someone brought up Mindrust, and I hope that person is OK mentally given the conditions.
This entire forum could be compiled into a prophetic text. For the Old Testament and literal word of the creator, we have early devs and Satoshi. Then our New Testament is full of pages, with many parables from this WO thread. The pages of AdamsBigBlock, the parable of the R0ach, the parable of Mindrust, etc.
Really, our belief system is to not trust, but verify. And collectively, we all want that sweet church tax-break.
I have lost as much as him just because of a emergency I needed funds for before the market spiked and I was never able to get it back. Sometimes reality really hates me.  He knows he made a mistake listening to his favorite astrologer (which I actually warned about) and doesn't need us to rub it in. Taking enjoyment out of others misfortune is a sign of a very low moral compass. Moral of the story is to always try to keep savings in because honey badger don't give a shit! As I recall, he didn't lose anything. I thought he just broke even and decided to get out with his $40k while (he figured) the gettin' was good? |

I love the current pump but...not getting to exited.. because around $60k there will be a massive 20%-40% dump.

I am loving this pump too. it is crazy man.  but sadly I don't have any Bitcoins. lol. hopefully you are right about 20%-40% dump. and hopefully i'll have a chance to buy by then. leave the thread bro you don't belong here at all. Merit 'cause you made me laugh |

edit: Binance posted $58,842 already.
You either need a new computer.. or glasses.. or perhaps a proper website reference. $57,055.. Read it and weep (like 4.5 hours ago.. We are/were on the same page - bitcoinwisdom.io/markets/bitstamp/btcusd but it was showing me a high of US$56,686 and then, thinking it was old age/glasses/dreams, I went directly to the bitstamp.net/markets/btc/usd/ website to check and neither was it showing that we had hit $57k. Not wanting to admit to my own frailties, I'm going to assume there was some sort of temporal anomaly, restricted to my geographical location, causing me to perceive events differently. Also, no more fishy crackers before bedtime for me. For reference, on Kraken Bitstamp, when you switch timeframes (hourly, 4h, daily... etc.) you get a slightly different top value on each of the website charts, too. Thanks for letting me know about that. I thought I was going crazy but maybe not |

I got an email from an old friend, who had received an email from another old friend, who mistakenly thought that the former old friend was into Bitcoin. He wants to get one before the price gets beyond his reach and is inquiring about mining. Oh, he's also a grandfather! It's on! To the moon.

~snip I guess it does look a little more relevant to the thread this way but if it were Thursday, I would have made it even more relevant with some choice words on the now-empty axis. #no homo+1 WOsMerit is this the complaint department? if so do i have to pick a number? anyway....since 2013 was a UP year....and while we dont know what all of 2024 has yet to bring...it is UP right now... so i was thinking maybe the GREEN and red should be reversed? with GREEN highlighting the years instead of red additionally...the lower left to upper right trend would also be represented ~snop  This feels right. I think this is the best possible template for a WO commemorative throwing star Now we need a die to stamp them out - got time for more gubmint work, sirazimuth? |

~snipSince you made an artsy-fartsy-feedback statement, I feel inclined to do the same. I would like both green and red, and I would also like less redundancy. In other words I do not like the repetition of 2013 and 2024, so if there are going to be 4 edges to the star, then 2013 and 2024 on two of the edges seems appropriate... but then what could go on the other edges? maybe just blank green?.. or alternating green and red... but the text cannot be the same. unless there is a green 2013 and a red 2013 and the same would be true for the 2024.. but that still seems redundant in terms of substantive content. .. every 4 years, would be 2013, 2017, 2021 and 2025, but then it would be a future star that anticipates the what's going to come.. something about wannabe sorcerer. ~snip   ~snipIt looks like, in part, you already anticipated some aspect of my thinking about the colors. but they probably still would be good to incorporate just the green and the red.. .. yet I am no where near to a "real" artist. A beautiful take on as a shuriken I might not be a lover of green but wouldn't Green be better in place of the red. Since we like interested in shooting greens. The one on the left is an APNG file. If you can't see the animation, you're probably using any browser but Brave and Firefox. That's too bad because you get real transparencies and more colours than you can shake a stick at. GIF is on the right... but the dithered shadows looked terrible and the text became illegible so I removed both... of course the GIF version I've used has been around for 35 years now. Wonder what Bitcoin will look like in another 20 years? |
