It depends on the project they are selling. Maybe there's a reason why some projects do maintain their ICO's alive. They really wanted to take it seriously. ICO's nowadays can't even reach soft cap. So I think in the long run if bull market will stabilize we will see different scenarios.

Electra ofcourse they will release there mainnet which is the Masternode,  not familiar with the others but I guess Electa is a good choice, or better choose top 30 coins that make you profitable in an upcoming bull run.

2020 would be different. We will see a masive gains in all cryptocurrency. Blockchain will dominate the world of technology. Bitcoin will reach 1million usd as usual coz 240million users or more will use btc wallet. So be ready for a big change.

Cryptocurrency is the future of money and all companies so if you have those in early stage then hodl it in the longer yrs you'll get what you wanted to gain. Make profit while you can and invest in crypto. Right now it may look like a bubble but it's a good sign though.

Banks use database, Cryptocurrency use Blockchain and this is why we are in the stage of information. The higher internet speed the higher speed of transaction we need and before anything else the internet may speed up to 5G and it will be on mainstream on 2020 so banks should shift to cryptocurrency. However in the long run if those hackers will use 5G internet they will easily track your portfolio and software database and that will be a big problem to all central banks. So i guess they will shift to cryptocurrency for more safety precaution and more efficient.

No. Bitcoin is more decentralized than bitcoin.
Ethereum has their own founder and have foundation while bitcoin developers are truly anonymous. Transaction could be seen on the blockchain but you don't know where it came from. but ethereum can track coins and some of their ERC20 token requires KYC. So for me bitcoin is more decentralized than Ethereum.

As we all know that cryptocurrencies at first are speculative investment. One reason why they keep creating Coins that has no real use producing alot of tokens and after the token sale devs or whales usually dump their coins in the market before they distribute it on their investors. Some are pretty good investment but beware on this kind of scammy token.

Some bounty coins are pretty good to hodl especially if they planned to release their catalyst on time. So if you really wanted to hodl bounty token I advise to follow them on Github for upcoming events and projects undergo.

On some cases Beginners are just here to risk there money and wishing that they will grant their wishes to take profit overnight due to some hype or what we call FOMO- The thing here is we should be resilience on how to avoid those scam tokens- Particularly those who dumo their tokens on exchanges.
