621  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 4.5% daily return... What idiot believes this? on: September 06, 2014, 04:22:39 PM

It could be possible if you mine a few of the new alts and then offload them quickly onto the market hehe.  This obviously takes skill to pick the correct ones.

That would work only in small investments.
I made a few btc profits by doing the exact method you mentioned but it won't work if you plan to make that with 100 btc or so.

If you try to drop 100 btc worth of coins  on the alt markets you're going to take the price to one satoshi and your profits to 0.

622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NYC] New York Coin FORUM on: September 06, 2014, 04:17:39 PM
According to the poll there should be at least 33+ merchants and service providers that have said either yes or no to NYC.

Can somebody post a list of those who accept it so we can have a clue how many reject it?
623  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Columbia student Emma Sulkowicz vows to carry mattress around university on: September 06, 2014, 02:40:25 PM
The first thing I thought about when reading the first phrases of the article was something like ....Is she carrying that mattress around to make the job easier for the rapist next time? Or to get raped comfortably in the yard or on the hallways ?

624  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: September 06, 2014, 02:29:49 PM

It can't be yesterday as the clip has been posted on 3rd of July. Unless the publisher is Nostradamus.
625  Economy / Services / Re: CryptcoMiner.com - Referral contest - 4.5 BTC Reward on: September 06, 2014, 02:22:57 PM
So , have you managed to get an escrow for this competition? Only 7 days have passed Smiley.
626  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptcominer.com - SCAM or NOT?! on: September 06, 2014, 02:19:36 PM
i don't think they will scam  Shocked

i got 3 payments
...

Everyone is getting paid, for now. That's not the point. The point is that these are all long term investments, promising a return that would make anyone investing a relatively low sum multi millionaires within a year. It just aint realistic. Once they've obtained enough investments of 1000's of dollars they will shut down. Remember, each investment you make, they can finance their daily rates with your own payment for over a month, so don't be surprised if they're gone in 3 weeks, tops.

Yes, practically 100% sure it's a HYIP that will make payouts until ... it stops.
That is the definition of HYIPs. A more elaborate ponzi scheme under the disguise of "investment".
627  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 4.5% daily return... What idiot believes this? on: September 06, 2014, 02:17:10 PM
Calm down...

I give people investing in this, a option to reduce their risk. {If they use my referral link, I get a 30% bonus and I am willing to give 50% of my bonus, back to the investor, for him to reduce his risk}

So how am I worst than other people taking the full 30% bonus.

I call it creativity.

If calling me a "idiot" makes you feel better, go for it. I am a big boy, and are not offended easily.  Grin

old boy, just sit down and watch the performance of scam

The thing is, we know it, and we still taking the risk.  Wink It will not be my first time. If you have not been scammed once or twice, you have not lived on the edge.

Pretty interesting stuff you're saying there...
So , only idiots are really living their life on the edge? Count me out of it Wink.
628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Post your deleted deleted Syscoin posts here on: September 06, 2014, 01:06:41 PM
I was always against self moderated threads . If you see a coin with a self moderated thread stay away from it.

The dev have always the same broken disk reply "keep away fud". Bitcoin has gone through lot of real fud and nobody starts moderated topics in the main forum.
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [WAITING LIST] Aricoin (₳) | First Easy-to-use Coin (previously OlympicCoin) on: September 05, 2014, 10:08:52 AM
Feature list is incredible. This will be huge?!

Yeah , one of the biggest pumps and dumps of the century.
You guys still believe in tweets and pictures?

It's a damn marketing strategy to get their Olympic coins to raise in value again to dump them on the market.

630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hacker Leaks Celebrity Nudes for BTC on: September 05, 2014, 09:58:10 AM
Would you look at that

Go to thepiratebay.se
Click "Top 100"
Click the green "Total top 100 (48h)"
Look at what's number 2

Probably the most useful post in this thread Wink.
I've just realized that a hd version of "How to train your dragon" is out , far more "entertaining" than a bunch of pics which are turning one after one to be fakes.
631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Scam coins hunters!!! on: September 03, 2014, 04:09:20 PM
a useful topic.

Thanks

Too bad that for every person reading this thread there are 100 who download a wallet in a hurry , without checking it just to be the first
632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QRK] Quark | cPoW | PC mining | Stability | Hashcows - QRK Payouts on: September 03, 2014, 03:34:18 PM
It's amazing how the Dogecoin community is pussing up that crap cryptocoin ... I think They are the first easy to buy crypto and mine for the average joe , first easy to buy crypto using paypal .

https://www.weselldoges.com/

You can't compare the community of Doge to any other alt coin there.
For example they have more redddit users that the next 10 altcoins altogether and only second to bitcoin.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][OLY] OlympicCoin - 'We have huge news' (RELAUNCH LATE 14' W/ NEW FEATURES) on: September 03, 2014, 03:31:10 PM
So guys what is now happening? Something new?

634  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the West gearing up to invade Russia once again? on: September 03, 2014, 03:22:06 PM
if western Russia, the Russian embargo will stop supplying gas to western

And in 3 months Russians will starve to death as oil and gas make 60% of their economy.
90% of medicine comes from the west , 70% of cars come from the west. 90% of passengers planes come from the west.
Half of the drilling equipment comes from the Netherlands and Germany.

Do they eat medicine, cars and passenger planes (regarding your words that Russians will starve to death)? You also seem to be forgetting that Europe would be freezing but for Russian gas (and the winter is coming, yeah). So it cuts both ways, and you don't know which side would cut sharper and deeper... Cool

Without selling gas and oil they will have no money to buy one loaf of bread Wink. Remember what happened at the last serious drop in oil prices? We said bye bye to the URSS

I thought domestic agriculture was intended for providing a loaf of bread to the populace (and meat for that matter). Ok, I guess you would say that Russian agricultural sector is depressed, and I would partly agree to this. But look, if sanctions (or counter-sanctions) prohibit imports there is no more food imported, i.e. no more price competition that suppressed the domestic agricultural sector, right?

You just can't start producing more food out of the blue.
It's not like in the car industry where you can even in the middle of December buy another automatic line and start the work.

And when it comes to cattle , how do you see an increase in meat production in less than two years from now on?
Farmers will need more money to buy land , tractors and to invest in storage capacities... they will have to take loans for this.
But with the food ban being applied for 1 year , who will take the risk in this?

If there will be an agreement over Ukraine next week and the bans are lifted ?

635  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crimea, Ukraine, Poland- the way to Western Europe Russo-Mania style! [free] on: September 03, 2014, 03:14:55 PM
Niothor, in the wake of our discussion of Moldova, I find that you (and others) will find the following interesting:

Europe’s Faultline: Pridnestrovie and Moldova – Eurasian Union vs EU
http://futuristrendcast.wordpress.com/2014/09/02/ladaraylive-2-europes-faultline-pridnestrovie-moldova-eurasian-union-vs-eu/

Quote
Moldova and Pridnestrovie – I call them the stepchildren of Europe. The unrecognized Pridnestrovie – PMR (aka, Transnistria or TransDniestria) seceded from Moldova in 1990-1992, following a brutal civil war, and it has been knocking on the door of the Russian Federation ever since. In February 2014 Moldova’s other area, the Gagauzia Autonomy, had a referendum in which citizens voted overwhelmingly to secede from Moldova and join Customs Union with Russia. The new party, “Moldova’s Choice – Customs Union” has been formed in the capital of Moldova, Chisinau (Kishinev), and north Moldovan farmers, who are about to be bankrupted because of sanctions, are on the march. Meanwhile, the Chisinau (Kishinev) politicians and elites continue leading the country into EU. In three months, Moldova will have parliamentary elections. The explosion is coming. Will Moldova turn into another Ukraine? Listen to the very detailed and heartfelt analysis and predictions from Lada Ray, who grew up in those parts and who knows them intimately.

Gagauzia is the a sad joke of a country:
http://www.timpul.md/articol/prima-scrisoare-in-limba-gagauza-baskanul-cauta-traducatori-33597.html

If google translate makes a mess of it this is the main idea:
) The leaders of the Gagauzia state received a letter in their language and they were unable to read it , so they demanded that every official letter comes also with a russian translation Wink. In the mean time they are looking for translators Wink.

And regarding your concern... fighting gin Moldova? Probably when there will be a poor grape harvest .
636  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sanction against Russia for West-choreographed conflict in Ukraine on: September 03, 2014, 02:42:31 PM
Belgium* has agreed to impose new sanctions against Russia:
http://rusvesna.su/news/1409741500

I guess it has something to do with Putin urging the freedom fighters to move to peace talks and the Belgians* (with their London/Washington handlers) not wishing to have peace in Ukraine.

Italian business blames Belgium for destroying cooperation with Russia:
http://rusvesna.su/news/1409741026

*Following niothor's insistence on mixing Soviet Union with Russia, and calling all former SU citizens for Russians, I use the term Belgians for all EU citizens, while EU is henceforth known as just Belgium.

You know , there are lots of people who want the whole EU to resemble Belgium and to be called Belgians.
I will take it as a compliment Wink

And you seem to be forgetting that only 24% of the total gas consumed by Europe comes from Russia.
Do you have a clue how much goes to the industry and how much to heating?

Besides , without equipment from Germany and Netherlands the russian can't even extract their own gas and oil Wink.
638  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ECUADOR HERALDS DIGITAL CURRENCY PLANS on: September 03, 2014, 07:40:39 AM
So a digital currency controlled by the government replacing the current "uncontrollable" fiat money.

This is worse than banning bitcoin actually.

You will have basically no means escaping the government control. All your finances will be tracked and they will know everything you purchase , when you send money to your kinds and family in detail.  And they will be able to wipe your deposits with a click.

A lot of them will miss cash payments

Agree with you there. I think Ecuador is just a test-bed, to see how this will play out. Norway was recently airing the idea of abandoning cash and going 100% digital in a few years' time. The future is already here.

I think Israel has a plan to become the first country with no cash.
When I think of Norway I don't see too many pros from a no cash policy but when I look back at Romania and see the tax evasion happening here , all the black market commerce I start to wonder what such an experiment would bring Wink.
639  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the West gearing up to invade Russia once again? on: August 31, 2014, 06:47:42 PM
I think it best we let niothor live in his illusions. Russia can make its all, well, everything, but it best operates under stress. So these sanctions are to be thanked for kick-starting that dormant potential and waking Russia from its false state of security as an "equal partner" to the West, than now shows its true colours.
niothor is looking for personal vendetta  Smiley he soon will be joining his Romanian Panzer tank division and will liberate Moldova and Ukraine Smiley it is probably a good thing they keep him in Romania  Smiley

the problem with sanctions is that they will most certainly affect Russian economy, you can't be isolated and prosper, it is a global market

Love how you twist my posts.

Nemo can confirm that I have said at least three times I'm against the unification between Moldova and Romania in the current state both countries are.

Second , I Told you I don't care about who gets killed in Ukraine , the whole thing is so stupid and the guys holding the power there are beyond psychiatric help. Both rebels and Ukrainians.

And about my decision of joining the army if another russian invasion comes , don't you think it's normal? What will you do if your country gets invaded? Hide under you bed with your bitcoin wallet?
640  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the West gearing up to invade Russia once again? on: August 31, 2014, 04:41:28 PM
We lived almost 10 years with 215% refinancing rate. This is nothing compared with the current sanctions. We got such an experience of survival in 199x years that current sanctions are simply laugh. And we now have the BRICS among friends. Isolating Russia equal  isolating more than 50% of the world. Good luck with it  Wink

Be careful when choosing your friends.
Brics.... with the 25% hiv infected South Africa , Brazil who had had to take money out of the health budget to host the world cup , India which is a mess of it's own right now and China who depends so much on the west that might come to back stab you.
