Bminer crashing otherwise stable systems. I suspect either bypassing power controls or sending bad payload, which is it?

Fuck it. I filed an anonymous complaint with CFTC. They're looking to make examples of how not to operate, and also have the resources to find out who these guys are. Normally I wouldn't go this route, but these guys are exiting and no one else seems to be able to pinpoint who they are. CFTC Complaint Form https://forms.cftc.gov/Forms/TipsAndComplaints.aspxI filed too. If they want to spend the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders for a few thousand $$$, let's play... *Grabs popcorn*

"Sucr , Muncoin , Ember ,.Tagit ,Flappycoin, Modjo , Interzone and Philscurrency are enabled for withdraw , More coins will follow "
WTF are these shitcoins, should be going in order of marketcap.

"Due to long process of DB fixing management decided to enable withdraw for each coin fixed , ECA withdraw is on .You are free to keep your coin in our exchange or withdraw them ."
Only certain coins have withdrawal enabled so far...

they need to tell us what the real problem is. The real problem is the 'male ego'. Real problem is antisocial people creating consumer facing companies and investing 0 in customer service.

New message: "We still fixing last DB issue."
I bet the next message will be "We will be in a minute". After that "We again should change a hosting because many users addressed to FBI an CIA". FBI won't be too hostile when they reach out to the CM owners I'm sure, if they are honest.... Explain the issue to your customers or law enforcement, it's the only choice they are left with.

Guess it doesn't hurt to try an "all the above" approach...

fbi is not gonna do jack shyt
Nobody knows.... Just put CM owners on FBI radar and you may be surprised. (CM owners better hope they don't already have an existing FBI/NSA/DHS/CIA file that gets pulled and analyzed because of these complaints) FBI just got more information sharing powers with intelligence agencies at the end of last year.

CM owners have two choices here:
#1 - Come back online. Live a nice life within your means and make good money providing exchange services.
#2 - Grab cash & run, then be chased by Interpol/FBI/(bunch of other alphabet agencies) for the rest of your life and spend a significant amount of time in "bang me in my cornhole" prison, relatively soon after you run (if the hired "investigators" don't find you first).
Correct choice should be a no-brainer....

All US citizens affected, report CoinsMarkets to the FBI - https://www.fbi.gov/tips Few people already did, more the better. i reported coingather to the fbi and they did not do anything about it. didnt even get back to me. why would i waste my time with them again Depends on how many people report and how much total $ was lost, I expect. Regardless, reporting crime is voluntary, walk away if you don't care about your money...

There is always a first so why now CM? They can make history, they can be the poster child - WHY STEALING FROM USERS IS BAD.
Just because others have done it doesn't make it right. I say things change starting with them...
I bet a judge would disagree why you think they're hiding from us? It reminds me of that ole saying you can fuck some of the people some of the time but you can't fuck all the people all the time. It happens to much in the crypto world and they should be made an example. Theft is theft and we will get our justice. You CM thugs are going down...
Ask yourself: How many crypto fraudsters has been brought to court until now? How many of has been actually sentenced guilty of fraud? They could be first and famous crypto fraudsters. On what laws? We don't have laws or regulations for altcoin exchanges. Did you ever wonder why any attempts of demanding refund in Mt. Gox case have been processed only in japanese courts? And still noone was refunded. EU, US just don't have laws to put crypto fraudsters behind the bars. No laws - no legal action. In case of CM it's even worse, as they technically didn't steal our crypto. An that's why they should be made the poster child. There is always a first why not the crypto thugs at CM? Until there are laws that regulate crypto exchanges, nothing can be done. No legal base = no legal action. It is simple as that. In case of CM we are fucked no matter what. Even if dutch government next week passes the law that regulates crypto exchanges, that law won't apply retrospectively (it means it won't apply to past cases). Would be interesting to try that BS logic in US courts....I guess you don't know about a little crime called "fraud" that covers a lot of crap that hasn't even been invented yet...
