What about KYC, is it required here?
Hi there! In keeping with industry best practices, we may request that you submit to our KYC process if you contribute more than 1,000 Ether (ETH). Every registered user shall have to comply with the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms with respect to international standards. All KYC and AML requirements must be adhered to and fulfilled by the token purchaser during the registration for token purchase and at the time of the CoooCoin Token Sales. CoooCoin and Cooonet Corporation reserve the right to refuse any Person who fails to comply. The initial Token Sale and Purchase Agreement will ask all subscribers to agree to this. From a practical point of view Token buyers with orders over USD$5,000 will need to supply, on request, KYC documentation. Small Token orders perhaps under USD$1,000 to $5,000 may not be asked, however there is an ongoing obligation to do so if asked or if a Government Agency asks for it.

Our pre-sale was an abysmal failure. You can find four short videos explaining key components of our platform and business strategy (product explainer video and mini-series introduction to Cooonet) here There is also much information on www.cooonet.com and www.cooocoin.com ; including a limited access demo (soon to be a more extensive invite-only demo) as well as whitepaper. Our Facebook also is representative of our company. Additional marketing materials are being prepared such as a media kit. Our Australian-HK technical and China-based staff presently involved heavily with platform beta testing and field tests (test runs in a small sample in China). Our HK based members are focussed on finalizing partnership with an Australia-based Wholesale Investor and their Singapore branch in particular. We've ended our presale, and have decided to postpone our ICO.
We will be relaunching a presale in January and a TGE in February/March.
We will no longer be calling this investment round an ICO, as we are working closely with the Singaporean branch of an Australian wholesale investor whose preferred term is 'TGE', to differentiate the crypto event from typical ICOs.
We are taking a different route (TGE and partnership with financial institutions) due to the large number of scams and faulty businesses becoming associated with ICOs, and the difficulty of crowdfunding through purely public appeal. We will be focussing on private investors and going a more structured VC-type route, but will continue to maintain a public-facing presence and public options to buy (whitelist and email update subscription will soon become available on www.cooocoin.com).
