1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or altcoin on: March 23, 2024, 10:34:03 PM
Bitcoin maximalists are like old dinosaurs from traditional finances. They came early and got a lot of BTC sitting in their wallets. They are overinvested and don't want the status quo to change. This is why they shill BTC as the mother of all investments, safe heaven, digital gold, etc.. Don't let them fool you, it is all pure bullshit. Don't you believe me? Think twice, then look how did BTC dropped a 65% on 13th MArch 2021 with covid outbreak. Is that an asset worth to be considered solid? No way
On the other side, in terms of profits, there is 0 room for discussion. You need another trillion dollars to flow into BTC in order to make a 2x. Wait until halving's rethoric, blablabla is over. As usual, money will start flowing from bitcoin to alts, you need just a few millions to help skyrocket a low marketcap altcoin straight to MArs. 2x, 10x ,100X (With top alts your chances of huge returns are lower but also the risk). EVen if you pour a little bit of money here and there, you will still outperform by far any other portfolio that holds just Bitcoin. I challenge any Bitcoin maximalist to prove I am wrong. We can just set an amount, I will allocate that to a portfolio holding multiple alts (20 for example) and check in  a year from now.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SUI TOKEN PRICE SPECULATION on: April 29, 2023, 11:19:26 AM
Congratulations to you mate. I've been very busy lately that I am not able to track these big projects that are expected to release their tokens.

$0.03 is indeed a very cheap price although it is limited. At $0.1 per token, it gives Sui a valuation of $1 billion in market cap which is just right. I am not sure about its short-time growth though since it would've been easier for the token to pump if the public sale is below $1 billion. Long term though or let's say next year and 2025 where people are expecting a bull run, $0.2 is very doable.

If I were given the chance to buy cheap, I will probably dump half of it at $0.01 or above. I will then observe the market and do some buybacks when it's priced below $0.01, maybe a $0.05 to $0.08 ratio.

So no airdrop for SUI mate?

what the hell do you talk about? 1 billion seems "right" for you?.Something completely new, that didn't deliver anything so far but tons of mass marketing to lure retailers to bite the bait? This is the proble of crypto. People that believe about money growing in the trees. A company valued in billion is not somethign trivial. But go on and leave Venture capitals get your money
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New L1 and L2 chains launching in 2023 on: April 29, 2023, 10:01:38 AM
Beware: SUI is a  moneygrab from VentureCapital to trap stupid retailers (aka Fomobuys). The onlye ones that make money are the people behind the project (team, VC and exchanges). Like typical IEO in Binance, pumped to infinitum by bots and retards placing market orders. Need more insights to refresh your mind? Check what happened with APTOS. 97% of supply was being holded by a few addresses and they were pumping it to 20 fucking billions to grab some liquidity. A NEW project that didn't delivered nothign so far but has a huge marketing across all social media (probably an army coming from third developed countries who was shilling it for a few $)
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Carbon NFTs - Climate change tech 2.0 on: April 29, 2023, 09:54:35 AM
what is that smell? mmm... Moneygrab?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SUI TOKEN PRICE SPECULATION on: April 26, 2023, 02:41:03 PM
Rememberwhat APTOS did? this is the same. Nothing more than trash with a lot of marketing. Behind it, just venture capitals + exchanges to trap retailers (aka fomoboys).stay away

8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: November 19, 2022, 11:59:25 PM
Of course high inflation is causing global protests because everyone, everywhere is feeling the pain.  This shows that this is not a local phenomenon but a worldwide thing, nonetheless it will be incorrectly politicized for power.
There had been complains everywhere in the world and if this continues it could lead to continuous protest from different countries. Inflation is increasing everyday and the price of goods keep going up without the government coming to look for solution that will end this inflicted hike of products. This was as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that caused a severe havoc on our economy. The stain is going to take a very long time to be able to clear off if nothing is done.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Currency should be Integrated into School Curriculum on: November 19, 2022, 11:58:14 PM
After reading so many theories, Analysis and the powers of crypto currency in a nation's economy, the greater impact it will bring to developed and fast developing countries. I began to wonder why is crypto currency not accepted in some area's and organization of the world, can we characterized this as lack of information, and awareness to the people. If this be the case, Can we find a way to adopted Crypto Currency as a Subject and integrate it into our school curriculum, or better still as topic and integrate it into Economy's. This has been on my mind, And I honestly need your contribution and your thoughts towards this. I honestly think crypto currency, BTC and ETH for example. Should be adopted globally and accepted by everyone. Thanks
This will finally happens but it will take sometimes for this to be integrated in school curriculum. I know some countries that had already enforce cryptocurrency have started this and it will take some times for we to see this been taught in Schools around the world. For now, it is based on interest since everyone does not support the idea of cryptocurrency and the government had not come out boldly to tell us that they are fully in support of every respect of crypto, so we can teach people around us about what cryptocurrency is all about till when everything will be endorsed.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/twitter-crypto-head-staff-resign-190633380.html

It is well known fact that a lot of Twitter employees are leaving the company. Now the news that Tess Rinearson, who was made the head of Twitter crypto team has made a tweet stating that he is leaving the company. Many other people in the crypt unit of Twitter space also followed her and announced that they will also be leaving the company. What impact do you think this will have on crypto space in general ? I am sure they must be working on crypto inclusion on the platform in some way and now when they have left the decisions will be delayed in this matter.
I think Elon Musk forgot that he can't eat his cake and have it back. He had fired many of the twitter employees and now the rest of then have decided to resign and this will have a big blow in the tire Twitter as a company with greater effect. I saw the news that he had booked a meeting the employees so that they can have a dialogue on how to resolve the matter.
If these people finally leave twitter, many things will go wrong with bigger consequences on the company. I still don't know why he decided to fire many of twitter employees at the first time. Let's see how this will work out.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don’t make any crazy/suicidal moves in this bear market on: November 18, 2022, 11:51:14 PM

Bitcoin has withstood these attacks and proven all ye naysayers out there wrong and would continue to do so.
So I’m pretty much putting it out there to chill and not make any rash decisions that would be regretted later on. And also to reiterate the fact that exchanges are a no no for keeping your coins.
Isn't Bitcoin no longer the only option?
I am now skeptical of many altcoins because I believe they will eventually follow the LUNA and FTX trends. And, as you, the OP, have reminded us of similar security bridges in various Crypto exchanges back then, as well as FTX in 2022, the only trust I have now in cryptocurrency is in Bitcoin alone, not any other coin, unless after the bear market any coin that proves its standard.
Do not forget that no altcoins move without Bitcoin moving first. Every crypto projects always rely on Bitcoin movement for them to take their own move too. The market might think going after altcoins is a better option now but is wrong. We have seen so many crashed projects and crypto exchanges so that should tell us that mo matter what we think we can get from the altcoins market, we might become a victim one day if we become unlucky.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think the market will take to recover? on: November 18, 2022, 11:48:00 PM
Currently the market situation is very bad. In this situation, it is not well known in which direction the market condition will go.Different analysts are not working on their analysis now.But according to my knowledge, the market will not be better in this year 2022, dumping may remain. However, in 2024 or 2025, the market will move to a much better position. You can wait for that. But those who are long term investors should invest in this market and hold it for long term. Now is a good time for long-term holders.
Even though the market situation is very bad, that does not mean that the market is not going to come back to normal. This is just a time to sow whatever we think we can sow so that we can wait for the market to come to normal before we should think of selling. There had been a lots of speculations about the Bitcoin market going more bear but that should not be our interest because we are just an investors not someone that cares about what the market is interested in going. Hold better holding and leave the market to move.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The sole difference is capital. on: November 18, 2022, 11:44:31 PM
When it comes to trading, capital makes the difference. For it hits me hard to know that same energy and technicality put in making about $500 is also synonymous to making a million dollars or more in trading.
If we look back to our series of successful trades most of us would have made tremendous profits running in millions if it was on a good capital start.

And I agree with myself that when it comes to trading, for good traders the difference in our profit making level is in the capital and not necessarily put on number of successful trades executed.
It boils down to say the difference is just capital.
That is the secret many traders do not still know that the kind of capital you are using to trade depends on a lots of things which include capital and profits. Just imagine someone trading with $100 and another trader trading with $1000. You will noticed that when we talk about profits, the trader using $1000 to trade will make more money than just the person using $100 to trade and there risk factors will be very different. The trader will $100 will take more risk than the other because the capital are not the same.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you still win with free spins? on: November 18, 2022, 11:39:53 PM
Is it possible to stick with free spins on online casinos and still be able to make some good reward?

I am looking into the free side of things, no risk at all with free spins but the question is has anyone ever make something out of free spins before? Something reasonable at?

The last time I earned something free from gambling websites was when BTC has very low value and many faucets still run, that's couple of years back.
There are some casinos that do offer free spin and you will need to be a new gambler there for you to recieves a free spin that can go a long way for you if you can be that lucky to win. I could remember then that the price of Bitcoin was very low, there are many casinos that do give free spin to new customers to try there luck if they can win a spin but must time I don't have the luck to win such spins then because the crypto casinos was just being into existence and there was a lots of challenges then gamblers and casinos do face which is volatility.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are alternative no kyc exchanges since FTX is gone... on: November 17, 2022, 11:56:11 PM
There are FUDs with Bybit as well which makes it more risky to try for now, though looking at their status maybe it’s just a fud and you can try using that exchange as long as you don’t store your funds with them. Exchanges now are being more careful, because of what happened to FTX and recently, top exchanges shows their financial status and holdings, probably to gain the trust of every investors and tell the public that they are pretty solid so better not to panic.
Bybit e a good exchange but we shouldn't be looking to keep our coins there because no exchange is safe right now, not even Binance which is the biggest of them. I have learnt the habit of staying off exchanges unless I have one or some business with them. Exchange is good if you know how to at your game, you can trade there with less fund and remove your fund when you are done.

We should not always relax to move from one exchanges to the next one when we see the current situation that is going on  in the crypto market. Many had lost their funds and because we are not victim yet, we don't have to a sip of the pain it could caused us.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 17, 2022, 11:49:49 PM
Why coins not going up ?
If good news coming then price should follow instantly.
When there is good news i go Long position been waiting all day long and nothing.

Also the traders who post their ideas non of the signals don't move whats going on ?
It's imposdible to make any money in this Market
Somebody need to put money in it's fruturating like this.

You just needed to understand the phase of market that we are, the market right now is bear and no matter the good news the market is still going to go dip if it eventually try to make some positive movement. So of the coins which I am holding is till I'm profits normal what the market does or how far it went dip. The market is all about understanding when to buy and when to sell. There is no need stressing ourselves on positive news that will move the market, when the time comes for the market to move, it will surely take a bull move.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: If you want to get rich go UK USA on: November 17, 2022, 11:46:04 PM
The American and British systems have great flexibility that enables investors to have investment opportunities without disruptions and away from bureaucracy. You will get rich if you work hard and keep a clean profile with the system.
The banking system facilitates the processes of obtaining loans and even financing startups. In addition to the many privileges enjoyed by project sponsors.
Not only Britain and the United States, all countries that direct their economies towards development and prosperity allow banks to facilitate economic activities in general.
This is somehow true but taxes in the US and UK can be annoying which had made many investors to pay workers more with big taxes from the firm or company. I know the UK and US has suitable working environment with skills and work power which can make businesses to do well if the person has good team with better vision.
There is more to this any anybody that has the I tension to bring his businesses to the UK or US would need to have sufficient fund to begin and pay for the necessary things before settings a business.
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: How To Access gambling site without VPN on: November 17, 2022, 11:40:18 PM
I don't think that if a site is banned for my country, it's not a good idea to try to gain access to that site using any tricks and deposit money there. Because robots are more powerful than humans.  The site's security system can detect you at any time if you are going to cheat. And how do you prove your identity if they are asked for KYC to you for checking your account? So I mean it's very risky and so beware of it. And I think it is wise to avoid it . Because it may allow you to enjoy the site for a short period of time but later it may put you in danger
The main purpose of DNS is to translate the domain name into an IP address, which I think the function is not to change or trick the IP address, not frontally change the IP address like using VPN. So if the website banned the user because used a VPN but he didn't use it, the user may submit an appeal and Send proof if he doesn't use it. Is any case like this?

https://www.infoblox.com/glossary/domain-name-system-dns/

This cam help a lot especially for those who chose to change their IP addresses to some sorts of new IP that they can use to create more accounts. We just need to understand that this kind of pattern tend not to work for everyone especially in a strick casinos that do not tolerate up changes and that have tools in knowing any compromising IP changes.
This cam world with less strick casinos and not In a blacklisted region. Just like some casinos have blacklist of regions they do not allow to play on their casinos due to so many reasons.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to prevent cheating in a game on: November 17, 2022, 11:34:16 PM
Well if this is just playing with your family and friends, maybe you will "cheat", and have some few laughs and fun with them.

But if you like very serious cheating like in a casino, that is a different story, the question is how you are going to cheat when all eyes are on the gambling, and they see you and observed the pattern that you are betting? And if their fraud department detects some red flag, then obviously your account could get ban and your withdrawals halted. Others might take the risk, but if you get caught then that's it for you.
Just like you have said, playing game with friends and family can be fund and sometimes we might want to cheat to win them in order to make the game more of fun and when you are finally caught, everyone just laugh at it becoming more careful when it is your time to play. I believe in sincerity I'm whatever I am doing that is why I just don't like the world cheat because having a cheating mindset cam spoil our image and tarnish us before great people.

At first we should not ever have the mindset of cheating in any game however because this alone can make us weak and not able to work on ourselves to make a better techniques so that we can have a better winnings.
20  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What is now the difference with Ponzi platforms with cryptocurrency exchanges on: November 16, 2022, 12:30:28 AM
FTX had become the recent trend of fail exchange that lack strong team that will make a better exchange. We should know that their is a different between an exchange and ponzi scheme. Most exchanges that short down do not do so because they intend to go away with customers funds. This happens mostly because of hacking, bad management and other factors that can easily tag a company bad and we should not be happy when many had lost their funds without having a an that they will get compensated.
