100.  Serious offer.

I think you should take this, it maybe the best offer you get.  Shocked
622  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: End of Big Miners on: October 22, 2013, 07:52:34 AM
$197 is also not $200, just like $190 isn't.

I remain correct in my earlier assessment.

Additionally, I further portend that anyone with more brains than greed in their heads will sell their BTC now and buy up LiteCoin while its price is depressed a bit.  The BTC surge is peaking right now, while LTC is down!  Time to buy and ride the LTC wave!!!!! Grin

And because I have 200 LTC now and needs its price to 100x increase so I can make money on it. Roll Eyes

And let's look at that OP

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=217316.0

"So Let's
set a dead line Sunday 18:00 GMT
Please, check refund list  before that.
All requested refunds will be processed by Jhon.K
The rest coins will be transferred to Zefir in exchange for delivering rest of the chips to me.
All these chips will be here ready either for assembly or delivery by your wish."

Which Sunday?

The Op was dated May 27th

You never said which Sunday so I say its Sunday 10/27/13

I want a refund.

You screwed this up, didn't PM anyone.
Didn't say what Sunday was the deadline.

Want me to stop complaining send me my BTC

You could get ur chips mounted and still have a miner.  Wink or sell them for $28  Tongue
624  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: YES, you can get a REFUND from BFL on: October 22, 2013, 03:44:03 AM
Has anyone successfully sued bfl?  I'm wondering if I can sue locally in small claims or if I have to fly to Kansas?  I paid in bitcoin and they refuse to refund.
There has been threads, but little interest. Feel free to try again, there maybe more interest now we are well passed the September failure.

I would personally join in, however we need some legal connections in the US which I am not..
625  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: BFL 7.5GH miner to UK and EU for 399 on: October 22, 2013, 03:21:40 AM
Why? I can buy 2 Jalas from the BFL website for that price.
or a 10G/H Blade
626  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: October 22, 2013, 01:23:03 AM
They had options. They could have done a deal with Marto or Burnin to complete there orders, or refund.

They have chosen the third option instead. Run away with the cash/coins.  Shocked
627  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Display your cgminer Stats on a small LCD Display (cgminerLCDStats) on: October 22, 2013, 01:16:21 AM

Sweet. glad you got it working. I really need to take the time and examine the exact differences between the API's.

Sorry I've been away from the thread a while. I'm glad y'all got your problems sorted. Yeah, opening a new putty window works well to run the script. That's usually what I do. Or you could have it auto start.

southerngentuk - Glad you discovered how to set it up to auto start. I'm been meaning to add a tutorial for that, but it varies for different Linux flavors. Maybe I'll do one that covers the versions I know.
Thank you for this great project.

Maybe add a link to the git pointing to  mineforemans forum. That seems to have a lot of good information also.

/\
Good points,
Add the fact that the last revision board was still a beta I doubt he would have ordered pcb's.
Components are cheap.
And TH has been full of s*it from the beginning.

And now she's back to 330 M/H , how weird is that..

That is weird, did you restart your PC or something?
Switched from cgminer to bfgminer on pi. Its 1 of 22 and all others were fine, I marked the unit and had moved it to 3 different hubs without improvement over a week period before updating minepeon an now all is fine.

I had also done some resets before the switch that had made no difference.  weird  Roll Eyes
630  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Anyone else refuse a BFL shipment? on: October 18, 2013, 09:20:12 AM
I do think this is the way to go..

If everyone does this what option does BFL have other than to refund up until bankruptcy, to not refund or deliver is fraud.

What do we really have to loose ?
631  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: BFL charges about $300 for shipping & actual cost is $53.95 on: October 18, 2013, 04:34:34 AM
I just checked my order, standard shipping $88.
So that is reasonable markup for packaging.
I would demand that $200 back.  Angry
632  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Display your cgminer Stats on a small LCD Display (cgminerLCDStats) on: October 17, 2013, 10:47:02 PM

Implemented a quick dirty fix which gets it working with bfgminer

changed CgminerRPCClient.py

Your my Hero. This Works for BFGMiner. I now at last have a stable Minepeon Build.

How to get the screen to run on boot?

Edit  : found the answer on minepeon forums

All is right with the world once again.

Let me help you out from under that rock.

Terrahash is over, they aren't coming back, they are not refunding any money.

You want something from them get an attorney.

Let this thread die, its over.
Sadly, I think your right.

Hi Marto,

I have ordered 4 hex16 boards on your website. Is it possible for you to sell such boards to someone else?
I would like a lot to recover the money for them...

Best regards,
ilpirata79

Just brought some chips @ auction for 0.016 each so for 1 board that's 0.256 + Hex (@ 50 euro) 0.6 btc

So your looking at 0.86 btc per board..

P.S sorry marto for out bidding you. Hope that won't slow down you making my boards..

Edit : even just the board cost is negative ROI so you probably need to just give your chips away.

I did not understand. I would like to sell my paid order for 4 hex 16 boards to anyone for 40 each.
That needs however the collaboration of marto that would have to change the shipping address to that of the owner.

Best regards,
ilpirata79

Have you paid shipping ? I could maybe take 3 for 0.99 btc , If martin can Include them in the shipping I have already paid. I only have 0.99 btc left so can't help further than that.

Edit: just realized you are selling boards but have no chips. my mistake, apologizes.

She's down to 8 G/H today. All the time she is submitting shares am gonna keep her going, she probably doing about 70% of normal work at the moment. I thought sh was gonna die when she hit 160 G/H but she's settling down a bit the last few days..

I was wondering how to put some serious cooling on her..
638  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TechnoBit Eastern Europe, BG HEX16A 7 GH/s/Платки имонтаж на Авалон чип on: October 17, 2013, 03:46:43 AM

Is it chained? I see 6 usb cable there.

I would love more info on what is required for the chaining so I can order the required connectors. Also a short guide on recompiling cgminer on minepeon for the hex's would be awesome, am sh*t with linux.

Whilst you guys have my greatest sympathy, I feel you my as well write your comments on a piece of paper, shove it in a bottle and toss it in the ocean.

You guys need to collect together your info and take it to the local police as a fraud case, and then look to private action.
