Yeah, I got the same mail, I think it was more like 2 dollars per day for 5 days or something, I do not quite remember it but I was pretty sure there would have been like x-million rollover and I never really liked getting free money unless it was actually free money so I just deleted it.

However, it is always awesome for people who do not have enough money to game so they end up not gambling at all sometimes or they try to find a way to gamble with as little as possible they could. So, sending them this free bet offer is great, they could use this 2 dollars to at least gamble for a while to get the fun out of their system, sure they could lose all of it but that is the point, they could lose all the money they got for free and they wouldn't still be at a loss.

Hey there. Smiley

What rollover are you referring to exactly, please? We don't have any rollover set on our bonuses, and if we have one, it would have been clearly noted. If you were referring to something else by chance, I would appreciate if you would explain it. Smiley

~
Anyway, since we have got coupon for the new game, does it mean that we wont get monthly coupon? Usually it comes on the middle of the month and it is now we are on the last week of the month but still no monthly coupon. Probably the monthly coupon is added on the new game Slide coupon?

The email bonus you received was actually the monthly bonus in the form of a daily reload claim. As for when the monthly bonuses are sent out, it is actually totally random, but we try to keep it around the middle of the month. This month it was a bit delayed since the new game was being prepared for the release. Smiley

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach us either on Live chat or via email: support@stake.com

Have a splendid day!

The rules says that the max payout target is 1,000,000 but as I can see there are some players tries to hunt for more than that max payout target. I did try myself and I able to set the payout target as 100,000,000x. Since the maximum result is infinite and you allow us to set target payout more than 1,000,000x, does it mean that if someone play with 100,000,000 and win it then the player will get 1,000,000x of his bet amount due to the stated rules? If so, it is better to give a limit on that payout target so players wont be able to set target payout more than 1,000,000x.

I checked with the devs and admins about that, and it's actually just an error in the rules which will be sorted soon. Smiley

You can see the max target profit even now, just try to input some really huge number and you will get a message that the target payout must be less than or equal to 4294967000.  Shocked

Just please check the max profits for each coin to see how much you can actually stake per bet.

Have fun and share big wins here when you get them!  Grin
3  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: May 20, 2020, 12:54:44 PM

Ah, so you've always had the license? Then I guess my next question is, why the enforcement now? Anyway, I have asked support and wasn't able to get a clear answer, which is why I'm trying here. In so many words:
-why now? and;
-I am able to get around the restrictions. But will this affect my ability to access my account and funds at a latter time?

Really hoping to keep Stake-ing!

Hi again. I apologize for my delayed reply. I hope you read in my previous reply which countries are restricted so if you are not from one of them, there will be no issues.

In case you are not a "prohibited area" but you are using a VPN, I would suggest you to turn it off, clear cache and cookies and then give it another try. It should work. Some VPNs are causing trouble since they take IPs from countries that we don't have license for.

If it still doesn't work, please reach us again and we will look further into this. This can be easily solved if your are not from a restricted area listed in our ToS.

In case you are, I am truly sorry, but you will not be able to use our services until further notice. We are strict when it comes to  "getting around" and breaching our ToS so I would advise you not to even try to do it.

Let me know if I can help any further.

Cheers!

What happens to the stake site? It keeps giving me an internal error pop up.

Is it only me or not?

Hey there.

We just had a brief maintenance which was finished after a few minutes, so now there are not such issues. In case you are still facing it, please contact us in Live chat.

Hey guys. Checking in here as I tried to login and play today but just got told that your license now doesn't allow me to play from my location. Guess things have moved on from when I first joined, didn't know you even had a license already! Was already prepping for a return to sports, but anyway, just to clarify: this is only a connection based on location, right? Like all the other IP restrictions other casinos have?

Of course we have a license, we have had it since the site was released. As for the restricted areas, you may check our ToS about that: https://stake.com/?modal=terms

"5.2. JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or reside in United States, CW, Syrian Arab Republic, Islamic Republic Of Iran, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Australia, Netherlands or France (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted make use of the Service."

If you wish to inquire more about this, please contact us on Live chat or through email: support@stake.com

Have a good one!

There are also some countries' ISPs that are blocking access to crypto/gambling forums, so this also can cause you a lot of issues with logging in.

In such situations, what you can try is to access the forum from some other Internet connection (from a different provider) to see if it will help. If not, you can always contact your Internet provider's support team to ask for more detail about that. I believe they will explain it in more detail.

Guys, is it possible to create a mirror of the PrimeDice Forum as well?

But whatever I do, I can't access the PD forum.

It's a pity because I like this place.

Btw, am I the only one with with this problem?

Hey there, Betwrong!

Feel free to reach us on Live Support whenever possible about this and we will look into it. It may happen that you have some old banned account and therefore your IP is restricted. But better contact us on Support.  Smiley

Hello everyone. Smiley

As noted, faucet was removed a long time ago due to heavy abuse. Since then, we have provided you with many additional ways of earning crypto with us, some of which are random tips from our RainBot and RainBotNG, which send rains and tips to random active users.

These are incentives to active users and those that positively contribute to the community, so we would like to invite all of you to join us on chat. Wink Besides these rains and tips, there are also various chat games and tips both from us in Support and from our Moderators. Again, these are also for active chatters and non-spammers.  Cheesy

If you maybe wish to learn more about any of these, feel free to reach us either on Live Chat or email at any time: support@stake.com

I played the Limbo game for 5 hours but my gaming experience was not good towards the end of the session. My strategy requires to get new "Client Seed" with applying the "Rotate Seed Pair" but after 40 changes, the system doesn't let me and error pop up: Wait for XX minutes for new seed pair. Why this error happens, isn't changing the player seed unlimited?

Good day.

There is a limit on how many times you can change the Seed Pair in an hour. This limit was implemented to prevent any potential abuse that may arise, I hope you understand that. Smiley If you wish to know more about it, feel free to contact us on Live chat at any time. Smiley

Why are you lying to people? Still haven’t got my withdrawal! Small issues? Not receiving your money is small issues

Could you please reach us on Live chat regarding this in case you still haven't and we will look into this?
10  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Good Salary vs A Career in the sector you love... on: May 13, 2020, 07:52:44 AM
About 10 years ago I had my own business that brought me enough money and pleasure as I worked for myself. After a while I went bankrupt because technology was constantly evolving and there was no demand for my products.

Since then, I have worked in a lot of organizations, but I have not experienced this kind of pleasure anymore.  To this day, I remember that time as the best. Though it is harder to work for myself, but also pleasure such work brings more especially when you achieve some success.

I am truly sorry to hear that you business eventually failed, but at least you had a chance to experience that kind of joy at one point in your life. Smiley I don't think many could say the same, unfortunately. Maybe something good awaits you again soon, who knows. Smiley Just stay open minded, I guess.  Grin

I was fortunate enough to find the job I actually grow to like more every day (or should I say the job found me?  Grin ) and I am so grateful for that. I wish you all the same luck as I had, and even more. *fingers crossed*

11  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A Good Salary vs A Career in the sector you love... on: May 11, 2020, 06:22:56 AM
Greetings everyone!  Smiley

I hope you are all doing great.

I used to do a job related to what I actually studied for (and I really love what I chose to study) and it was pretty interesting and exciting in the beginning, I loved it! Unfortunately, as the time went by, it became quite frustrating and time consuming. The salary was not too great, but I managed to live with it. Surely enough, there were days which reminded me why I chose to do that specific job, but had I had to keep doing it, I am not sure if I would have managed. It could be me, of course, but I grew to like it less, to put it that way.

Then, by accident (believe it or not), I got a chance to move on to a new job, one I knew literally nothing about. I accepted it by the initiative of my family since the salary was much better, and I actually grew fond of it the more I learned about it. Grin And here I am today, still doing that very job for a few years now, and I love it more with each new day.  Smiley

The bottom line is, give it a try if you see some benefits in it, even though it might have some drawbacks. You never know how it will turn out for you.

Cheers!

Got scammed by those guys
Once I said I lost access to my email
They locked my account and sent all proofs they asked.
Beside without email already I could withraw and deposit
They just need some excuse to disable your account.

Becareful with them.
Also the best thing the support will tell you is
Wait general manager it has been a week already.

Hey there.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused!

We actually talked in that conversation where you sent the needed data, in case you don't remember. Smiley

I just checked and your account is actually still under review. There is no need to be worried at all or call us "scam" for being precautious and for taking users' security very seriously.

Also, you are not waiting for a week, but rather for a couple of days.

And I also saw that you already reached out again just before you made this post, and my colleague explain what the issue is and why this is taking this long to be solved.

With that said, kindly wait for just a little while and you will be contacted back, you have my word. We don't leave cases unsolved and unreplied. And you are always welcome to contact us on Live chat to ask for an update.

Cheers!

Probably fake Slip to hype up the site.

Garbage website. Horrible VIP hosts.

Hey there.

There is no need to assume such a thing since we don't really need to make fake slips when we have many amazing players on the site. Smiley If you come on chat and stick around you will see it for yourself.

I am not sure what the issue is here, but if you have had some unpleasant experience or if there is something that we could perhaps do to help, feel free to reach us on Live chat or email: support@stake.com

I believe we can sort it out. Smiley

Cheers!

However, wouldn't it be great for Stake to actually hire someone who would be constantly here and talk with people as well? Instead of just sharing one message per day and leave. Is it so disgusting to expecting stake to have a community manager that is in talks with the customers as well?

Hey.  Smiley

I am sorry to meddle, but maybe I could say a word or two about it as well. Smiley

Just as Symphonized mentioned, there are some answers that she may not be able to provide right away so she simply forwards the matter to our superiors. There is no need to say anything bad about her (or anyone else in general) because of that. We all have our job domains and we are trying to do them as best as we can, even if that means that we make mistakes sometimes.

I am not sure how that would work since that person would again have to check with admins or us, so it would be the same I guess. The best solution would be if we, the Support Team and admins, could try and be more active here. Smiley

Surely enough, there is always the option for you to reach us on Live chat and we will have everything sorted there instantly. Cheesy

Cheers!

Didn't realize there was a person named KatarinaS that worked with stake as well, I saw this wall of text and saw the talks about "us, we, our" and so forth and I was like who is that person? Checked his history and looks like he only talked about stake and only a few times so far, wasn't really expecting a newbie account defending stake like they are really involved but turns out katarinas is not really a bitcointalk part of stake team so didn't really feel the need to be here all the time I suppose.

Well, on behalf of all stake.com lovers here on bitcointalk welcome back and hopefully this time you wouldn't really give a too much break and you would join our talks, we would love to have as many stake team members here as we can so we can discuss more stuff that symphonized allowed to discuss.

Hey. Smiley

I am actually one of the members of the Stake.com Support team so that is why you will find me posting on this thread mostly and that is also the reason why I am talking about "us, we, our" when referring to Stake.com.  Smiley

I will surely try to come by more often in the future, and hopefully my colleagues as well.  Cheesy
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | Crypto Powered Sportsbook and Casino | 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: April 14, 2020, 12:52:42 AM
It's always unpleasant when issues like this happen, but I hope users understand that the blame is not to be put on us since we've done all there was for us to do to provide you with ways of securing your accounts so now it's only up to you what you will do with those options.

If you care enough about your account security, you will set a strong password that is not and was not used on other platforms, you will furthermore verify email, and, most importantly, you will enable two-step verification. If you have issues setting any of the just mentioned security options, ping us on Live chat or email: support@stake.com , and we will assist you further.

You may now also always check your current sessions, and if you notice something odd, make sure to change your password right away because that will log out all the active sessions, and contact us.

Here is the link to the sessions: https://stake.com/settings/sessions

Even with all of these security measures in place, we still cannot guarantee your accounts' safety since if you yourselves give out your login credentials, you will, therefore, give your account to the hacker.

The most "popular" ways of stealing login credentials are (at last from my experience so far) through third party bots and scripts, especially those that "guarantee your balance will double/triple if you deposit x amount of coins and use that specific script in your console", so please be extremely cautious!

There are also those malicious ones that will change the address to which you are trying to withdraw your funds, meaning that your funds will end up on some totally different address from the one you sent them to. It would be great if you would always double-check the address, just to be sure it's the right one.

Don't use any such bots and scrips if you are not very well acquainted with their creator, or else you may end up with your account being compromised and your funds lost.

Please act responsibly when it comes to the safety of your login data, account, and funds, and be ready to take responsibility if you are not.

We have a years-long impeccable reputation and we are doing our best to maintain it. Those who've been with us from the very beginning know what I am talking about here and I believe they would agree with me.

We are always here for you so don't hesitate to contact us at any time, either on Live chat or email. Smiley

Stay safe!

I can see many people has already won this, is this limited or any number of winners will be awarded>?
Hey there! Smiley

For such challenges as this one, there is no limit on how many users can participate and win. You will be able to see that as well if you open the spoiler in the opening post of the challenge:

"All players who complete the challenge in the next 7 days, will get a share in the prize pool! There is no limit to the number of winners, and the more people who get involved, the higher the prize pool! So if you get more people involved, then you win more!"

If you still have some questions, feel free to contact us on Live Support chat at any time since we are available 24/7. Smiley

Have a lovely day!

Don't forget to setup your email and 2FA for more Protection on your Primedice's Account.
You never know when someone will get your private informations and try to login and get access to your funds.

Adding an email will also help you recover your account more quickly Wink

Thank you for the reminder, Symphonized.  Smiley

Let's not forget to mention that it's essential to create a strong and unique password that you didn't use on some other account/platform (you may read more about strong passwords and how to make them on our forum: https://forum.primedice.com/topic/462-how-to-create-a-strong-and-reliable-password/ ). Also, make sure not to click/register on any suspicious links. Furthermore, log out from a device after each session, especially if someone else uses that device as well.

You are responsible for your account security, we can just provide you with ways to secure it. Smiley

And in case you haven't already seen, we implemented active sessions history, so you can always check if there is someone else is logged in on your account: https://primedice.com/settings/sessions

If that's the case, change the password right away and reach us on Support chat for further help.

Cheers! Smiley

How much did you lose by this accident? Is it a huge amount that makes it is worth for Stake to steal your money like your accusation against them? I watched your video but I cant see it as a proof since it is just a video after you lose all your balance. CMIIW
Sorry to say but I do not think it is worth for Stake to steal your money.

Hey, Bitinity. Smiley

I would say that no balance is worth ruining our years-long reputation, no matter the amount.

When we make a mistake, we say it and do everything we can to make things right, but in this case, the mistake was not on our side so unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about the lost funds.
