Why? Why 5 billion? Why not chose a random number between 1 - 5 trillion?

Interesting idea. Good luck.

So an ICO. No product/market place yet.

Not happy with xcoins at the moment.
The support is low to respond. Charge backs are more rampant now. I am staying away from xcoins until I see a positive change.

I am not liking what I see. I was going to by the coin, but now I'll withdraw my BTC.

Just tried to register on their website. After registration, I get the following message:
"You must confirm your email. Thank you."
No email confirmation was ever sent. No way to resend it.
Great job guys! What a way to earn trust. You don't have mine.

Any plans to add Mars or Myriad-Groestl algorithm?

29% premine? Ouch! No thanks.

It went from less than $1 in February to over $13 in October. That's not bad.
I'm concerned that it's listed only on 2 exchanges. It's essentially a copy of bitcoin, and I don't see anything unique about it.
I wouldn't invest long term on this coin.

The price is way too high. 21 billion coins, and the ICO is at a penny a coin.
Phone batteries will be an issue. Bandwidth could be an issue - for the cell phone providers. Security will definitely be a concern. Privacy will be an issue to.
I see phone companies taking a stand against Electroneum and similar projects.
Scalability will definitely be an issue if this coin will be used by millions of people.
That said, 24M isn't a small chunk of money. A lot could be done with that money if used properly.

1000 DASH = 300,000 USD
10 DASH = 3,000 USD
That's not a small chunk of money.
What's the return on investment?

Sorry hear that man. That really sucks.

Other scrypt coin... it's like someone has an scrypt factory stamp who can't stop using it.

The RX580 is essentially an overclocked RX480. It runs nearly at its maximum performance from the factory. You might be able to push 50Hz on the core clock, but that's about it.
I wouldn't bother overclocking it. If anything, to save electricity, you want to lower the power setting by 20-30% using afterburner, and perhaps boost the core memory clock by 100-200Hz (or less if it runs hot).
As for Claymore, the default settings work fine for me. Since you're using an AMD card, look at sgminer as well. The latest version is v10.

Is your hash rate 1200 MH/s or 1200 H/s?

You say:
"Through asset-backed derivatives based on shares of a fund of cryptocurrency, we will ensure increased investment in crypto which will lead to this market skyrocketing."
Well, the most common underlying assets include stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, interest rates and market indexes. All of these are fiat-based. Which assets, specifically, back your derivatives?
In short, you're trying to connect fiat and cryto... and that's a "no-no" in my book.
The purpose of cryto is to be as different from fiat as possible. You're talking about a vault, a centralized vault, when the spirit of crypto is to be decentralized.
