philippines as well. Certainly big changes will be realized and many Filipinos will lose their poverty and become financially independent. Finally freedom is ours to enjoy. In every country there are poor who are suffering from the poverty and i don't think that if bitcoin is being accepted in a country then it will make the country free from the poverty because that is not possible and with bitcoin it will only give opportunities for the limited people because not all the people will surely become interested in bitcoin so i don't see any possibility for any country to become free from most common problem which is poverty. At the end, it all balls down to who has the information, those who utilized the information to their benefit and those who decided to discard it. The thing is that not everyone can actually be imparted by the presence of bitcoin and the rich obviously have more advantage than the poor as they have enough resources to pull in anytime they want and reap the benefit. Aside these, stages like this is the best, for the poor ones who have the information and are willing to make good use of it which still balls down to the learned and informed ones. I agree with you bit i do not know what to do with it but i am glad that the central of Philippines recognizes bitcoin because there are a lot of Philippines people around bitcointalk. |

No bitcoin is not secure because it is an open source everyone can read the code and know anything about it i think you are asking if the wallets are secure then yes if you use a good one.

Nice one, it's already show that if you have 10 or 20 bitcoin now you are a big guy now that the price of bitcoin is over $7000/BTC then think about when the the price will hit $10K and you have 20 bitcoin then you will become bigger guy. Yes agree with you mate Bitcoin has a long journey to be progress. while learning some basic info about bitcoin the whole world is asking what's with bitcoin why it keeps pumping? and after 2 to 3 years later it would be different.. I think it will depend on what the disaster is if it has something to do with the nature i do not think it will affect it at all but if it as something to do with the economy than even bitcoin could be attacked by it and the price could go down.

I earned bitcoins and I have lost some because I joined scam site before but to this day I have learned a lot on it on how to invest wisely so maybe I have earned a lot for now because I have joined some bounty campaign and signature campaign that really helps me a lot. That will serve as a lesson for you and for the other people to not trust the investment sites like HYIPs in the internet because most of them are just scams and they are only good for the 1st few days because they need to gather money and after they accumulated enough then they will just run away with the stolen or scammed money. It is better to do slowly but surely things to earn bitcoin rather than those get rich fast schemes. I agree you learned your lesson this gave you the information and the skills. So next time you will now it so you will prevent that from happening this is good because you will not lose your money. I have never been scammed with crypto because I am smart. You do not even need to be smart to be scammed because it is just common sense to not trust coins or tokens who not give a lot of information or even give faces of people who work there as long as you do not see a face do not trust it at all. |

I personally think that ethereum will surpass bitcoin butt i do not know when that will happen but i am sure it will happen because the technology of ethereum is way better then that from bitcoin but at the moment bitcoin is the one leading yes.

I do not have very big plans with my bitcoins i just want to be able to pay for my house a car and my other things i pay for monthly i work lot but do not earn enough to actually have money left at the end and bitcoin helps me a lot.

I cannot spend my BTC to buy snacks,supermarket's here have not received BTC payments well there is actually a plan a group of people about opening a BTC supermarket's but the plan has not been realized.I would love to buy food sometimes thirst it's very important,hopefully there are billionaires who are willing to open a supermarket in my country that accepts payments BTC.

So fro me it is still a problem here in my country because our country is not like your country which accept bitcoin as a means of payment already. That is too bad for you because my country is already accepting bitcoins for a lot of stuff i could just order a pizza and i would pay like nothing at all in bitcoins so i am very happy that my country is accepting bitcoins while it is still growing. I think it is a good way to advertise itself but only in the US because i live in Europe and very few people here use twitter they think it is oldschool right now and they use more facebook, instagram and Snapchat i think if bitcoin advertised itself through these it would be a lot more popular right now.

Why does he even think like that in first place. It is the price difference and exchange capability of bitcoin and fiat currency which us making is rich. If that gets replaced with one currency then how we can get the profits or how we can differentiate ourselves with that price tag. I think it's not possible because it's just not well possible! There can not be two sun in the single solar system, it will burn the life. So there can not be two currency otherwise it will just break down the economy of country. The dollar bill is something related to traditions, old ways of trading and it will never get replaced in any time soon. Bitcoin is perfect fit in the internet world and might not just fit in the real world. So may be not this time.
While I do agree that two currencies cannot be the main currency of a country, I don't really agree that the world is all about tradition. The traditional way might be sending money with dollars. The traditional way might even be physical fiat but that's clearly not the case anymore. In this modern age, people don't really embrace traditions that much anymore. People seek something new everyday and bitcoin is something new. It's only a matter of time before bitcoin gets considered as a "cool" thing and people will follow the trend. These days, people are into bitcoin because of the ridiculous gains it had given us in the past couple of months. Another thing, I do agree that bitcoin cannot be the main currency of a country together with their local currency because bitcoin is not taxable. The country will have no funds and so they will be forced to ban bitcoins (which is quite hard to do, impossible even) or put a huge percentage of tax for fiat currency users, which will then of course force them to use bitcoins instead. I think yes because of the decreasing value of dollar and increasing value of bitcoin. All over the world many people use bitcoin instead of dollars any especially those people who works online even with the US Company from their homes. The companies often pay their remote employees in bitcoins and not in dollars. The reason is easy transactions and worldwide use. All these things will remove dollar from the market. It is not a big deal for bitcoin to replace not only dollar but so many other currencies as well. But the thing is, it will not be possible till the time the governments of different countries declare bitcoin as legal currency. This is the only hurdle in the way of bitcoin which is keeping it little less popular than that of dollar. I am very much sure that in the future, things will be in very much favor of bitcoin. Even though the government will declare bitcoin as a legalized currency then it will not be enough for bitcoin to replace the fiat like us dollar and other currencies because just imagine if bitcoin will become the world's currency, do you think that it will be able to supply all the people based on their demand and do you think that they can use it properly if the price or value of bitcoin is not fixed so those are the questions that needed to be realized by the people who want to replace the fiat with bitcoin. I agree with you if it becomes and replacement for dollar it won't be able to make it far because there are only 21 million and right now the us has more that 21 million people so it would never be like this impossible to compare those two together. You are right on the fact that you cannot compare these two because one is online money and the other is real life money you cannot kill real life money and then everyone would pay with online money i do not think that will ever happen at all. |

No. it is never too late to get involved with bitcoin. Bitcoin value will continue to grow as time goes on because new people will be buying bitcoins everyday. The more people are trying to buy bitcoins the more valuable bitcoin is going to be. High bitcoin demand is what is driving the bitcoin price. As you already know new people are buying bitcoins everyday and the demand of bitcoin is higher than the supply. So, the price will continue to get higher everyday, even when there is a correction the value will recover in no time.  Well if you don't have a lot of money you are nearly late because it will go to 10k in no matter time. People who have some money can buy it when the price is falling down. So they can buy some bitcoins with it, while the others must invest in altcoins because the price of btc is now really high. Yes now if you want to buy bitcoins you need to invest a big amount so this is late for you, but in future, the price still increases but to get 100% profit you have to wait for a long time. You can invest in altcoins now the price of all altcoins is now come down use this opportunity. I agree with you altcoins are going down but most of the people here do not know about them they just are concentrated on bitcoin i would say to learn more about altcoins because you can make even more with those than with bitcoin. |

No its most definately not! People thought that bitcoin as going to crash or at least not rise in value a few years ago. We can clearly see that that is not the case. There will always be supply and demand. Since August 1 is coming up, it should not pose a real problem to the blockchain network. If I recall correctly, the hard fork that can be the outcome of August 1 will not be a big problem as the old blockchain can still update itself once it realises that it as become outdated (I think, not 100% sure). Then, the network should remain the same as now. Bitcoin will continue to grow in popularity and also value. This can be seen through the adoption of Bitcoin by various large companies such as Amazon, Microsoft and more. They would not invest in such said technology and moreover would not allow you to pay with Bitcoins if they did not believe that bitcoin would grow. I think its safe to say that bitcoin investment is a sure thing to invest in. Same here. It's never to late to get started with cryptocurrency's. If you were to buy bitcoin right now at this very moment. You could essentially double your profit in the near future. Bitcoin cant be stopped, we are the future of financial freedom. That's right its never late to invest money in bitcoins as people who have invested couple of years back are enjoying huge profits at this stage and even if you invest now same results you will get in next couple of years bitcoin has started to gain popularity now which will attract many new investors in future which will take price to much higher levels.
