541  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Need a PayPal refund for your BFL purchase? on: November 04, 2013, 01:38:52 AM
This is easy for International customers.

The customs form ask's for the value of the Item. BFL will state the purchase price, this is no longer the value of the item. A lie.

Sorry mister customs officer, the value on the item is incorrect, I am not paying that, Please return to sender.
542  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Monarch update on: November 03, 2013, 05:42:34 AM
god damnit BFL ... u want to at least have a chance of getting some of ur customers back.... you need to start adding a few realistic months to ur projected dates.... from the start.... theres an idea!
Instead of "if everything goes perfectly we should get the products shipped by x.y.z, so lets announce we will ship this new asic x.y.z"
try "if everything goes perfectly we should get products shipped by x.y.z, so lets announce we will ship this new asic x+4.y.z"

then everyone will be amazed u actually delivered on time!
Delivery in Latember,  Nevuary and  Nay

I've had cases opened at DME. The baggage handlers go through them looking for whatever. With mine they couldn't be bothered to zip the bag up. Security then put some tape around the bag to stop the contents falling out too much hassle to zip it. Its likely the same happened but security where more kind to you than me a re-zipped the bag for you. In the process anything small could of fallen out.
544  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: T13hydra - Thread Locked, Unofficial Disscusion on: November 01, 2013, 09:30:26 PM

I actually assumed that a thread like this would be started. Closing a thread with so many people still hanging was probably not the best thing to do or really very fair, and unless this professionalism materializes that was written bout in Steve's last post one can only assume that his true intention was to "bury" it as much as possible.

I've tried to remain as positive as possible, but I'm just really dissapointed by how this has turned out.
I agree, and just went back to check, I cannot even edit my last post to add the information of this thread. Am sure most members will find there way back here, but some will be lost.  Angry

With Blades now at 0.8 per 10G/H it really must be time for bitfurry to reduce chip prices and meet the market. If barntech is up for it and bitfury plays ball there is a good opportunity here for a couple of speedy batches@ discount. I would much prefer more drillbits than blades but hayho.
546  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: T13hydra - Thread Locked, Unofficial Disscusion on: November 01, 2013, 10:11:09 AM
He replied to my pm's and refunded me chips + shipping.
Am glad to see he is still refunding.

I started this thread, as I feel until all refunds are resolved the thread should not have been locked.

I really have no Idea how many members are waiting for refunds and feel they need somewhere to gather.

If it turns out to be more than a few, and members would like it,

I will keep the first post updated with a list of outstanding debts, but only if requested.

Well Its end of friday, I guess no production over the weekend, I wonder how far they got.

I would also like to ask what the final hash rate was before production and is it still being worked on/tweaked ?

and keeping with that theme is the firmware upgradeable over USB, If so it makes sense to ship ASAP and let us flash any improvements later.

Big Thanks to Jes and the team, I hope there will be further Drillbit products in the future..

Tom beat me to it, interest is dependent on pcb. Have you got a board designer willing to take 'say the klondike' to the next level.
550  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [SOLD OUT][ASICMINER] [Block Erupter USB 0.035BTC] [Aust/NZ] on: November 01, 2013, 04:21:30 AM
Apparently the USBs are completely sold out.. so we have to wait and see if ASICMINER produce some next-gen USB.

Blades are still available from China - but I don't have an order at this stage.  I'll check what price they're at now.

Let me know if you're interested in any.
Any news, or is this the end for this Generation Blades as well.

I just strip a little insulation back on the appropriate wires and solder them together. Simples  Grin

Or you can get a scotch connector

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/10-Pcs-Electrical-Wire-Cable-Lock-Quick-Splice-Connectors-Blue-/190756218637?_trksid=p3284.m263&_trkparms=algo%3DSI%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUCI%252BRTU%26otn%3D21%26pmod%3D370920412294%26ps%3D54

from auto shops

You may have to trim out the stop with a sharp knife if it has one.
553  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: November 01, 2013, 12:04:36 AM
Why hasn't anyone squashed the cockroach?
If everyone with an outstanding order refuses to accept the package (no big loss these days). Then that cockroach will be gently squeezed, harder and harder as more and more packages are returned.

What will BFL do, keep the money ? that would be fraud.
Keep re-posting and costing them $$$$ ?
All sales are final,   When they have been delivered !

If you have requested a refund, BFL owes you a refund, if they do not, they are acting unlawfully and when the FTC actually get around to them they will deal with them appropriately. I Hope.

Careful, He has his big boy pants on today.
Fancy banning me from your forum for posting a quote from the FTC.
How low life can you get.
or is the paranoia starting to set in.
Yes Joshie, the community's majority want you to just go away and die with your corrupt company.

Lawfully you should be entitled to a refund.

Joshie (Inaba) is in denial about it at the moment.

1. Try paypal refund  >>>>>   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=295187.msg3164319#msg3164319

2. If paypal had a credit card as the funding source contact them, they can also charge back.

3. File a complaint with FTC >>> see my signature.

what ever you do, do number 3 anyway.
