It could be possible if you mine a few of the new alts and then offload them quickly onto the market hehe. This obviously takes skill to pick the correct ones.
That would work only in small investments. I made a few btc profits by doing the exact method you mentioned but it won't work if you plan to make that with 100 btc or so. If you try to drop 100 btc worth of coins on the alt markets you're going to take the price to one satoshi and your profits to 0. |

i don't think they will scam  i got 3 payments ... Everyone is getting paid, for now. That's not the point. The point is that these are all long term investments, promising a return that would make anyone investing a relatively low sum multi millionaires within a year. It just aint realistic. Once they've obtained enough investments of 1000's of dollars they will shut down. Remember, each investment you make, they can finance their daily rates with your own payment for over a month, so don't be surprised if they're gone in 3 weeks, tops. Yes, practically 100% sure it's a HYIP that will make payouts until ... it stops. That is the definition of HYIPs. A more elaborate ponzi scheme under the disguise of "investment". |

Calm down... I give people investing in this, a option to reduce their risk. {If they use my referral link, I get a 30% bonus and I am willing to give 50% of my bonus, back to the investor, for him to reduce his risk} So how am I worst than other people taking the full 30% bonus. I call it creativity. If calling me a "idiot" makes you feel better, go for it. I am a big boy, and are not offended easily.  old boy, just sit down and watch the performance of scam The thing is, we know it, and we still taking the risk.  It will not be my first time. And in 3 months Russians will starve to death as oil and gas make 60% of their economy. 90% of medicine comes from the west , 70% of cars come from the west. 90% of passengers planes come from the west. Half of the drilling equipment comes from the Netherlands and Germany. Do they eat medicine, cars and passenger planes (regarding your words that Russians will starve to death)? You also seem to be forgetting that Europe would be freezing but for Russian gas (and the winter is coming, yeah). So it cuts both ways, and you don't know which side would cut sharper and deeper...  Without selling gas and oil they will have no money to buy one loaf of bread . Remember what happened at the last serious drop in oil prices? We said bye bye to the URSS I thought domestic agriculture was intended for providing a loaf of bread to the populace (and meat for that matter). Ok, I guess you would say that Russian agricultural sector is depressed, and I would partly agree to this. But look, if sanctions (or counter-sanctions) prohibit imports there is no more food imported, i.e. no more price competition that suppressed the domestic agricultural sector, right? You just can't start producing more food out of the blue. It's not like in the car industry where you can even in the middle of December buy another automatic line and start the work. And when it comes to cattle , how do you see an increase in meat production in less than two years from now on? Farmers will need more money to buy land , tractors and to invest in storage capacities... they will have to take loans for this. But with the food ban being applied for 1 year , who will take the risk in this? If there will be an agreement over Ukraine next week and the bans are lifted ? |

So a digital currency controlled by the government replacing the current "uncontrollable" fiat money.
This is worse than banning bitcoin actually.
You will have basically no means escaping the government control. All your finances will be tracked and they will know everything you purchase , when you send money to your kinds and family in detail. And they will be able to wipe your deposits with a click.

Agree with you there. I think Ecuador is just a test-bed, to see how this will play out. Norway was recently airing the idea of abandoning cash and going 100% digital in a few years' time. The future is already here. I think Israel has a plan to become the first country with no cash. When I think of Norway I don't see too many pros from a no cash policy but when I look back at Romania and see the tax evasion happening here , all the black market commerce I start to wonder what such an experiment would bring . |

I think it best we let niothor live in his illusions. Russia can make its all, well, everything, but it best operates under stress. So these sanctions are to be thanked for kick-starting that dormant potential and waking Russia from its false state of security as an "equal partner" to the West, than now shows its true colours.
niothor is looking for personal vendetta  he soon will be joining his Romanian Panzer tank division and will liberate Moldova and Ukraine it is probably a good thing they keep him in Romania the problem with sanctions is that they will most certainly affect Russian economy, you can't be isolated and prosper, it is a global market Love how you twist my posts. Nemo can confirm that I have said at least three times I'm against the unification between Moldova and Romania in the current state both countries are. Second , I Told you I don't care about who gets killed in Ukraine , the whole thing is so stupid and the guys holding the power there are beyond psychiatric help. Both rebels and Ukrainians. And about my decision of joining the army if another russian invasion comes , don't you think it's normal? What will you do if your country gets invaded? Hide under you bed with your bitcoin wallet? |

We lived almost 10 years with 215% refinancing rate. This is nothing compared with the current sanctions. We got such an experience of survival in 199x years that current sanctions are simply laugh. And we now have the BRICS among friends. Isolating Russia equal isolating more than 50% of the world. Good luck with it Be careful when choosing your friends. Brics.... with the 25% hiv infected South Africa , Brazil who had had to take money out of the health budget to host the world cup , India which is a mess of it's own right now and China who depends so much on the west that might come to back stab you. |
