These sort of projects are awesome, however, you should use this data on the backend of a different project. This sort of thing has been done before. You should try and implement algorithms that use this data to build helpful graphs or research templates that people could use. Anywho, I like the project it looks nice

I'm not so sure what exactly it is that i should take away after skimming through your article. First; you push some basic data on us; eg most people don't know a lot about crypto. Okay,, who cares, right, we know : P... <...>
Now comes the interesting part: the results, (which i really can't correlate with the exchange in question.) You're saying the oodlebit went from 355 followers, to 33k, -- https://twitter.com/oodlebitAnd... Their traffic went from 0 to hero, all thanks to you guys. But, taking a closer look, this all looks very unnatural. To start off, their twitter account: https://twitter.com/oodlebit/status/1162383361853333504https://twitter.com/oodlebit/status/1118152950281658368Look at these comments. Who leaves that? Either bots or people paid to do so. It's also funny, that even for the most useless promotion posts, you always get between 40-80 retweets. https://twitter.com/oodlebit/status/1033726436522176512https://twitter.com/oodlebit/status/1033816355873669120i think i could set up a formula for that, just saying. And then the traffic; you said that it received 100k+ visits in the article? ...When we take a look at the oodlebit.com market- https://oodlebit.com/ it is completely dead? These 100k visits converted to 0 customers? What am i missing. I never respond to negative comments, but some points seem vaild so I will help out. "First; you push some basic data on us; eg most people don't know a lot about crypto. Okay,, who cares, right, we know : P..." It was actually surprising to find people didn't know much about crypto since the interviews were conducted on a cryptocurrency forum. This is basic 101, you need to do research before marketing a project. Some of the links you had posted where not from content that we posted. Do I think some comments were bots? Of course, we're talking about the cryptocurrency community. Go under Coindesk posts and it will be littered. The reason I brought up engagements is that we were actually getting a lot of sign-ups on the beta etc We haven't worked on Oodlebit in months, we ended our contract as soon as Oodlebit was losing funding. So it does make sense that the traffic would be dying down as there might only be one or two people working on the projects back end. Programming and software is hard and unfortunately, it never came to the market when we were working on the project. Anyway, I think we did a good job of presenting the material in a way that could help structure someone else's marketing approach.

Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [YOUR OPINION] How can $500 be used most effectively when it comes to marketing?

Not that this is even super active anymore. But with $500 I would take that and invest it in graphics and articles to be published around the web. You should focus a lot on social media and good engaging content. The big mistake people make is buying ad spaces on a site, for a new product/service. You want engagements, not impressions. Focus on building up a brand before you scale with advertising.

Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What services are Bitcoin in need of?

I think the main service Bitcoin needs is educational content. There is no good site that will teach you real cryptocurrency lessons for free or at a good price. Most are just very vague and not very helpful, or are trying to sell you bots or trading tools.
University style courses would be perfect for the cryptocurrency community because we need a place to showcase our skills and earn certifications. That way when you try and hire someone, you can hold them to a certain benchmark.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Technology "bottled" up

These news aren't bringing enough recognition to Bitcoin, but rather the technology behind it. Which is somehow good if the public would eventually research deeper into what blockchain is used for and hopefully discover about Bitcoin. Blockchain now is related to cryptocurrency and while they discover these currencies, the first and foremost that they would recognize is bitcoin. Blockchain does become more relevant which could increase market demand but it would take time.
Exactly, we need more educational content around blockchain technology so people will actually see its potential. A lot of the spot light is around Bitcoin and finacial gains from the trading ascpects of cryptocurrency.

Read the full story: https://medium.com/@Forrestvisions/blockchain-technology-bottled-up-684935061270It is always good news to hear that companies are exploring the possibilities that blockchain technology can bring. Even if they are not using Bitcoin, it is still helping the community. I think some people are oftentimes looking into their own self-interest and thinking about the "profits" which is why Bitcoin is always the front of the conversation. However, some other good things are happening in the cryptocurrency space that doesn't offer an immediate investment. Thoughts? The article compared to the title is a bit weird. I wouldn't describe blockchain technology being bottled up, in the last weeks it's become pretty obvious a lot of companies and government appreciate the technology and do think it'll lead to something. It's more so bitcoin that's been bottled up (mostly due to the decentralized factors which has lead to lackluster adoption). A lot of companies in 2020 are going to dip their toes in blockchain technology, I'm ready for a blockchain revolution! "bottled" up is wordplay. The company behind this is used in the bottling process of Coca Cola.

Blockchain system is a future technology that every company in the future cannot avoid, I am sure in the future every company will use Blokchain technology or they will be left behind, it's all just a matter of time.
I am not sure it is a good idea to say that blockchain technology will confidently be the technology that dominates all businesses. There are many aspects of a business that blockchain technology is certainly not useful for.
