UK expat living in NL I will be using this service for sure! I actually need to pay my rent tomorrow i will send you a PM testing right now and will update how the transaction goes. Used this service and it was great. My transaction was above the 1000e max per day, so i sent the payment over 2 days and it was combined for one large deposit into the account requested. Friendly, fast and direct communication.

So I have been looking over the few reports on this debacle and from what I can glean from many poorly translated missives is that David Fan is determined to try and salvage AM. FC most likely walked because he had had enough "internal bullshit" and isn't coming back. Are we ever going to hear from the operators of AM re; game plan for future? Times a wasting. Some would say times well past due
I really don't expect much to come of it, maybe a final disbursement of the remaining AM assets to shareholders (wishful thinking) possibly they can get some other flaky computer nerd to take the IP for gen 3 and do something. At this point I would merely like some straight talk as to wtf is going on
any links to what you were reading?

nope. I paid BTC to an address provided by amhash/rockxie directly in an email. mining rewards have been paid to that address ever since. the shares are presumably on some database amhash/rockxie controls.

Meh, I'll take something over nothing because it's better than I got from several other high-profile scams.
That is why they get away with it so easy and it continues to happen sadly. Its easier to roll over and accept their terms than to go chasing ghosts.

Ultimately despite what AMhashLC says or thinks, Amhash did turn out to be a ponzi scheme. Holders were left to believe all was fine, when really they were not. Someone runs off with the AMhash funds collected. Amhash1 buyers come off the best, followed by amhash2, then amhash3 and sadly lastly we have those that just bought shareson the open market at 0.001 and will get back 0.0003.

Am I missing something or does that seem like a pretty decent offer given the current situation?
Divs to date are ~0.0007 btc/share + 0.0003 btc/share = 0.001 btc/share.
So the total loss for IPO investors went from ~45% to ~20%.
For Amhash3 holders, not so, they got paid 0.42 per TH do date if my math and dates are correct

The issuer of AMHashLC will look into the legal enforcement options against what they consider the responsible parties. By offering AMHashLC as a swap, the issuer of AMHashLC will hold the corresponding contract rights. So presumably there is a reasonable chance of recovery? AmhashLC is owned by ASICminer, so the chances of them seeking legal action against themselves is minimal...... lol
