Considering that Facebook's Libra will be an extremely centralized cryptocurrency, it might very well be adopted by financial institutions within the mainstream world. While both Libra and XRP have their similarities (in terms of centralization) they're certainly different by design.

If Libra's launch becomes a success, then XRP's existence may be threatened over the long term. Both cryptocurrencies would battle head-to-head in order to become the top choice of Banks worldwide. Comparing Libra vs XRP, Ripple has all the possibilities of taking the lead because of the many partnerships it has established with Banks worldwide.

Which is why, it makes me wonder whenever Libra will become the currency of the world or XRP? Or will they co-exist in the future?

if you are looking for the utility usage as a reason and there is no a point from there but the only point to hold it to bet on the speculation of the litecoin as part of the top crypto. I thought that the majority of people are betting on the technical reason of litecoin because it has not utility usage.

These coins will not achieve the desired success because the world of cryptocurrency is different, we must ask ourselves why a lot like use and trade cryptocurrency, because they looking for profit and privacy, i think this coins will not be like bitcoin or others cryptocurrency in privacy, for example i you want to participate you should pass KYC and most do not like this.

I still don't understand why people invested so much on the alts. In the world of crypto-currency, there is no room for 100,000 different coins. At the most, 100 or 200 may survive for the long term. We have been seeing a downward activity in the past 5 days which I believe was never expected to be this bad. Even if people were to sell of their holdings due to the bitcoin cash forking, the whole market was not suppose to be this totally red. I think someone else has to give a better explanation.

Looking at the chart. It's possibly a good time to invest in BNB. If you look at the history. You could see that it has settled down to its current price right now and waiting to pump again. Well, you could take my advice or not, it's just a speculation.
