I have been able to withdraw BTC from mtgox after my account unlocking today

Hi, I am not able to withdraw anything from bitcoins or dollars from mtgox. Getting below message: Your account is currently pending review, please contact aml@mtgox.comDo I need to send any documents? Also, why is it under review in the first place? Please help OK. Finally, I got my account unlocked.  The daily/monthly BTC & USD limit still remains the same though.  |

How about if he sends the money via Personal payments. Then he can't dispute it and scam the seller right?

AFIK, polish BTC users did not receive their cash (PLN,USD) from mtgox, not to mention they have bank account in Poland.
One of fellow forum.bitcoin.pl members did not receive his money for 22 days...
Sounds like it's time to move to another exchange

I hope you dont require the users to submit documents for verification.
If at all it is required, you specify it upfront during account opening (not like mtgox)
