1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what things to do when crypto loss is there on: May 06, 2024, 09:09:53 PM
From the january  i had a good profit. but i did leverage trading. so all profits gone. i am now done. what is the best way to face next coming months?

i have couple of 100 dollers on wallet left.
Start looking for a stable income and don’t make any investments again not until you’re ready.
Losses are normal, and we cannot escape from this situation what you can do is to assess what went wrong and think for a good strategy so the next time you trade again, you can be more confident about your strategies and you will not waste another opportunity again.

3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lack of capital or knowledge, which one is holding traders back from profits? on: May 04, 2024, 09:53:41 PM
It’s more of a Lack of knowledge that trader is holding back to make a good profit because regardless of your capital as long as you know how to trade properly, you can have a good profit.

In trading, your knowledge is very important as you need to analyze the market the right way and also need to know how indicators works because trading is more about probability and analyzing, if you will just depend on any guess trade, then don’t expect to make profit.
4  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can gambling sites provide proof of auditing that was done on their RTP? on: May 04, 2024, 09:22:49 PM
[...]But unfortunately, most of the casinos don't show.
How many online or offline casinos have you visited and how many of them do not show? It has been repeatedly mentioned in this thread that there's a way for a player to verify randomness of game from third party providers. It's also been said that they are regularly audited by license providers. The real issue here is the audit of in-house games.
For many players they are too busy to make effort auditing the fairness of every game and maybe that’s why it’s easy to have the reports from the site unfortunately they are not disclosing it for some reason and maybe this is also to protect their platforms to any speculation. Having an in-house auditing might also create trust issues, if you have time and know how to review the fairness of the game then better to do it on your own.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana price predictions and developement? on: May 04, 2024, 09:14:25 PM

I believe that Solana, will be the most sought after altcoin in this coming bull run, it's gaining so much attention and popularity because of the many activities in it's network, investors are also interested in the tokens in it's network. Despite any issues in their Blockchain, which is due to the high demands in their network, people still have trust in them.
Blockchains are rarely pumped more than once and Solana has risen amazingly over the past years but what new can they offer? They used to say that they are the fastest and cheapest blockchain, but the increase in demand has proven that they are not the fastest or cheapest, so all that makes the price increase is trust in the developers. If you don't trust the developers, don't invest.
This might be the problem to every network when they get recognized and there’s an increase in demand, they tend to work slowly and tend to be more expensive than they used to be. SOL can still be a good coin as long as they continue their development and continue to improve their platform, the surge in meme tokens under SOL network helps them to pump, so let’s see if they still have something to offer to continue their momentum in the coming bullish trend.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which device do you prefer for gambling ? on: May 04, 2024, 09:07:02 PM
Phone, is preferable and more convenient for me. I can actually gamble from anywhere. But for more wider view Laptop Is good. Majority of the time I use phone as everything Is accessible through it, I just relax and more convenient as well as private. My PC is for work strictly.
I also have a strict policy about my PC as for work purposes and if its for gambling activities, I can use mobile phone which I prefer the most because its very convenient and every details that I have is on my phone as well especially the crypto wallet. The technology that we have right now allows us to enjoy things on a most convenient way, and with this many prefers to use their phones for their gambling activities.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Developing Winning Crypto Betting Strategies on: May 04, 2024, 08:58:33 PM
There are a lot of things written on your post but none of them really talks about winning strategies for betting. No one will ever have a betting strategy to consistently win. Even poker players and card players lose every so often no matter how experienced they are on what they're doing. If ever someone has come up with a 'winning strategy' for crypto betting, it's most likely abusing a bug or something along the same lines because it's impossible to win consistently against any game that has the odds stacked against you.
Looking for that winning strategy post as well and it only says here about to gamble using crypto instead of the fiat money. Well, I have to agree on this that no matter what your strategy is, it will still not 100% sure that it will work because this is gambling after all and we rely to our luck most of the time. Having a strategy for your gambling habit is fine as long as you can still manage your expectation.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do casinos require users to verify their identity through a KYC policy? on: May 04, 2024, 08:47:29 PM
I've read a lot of comments in this board stating that a user is required to undergo KYC if their account is suspected of cheating. Can anyone explain how it is necessary related to the subject? A detailed explanation would be better, but everyone's ideas are welcome, as I believe it's worth discussing so gamblers will not be misled regarding this matter, which pops up from time to time.
This might be part of their security measure to detect fraud and laundering, also they are regulated and they have no choice but to follow the regulations especially regarding KYC. Though it’s sad to see KYC in crypto gambling but I guess we can’t escape this one as most of the top casinos are already asking for the KYC and yeah we also want to gamble on a site with a license so either we deal with this or look for alternatives.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Buy a Bonus VS playing Slot on normal Spin - which do you prefer? on: May 04, 2024, 08:37:02 PM
So, I am here to ask, buying a bonus and playing on normal spins in slot game, which so far, has been more profitable for or to you?

If we are to go by what most gamblers would have preferred, the two are important in putting into consideration, all because they have the tendency of meeting up to the required taste and standard slot gamblers could require on that regards, also those kind of gamblers that like receiving bonus in gambling, they will go by this in other to make a replication of their deposit fund alongside with the bonus entitlement, but as for me, i will go by the playing of normal spin on slot games, based on my experience.
Buying bonuses just to increase your chance of winning is fine, as long as it is still within your strategy though for me, if its in slot machine or slots game, regardless of what you are going to do your winnings will still depend on your luck. I do buy bonuses sometimes and also play a normal slot game, I think you can do both and enjoy the slot games.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before Trading Bitcoin you should... on: May 03, 2024, 09:56:06 PM
Before you trade bitcoin, don't trade bitcoin. Just HODL. You won't lose any money by HODL but in trading bitcoin you must lose money and it is the destiny for most traders. Before you trade bitcoin, ask yourself if you see yourself doing it for long term, if you can be the best in the world at trading bitcoin or it's something you want to do because you watched a TikTok video two days ago and saw the glitz and glamour of those celebrity traders, social media influencers traders and you liked it and thought you should try it.
Holding doesn’t guarantee anything especially if you are buying at a peak price and just holding without any plan. Before doing any trade, it’s really advisable to have a stable income first and never consider Bitcoin trading as your main source of income simply because profit is not guaranteed in trading. Personally, I consider trading as my side hustle without expecting anything in return, with this kind of mindset I don’t have much pressure about my finances as I can still cover my daily cost using my main source of income.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2v1 MMA fight? on: May 03, 2024, 09:39:14 PM
I understand that this fully entertainment and we should not consider such fights as serious. But if promotions will be lead by fans that asks for more and more entertainment, that what we would have next in future? Fights 3 vs 1, where that alone fighter has a knife? I am telling you, soon, fans will find such fights boring and would ask for more. In conclusion, I would not watch such events, that is not  sport.
There will always be a bias here and seriously this is indeed for entertainment purposes only and I won’t bet on any fight like this as they are more prone to biases and a scripted fights. If you’re into sports betting and a match like this, then you should be more careful and bet only on a real fight. This is indeed interesting to watch but betting should not be the option here.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Also consider your mental State of health while investing for wealths. on: May 03, 2024, 09:28:14 PM
Whatever you stated is all common sense op. However, most people invest without thinking about their mental health for even a second thanks to their desperation to earn more money as soon as possible.

The ones who wisely consider their mental health when making big financial decisions are part of the minority based on what I observed.
Many are too focus about the money side and forget this part when it comes to investing as if they are more confident about what they are doing without doing any big effort to analyze the situation. Having a good mental health can bring you into a better place and help you decide not just in investing but also in your everyday living. Investing can be very stressful and if you allow such stress to cover your brain then that could be a for your investing decisions, again we also have to learn to control our emotions and be more wise.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In order to reach your target, don't rush! on: May 03, 2024, 09:18:07 PM
... because panicking and rushing to do something can be costly sometimes.
Successful business owners do not make decisions under pressure or in a hurry because every decision matters and can cost the business, or yield profit for the business.

There is always pressure that comes with business ownership or being an investor, and if you are unaware of this pressure, you will be susceptible to acting, taking actions, and making decisions under its influence.
That’s correct, everything must came from a studied and wise decisions in order to stay in business and of course to approach properly. There’s always pressure, stress and problems on any business or even with your investments, and the only difference is on how you will handle it. If you’re professional enough to handle that kind of scenario I’m sure you’ll grow more. There should be no rush on anything, you must have more patience and trust the process.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation like this? on: May 03, 2024, 08:55:55 PM
Once broken, it’s not easy to build trust again. It will take time and effort to get those you have hurt to trust you again. While I don’t think I can ever find myself in such situation, all of us have disappointed our parents in one way of the other. Hypothetically speaking, if I was in such position, I would try to replace the money, if I need to get work multiple jobs in order to make the money I would do it.
There will always be a trust issues once you broke their trust with you and you have to accept that fact because it’s your fault in the first place. What you can do right now is to promise that you wont do the same mistake again and promise to repay it in time, also you have to show that you’ve changes already, and slowly they might trust you again because after all, you are still their son and they still need them to guide you.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are your holdings ready for this altcoinseason? on: May 03, 2024, 08:49:14 PM
I'm feeling the pressure not to miss out on this bull run. I'm confident in my portfolio of solid coins, but I don't think they're quite cutting it. I want my investments to bring in serious wealth. I've heard about meme coins making people rich overnight, but I'm a bit wary of jumping into that arena. By the way, do you think older coins will see the biggest price surges compared to newer ones? What are your thoughts on this?
Depends on the old coins you are holding though if its the top altcoins then there’s a big chance for a good pump. You don’t need to panic and feel that pressure of buying more especially if its not within the budget anymore, just take everything slowly but surely. My current altcoins holding might not be that much but I’m confident that it can still bring profit to me and I’m ok with that as long as it is a profit.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you taking advantage of this red market? on: May 02, 2024, 09:51:50 PM
Definitely, this is where you look for good opportunities to accumulate as the price dumps. This is just like the bear trend before where we can see the bloody market and look at their price now. There’s no need to panic as this correction is normal and healthy, what you can do for now is to look for good projects and do your own research so you can decide if you are going to invest or keep looking for other options. As many says, if there’s a panic better to buy more.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are online/crypto casinos the most profitable digital business? on: May 02, 2024, 09:47:25 PM
E-commerce is a good business and we can say that it is now the trend, and you can have a big chance here to make big profit especially if you are able to introduce a new online services that can attract more users and investors as well. This sounds good but yeah this will require a lot of work or even a big capital in order for you to successfully operate. Better to have a good team to discuss this matter and think for every possibilities and challenges along the way.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there strategy to make profit daily future trade on: May 02, 2024, 09:40:01 PM
Day trader always make profit in daily futures trade, though their net profit will still be based on when they stop trading and if they make more money compare to their losses. If you are planning to play long always, then how can you make profit daily? Futures trading are risky and if you have limited knowledge about this better not to try yet and instead focus on understanding it and be more knowledgeable about futures.
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Post halving investing strategy. on: May 02, 2024, 09:36:15 PM
My investment strategy always remains the same, no matter what’s the price. I believe that Bitcoins are limited in numbers and hence very valuable. So whenever I have funds to spend, I just buy the coins and invest in it for long term. No matter what’s the price, no matter what is the condition of the market, i just buy the coins irrespective of its price. Hence post halving I will again follow this and will keep on accumulating the coins regularly.
This kind of strategy is not applicable to everybody since many want’s to accumulate at a cheaper price as much as possible though this looks like DCA and I think it’s also ok especially for long term players. I personally have my own way to accumulate, I collect all my extra funds and just waiting for the perfect timing to buy again, I mean there should be no rush in buying and we should always do our own research before we invest.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There is too many coins and chains but why need? on: May 02, 2024, 09:16:04 PM
We need them because it’s a competition, and only the best one will prevail.
How can you expect a good service if there’s only a one provider? That’s monopoly and there’s no freedom to that. There’s a lot of blockchain technology yes and you can easily spot who’s the best and who’s the worst, now it’s up to you on what to use for your transactions.
