Где вы находите заказчиков? Можно как я и говорю пояснить например: отслеживаю новые проекты и пишу овнерам в личку -20%, какие то специальные ресурсы - 50%, блоги - 30 % и т.д. Ну или что то в этом роде, чтобы хоть какое то представление было как получить заказчиков.
НО если это полностью секретная информация, то можете не отвечать. Вы и так многим поделились.
Да нет, это не секрет. Я вообще не понимаю вот этих секретиков. Если ты специалист своего дела - чего тебе скрывать? Заказчиков я не нахожу - они находят меня. Сами пишут. На данный момент - я достаточно сильный специалист (в большинстве своём, благодаря высшим образованиям), поэтому я не просто веду ветки баунти, а, скорее, предоставляю целый комплекс услуг, целью которых - не забрать оплату за механическую работу, а помочь команде собрать soft cap. Спасибо за ответ и открытость. НО всё же вы не указали каналы, как вас находят заказчики? Форумы, сайты, резюме, биржи? Можно получить какую-то конкретику? Меня находят в телеграм. Скоро дорастете до уровня силона в баунти) когда у него свои переводчики) и жесткие условия для участия), однако за ним всегда много народу) и берет он 20 000$ в месяц работы). Конечно что за токены работаете это хорошо, но только для проекта. Дорастём, конечно же =) У меня тоже свои переводчики уже есть, несколько профессиональных команд, поэтому у меня баунти всегда в течение недели появляется на нескольких языках, которые 100% не гугл-переводчик. |

Woah...I'm wondering why the platform would charge 40%-50% in commissions to Ufan8 partners. This is not different from what the current music industry faces: intermediaries taking a big slice from the pie. No matter if is online streaming, youtube videos, ghost production, song writing, companies currently take 40 to 50 even up to 70% of the value the musician is producing. What are the standards or requirements for a musician to become an UFan8 partner? Needing to become a partner to be able to monetise in the platform is still utilising the business model that currently blockchain is disrupting and eliminating. Platforms like musicoin, dropd, singulardtv, dotblockchain, etc are completely eliminating the intermediaries, reducing commissions to zero, and letting the artists fully connect with their audiences and fully own their content, licenses and rights. The current business model simply doesn't work, is unfair to the musician and migrating it to the blockchain, will have serious complications.
I really want to know what's the value proposition to the musician behind charging 40% to 50% in commissions.
