My father quit smoking after my eldest brother was born. He said that you need to be determine to quit. Don't quit immediately if your long time smoker, reduce your intake day by day until their will be a time you will not crave for it. According to him candy helps him best.

We don’t know if there is really an afterlife, but as for me my idea of heaven is Peace and happiness that awaits to those people that live their life in a righteous path.

I want to have a happy and healthy family of my own, and have a self sufficient life style.

My best memories are spending Christmas Eve’s with my entire family during our younger days. We can still spend our Christmas Eve together but we cannot recreate those times when our mother is still with us. She and dad are happily preparing for feast while my siblings and I are busy preparing our presentation. Seeing our parents burst with laughter while watching our act is priceless, the best treasure of my life.

Doing what you enjoy most is the best way to release stress. Personally, I prefer paying badminton since I love the game so much.
