1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅[ANN]✅[ICO]💪[ROCK]💪 Ice Rock Mining - The most profitable mining on: October 21, 2017, 03:32:13 AM
This is a very original project. But very strange. How is it possible that you can use the caves without having to pay anything? Do they belong to anyone? Is there any security to protect the miners?

The cave is very close to the dam. Dams in Kazakhstan are viewed as strategic objects. There is always armed security nearby because it is required by law to ensure security near the dam and nearby areas. Our projects benefits from this greatly. If otherwise, we would not take a risk to proceed with the project.

Why the cost of electricity is so cheap?

Hi, sir!

In Kazakhstan, electricity is not expensive, Our city is supplied by hydroelectric power stations. Ice Rock Mining is located in an area very near to them. And that area, in which is Ice Rock Mining cave located falls under a rural, agrarian quota, and therefore the cost of electricity is cheap.

Only words, again you have not provided any proof of cheap energy. Cheap energy is the basis of your project.
I am writing the third post - give proof.

Dear Ted Kin

My name is Ruslan. I am an advisor of ICEROCK project.

I appreciate your interest in our project. I noticed that you expressed interested in evidence of the cheap electricity to be supplied to our project. Well, I can tell you that ICO currently has a very weak legal framework and such legislation is still developing. However, as you know, White Papers are similar to share issues prospectuses where all risk factors and relevant information are disclosed. Given that there is no relevant legislation, we may apply the principle of analogy and look at White Papers in the same way as share prospectuses. In other words, having reviewed the White Paper, you can make your own investment decision as to whether you would like to participate in our project or not.

Further, we are not willing to disclose the legal papers relating to supply of electricity. All relevant information is disclosed in our White Paper. We do not believe that disclosure of the legal agreement on this forum will work fine. On the contrary, it will be detrimental to our project since other competitors and third parties may use this information for their benefit. We, in turn, would like to make this project happen. Also, most of such legal arrangements have confidentiality provisions. Even if we decide to disclose this document to you, we have to ask the consent of the counterparty first. Due to the internal bureaucracy at the counterparty it may take some time and you will likely lose patience before we provide it to you. Overall, we believe that disclosure of such information is not necessary and you are free to make your investment decision based on the White Paper.

Further, you have mentioned that you had bad experience in Kazakhstan. I am sorry to hear that. This may happen in any country, especially in the developing one. However, we admit that the legal and business environment are more risky than in developed countries. All these risk factors are, again, disclosed in our White Paper. In the same time, costs are lower in Kazakhstan (labor, electricity, manpower etc) and there are some factors, such as profitability, that make some projects in our region more attractive. Again, we warn of the risk factors in our White Paper, and you may review it at any time.

Lastly, you have stated that when the head of our state terminates his authority, the country may fall into chaos. I can tell you that the transition of power from one president to the other may not affect our project. Look at the similar country – Uzbekistan – things did not get worse and the situation has become more open. As to legal framework, it is very unlikely that our legislators will pass any laws that regulate this industry. They simply have no understanding as to what is going on here. Even if they want to, it will take considerable time and they will require special experts to explain what is it. Even in the neighbouring Russia the parliament asked experts to explain what cryptocurrency means before they act further. Passing special legislation will take years.

Thank you for your interest in our project.

Best regards

Ruslan
