Buy moneypaks here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=213918.0
2  Economy / Currency exchange / MoneypakForBitcoins.com - trade your bitcoins for moneypaks. on: May 23, 2013, 06:52:16 AM
I started a Bitcoin -> MoneyPak site, as i know alot of people wanting one, since BTCPak.com has went down. Me and my business partner saw this as a golden opportunity while helping others get their money from bitcoins. Im not sure if the fees are correct, but right now they are currently at 5% + $5 (because it costs $5 to purchase moneypak). This rate may change if we see that its too low, or too high. Reviews can go in this thread, and as soon as we are out of newbie stage, we will make another thread with a link to this one.

Site: MoneyPakForBitcoins.com

This site isnt completely automated yet, but we are working on this, trying to implement the MtGox API into the site. If anyone has any questions or comments, please let me know.

Our moneypak inventory:
$50 - 10
$100 - 6
$200 - 3
$250 - 2
$500 - 2

I'm told by my business partner to see if there is any interest in MoneyPak -> Bitcoin, as he said he has a few bitcoins now. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.

We are running a special for the first person to make a purchase will get the percentage fee waived (will be refunded via bitcoin after a review is posted in this thread). Only fee will be $5 (to cover cost of purchasing moneypak).

Can someone explain the concept of MoneyPaks?

You purchase a greendot card from the store, you activate it and within 10 days they send you a customized visa/MasterCard with your name on it. One way to add money to the card is to buy a moneypak, after you get a moneypak, you get a reload pin (like a cell phone reload pin) and you call or go online and access your account and enter the pin and it adds the money to your account. Other people can add money to your account by sending you the PIN number. So when you trade btc for moneypaks, you will have the money with minutes after getting your PIN number, unlike withdrawing to a bank that takes days. I used btcpak for a long time, and when they went down, I saw a huge business opportunity and my business partner funded the project by buying the moneypaks, and I take care of the site.

Has anyone actually done a transaction here that can post as to trustworthyness?

Trying to get someone to do a transaction, its kind of a catch-22, noone will buy until you have a review, and you can get a review until someone buys.

Hi. And Welcome.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HELP!!! Disadvantage to be newbie... on: May 20, 2013, 04:42:53 AM

Who can help me to make a bet?

Thank you in advance!

I doubt anybody who can will be reading this or posting here.  Once you're allowed full forum access there's little-to-no incentive for other users to come visit the Newbie forum anymore.

The mods should set another CRON job / automated rule that says once you've been granted full access you need to come reply to 1 newbie thread per month.  This would get plenty of established users coming back from where they started to help other Newbies

Thats actually a really good idea. I feel like im stuck in the tutorial area that some games make you go through, even though i already know how to play the game.
