UNO is 1 year old on October 18!  This a HUGE landmark for a cryptocurrency, and well worth celebrating! Most new coins are done and dead in 3 months, so UNO to start it's second year with a market cap of nearly $700k, ranked in the CMC top 40's, with a community intact, and listed on great exchanges... that's a big deal.

This week myself and others (hopefully I can include YOU among the conspirators) will be making a push to help tell UNO's story. There's a lot of noise in cryptoland, what with dozens of daily shitcon launches. It's difficult to rise above it, but this week will.  UNO has a great story to tell.

Just a heads up -- I'm on a pheasant hunting trip next weekend so I won't have internet access on Oct 18!  Aaargh!   I'm counting on you guys to carry on, and I'll join up with you Sunday, but don't hate me when I drop out of sight right at the most important moment. If I wouldn't be disappointing my kids, I'd have ditched the trip, but it's just one of those things.

I'm excited about this week! Watch for the clown video on Wednesday! He's got something to say about Uno.

If it wasn't for him, there wouldn't be a Uno.  Fair launch coins don't make big money for their creators, because... well, they are fair!!  There was no premine, instamine, or any of the other shenanigans that we have seen in a thousand other coins since the launch of Uno.

There's lots of abandoned coins. Just find one that syncs, pick it up and make things happen. Save yourself the hassle of a launch.

When we decide to pump Un, people will know it. There will be no doubt.
This is stasis.  Uno is worth .02, easy.  I think it will soon be .05, a 5-cent piece (5 pence), a nickel to bitcoin. I don't see why not. There is nothing like it.  This rise since July is a result of growing recognition of Un's value.  Sorry it doesn't fit the typical scam profile of ICO, pnd, eroding POS, and then decent into obscurity. Un chose a different path. We choose life.

Yeah, maybe BW was right. Some people looking at what we chose to do last night might see it as a pump. Oh, well. They don't have to buy it. I didn't see a pump though -- I saw a group of people who trusted each other work together to realize value.  Nobody paid "1 bitcoin" to get inside pump information; it was all just posted here in public, for free. Someone had an idea, "hey lets take out that wall!", and others said "Sure, makes sense because the coin is undervalued." There was no personality cult.  Nobody worships anyone else on this forum. If someone has a good idea and others agree, then there may be some action. If not, there will be no action. If Un had been totally overvalued at .01, nobody would have helped take out that wall.

Nobody is forced to buy into Uno, either at .005, or .008, or .01, or .05. They can just watch. Fine by me. The price today doesn't really matter to me, because I know where it's headed tomorrow.

It probably is a lot easier for me, though, because I have Un I paid .0025, .0035, .005, .006 for. If I buy some at .01, it's not big deal.  I know it's difficult to find an opening in a crowded pool, and takes courage to jump in and take your spot. But once you're in the pool water is fine.

Dumpers do not bum me out. They lower my average cost. Always have some buy orders well below the selling price. Or my name is not "Falling Knife." Sure, you'll buy today at .0095, but tomorrow some guy will sell you coins at .006.  Average it out.  Dumpers are gonna dump. Don't fear the dumper. Don't even call them names... They are providing an important service.

1300 Uno now in safer, stronger hands, at a nice discount. We're all that much better off.

I caught at least 300 of those. Sadly he didn't reach my lowest buy orders.

Fear mongering about Uno is rising on Twitter now, as they try to get people to dump Uno. Lol.



I'm not saying it will never com down, but I do still believe there is a lot of upside here for Uno.  People want in but are afraid of the .01 price.  But then again, they were afraid of the .0025 price, weren't they. What the hell do they want??

They don't understand how UNO works.  If they are waiting for miners to dump an inflationary amount of coins on the market, then they will be waiting a long time.  The days of significant inflation are gone. They don't understand the strong hands, and the strong community.  

They are still afraid of Wolong.  There is a scary boogy man behind every Uno, apparently.

Pure FUD.

They had the same opportunity to buy in as we did at .0025, .004, .006,  .008, now .01.  Why should we expect the fearmongers to ever buy Uno.  These are the short term weak hands who, if they ever did actually muster the courage to make a move into Uno, would try to pump it up anyway. So their calls for a sell off here when they don't own any are laughable.

Strong hands make Unobtanium strong.

They are missing the opportunity to buy into the world's first true cryptocommodity.   They don't know how to make money with anything that isn't a pnd scam. Long term buy & hold isn't within their experience.  

The value of UNO is not tied to cow piss, or printer ink. If you want to own a pure cryptographic asset that is in limited supply, vetted, tried and tested, with no inflation, sprinkled liberally with fairness with a dash of community enthusiasm, then UNO is your coin.

Expect more fear monger from the fudsters as UNO continues to confound them in the months ahead. They won't take the time to understand why Uno is different. So the higher it climbs in Coinmarketcap, the louder the criticism will become from those who missed the boat.

I don't know him, but I know he has done good work with FlorinCoin, and that transaction messages are at the heart of his work on that coin. He seems like a nice enough guy, and I think he's also connected to Blocktech now. I would just shoot a message with your question and see if he would be pleasant enough to answer.

UNO is becoming known. People are asking, "what is this?"  They are so used to pnd scams, that a coin rising on it's merits is unbelievable, and so I don't expect people to get it at first. It will be awhile before they convince themselves that UNO is truly a fair launch/no premine/1 year old/community intact/real devs/low inflation/rare cryptocurrency.

In 2 months, people will be asking, "Why has this coin gained against BTC for 6 months in a row?" I don't know when the masses will begin pouring in (not too soon I hope). 

Other markets are starting to go around Cryptsy already.  Trex is .011.  It won't be long for that sell wall at Cryptsy.



Arbs and value buyers will snatch it up soon enough.  I'd do it, but this is fun to watch.

You know who would really know about this? That guy (sorry forget his name) is managing Florincoin. They do this well.
You might also reach out to Cryptapus, since he runs a reliable Uno block explorer and could probably tell you more about what's in that blockchain.

Random Friday thoughts, in no particular order...

Expect walls from latecomers who want to buy low. It's the only way they know how to get into Uno. The quantities are just not out there.  

Remember what Wolong had to do to enter Uno. To get a significant quantity, he had to buy the book up to .08374.

I would be so happy to see my low buy orders filled one last time.

Even at .01, UNO is a mere penny to a Bitcoin.  Call me crazy, but I think Uno could be a 5 cent piece (nickel) to a Bitcoin, probably before Uno's 2nd Birthday.

The longer it sits there, the sexier that Uno sell wall looks.

I look at the some of the "worst" trades that I've made since last summer.  Erundook dumping into my high .005 5 btc buy wall....  Screwing around on MintPal, buying their book up to a crazy .006 (nearly a 100% buy up at the time).  When it comes to Uno, my worst trades usually become some of my best trades, eventually.

Waiting for block 500k

My bet is the halving will happen at 500k, in 65 blocks. I went back and looked through blockchain. The first 2k bocks were .001, then 1 uno reward until block 100k, and then halvings on the 100k's thereafter.  So if it doesn't happen at 500k I will be bothering Blazr for an explanation.

Shouldn't be long now. If I'm wrong, I'll send everyone here a free Un.  If I'm right, lets hike it past .01.
