i'm just curious if how many percentage of all the people on earth know about Bitcoin. in my country i think only 10% knows about it. post your opinion guys.
Actually a lot of people know about bitcoin. It is possible that more than 60% of the world knows about bitcoin because now the popularity of bitcoins is spreading all over the world. Many people know but they do not like to enter the crypto market to avoid the risk. In my country a lot of people know bitcoin but they seem very afraid of bitcoin. |

Isn't it so unfair for the people who is new here? That will be struggling making such as good quality post so they could be given a merit by someone. I know all of you is having a hard time thinking what are you going to post such as good quality.
It is really hard to have a merit it is because as far as I know:
People are selfish. Even though you post a really good quality post still there is a people who won't give you a merit.
Some are alone. Like me, I don't really have much friend who would give me a free merit. I know that it is easy to have a merit with a friend that have an account of bitcointalk.
My question is. Why still need merit? We are still struggling to rank because of the merit.
I'm still stuck in this Jr.member rank forever. It's annoying when I get a lot of quality posts but I still can not get merit from those people. I have answered and helped a lot of people in trading, but I still have not received anything. That is a very sad truth and I have to accept it. |

Hello guys...
I have diversified my portfolio to about 25 different cryptos which were worth about 7000-8000$ just before the bitcoin crash came and I am wondering whats the exact reason behind this, when or will it recover (and so the alt coins I hold, don't have any bitcoin).
Why do almost all alt coins crash because of the bitcoin crash or correction?
My portfolio is worth only 4000$ atm.

I think bitcoin is controlling all the altcoins. All investors seem to invest entirely in bitcoin and the sharks are evenly spread out of the altcoins. When bitcoin goes down, the altcoins go down because of the automatic effects of the crypto market and you need to understand that rule. I advise you to withdraw your investment as quickly as possible, for a new person, just $ 500 to invest. You should not be too risky with that amount. |

Well, I think it is indeed too much complicated and harder to use, you have to have knowledge about how it works on internet. You have to make an account, buy bitcoin from different sites ( which takes 5% to 7% Fees) then transfer to exchanges for trading or to use.
How can a normal people, who usually watch youtube video, use fb or other social media, you expect him/her to know all these things? I seen people give up easily, and think it's too techy.
I believe if Bitcoin sell coins on their official website, with lower fees, such as 1% to 2%, and make a simple wallet for people to use, more & more people would buy and use it.
What is your opinion on it? discuss..
When you use Bank or Online banking, If you have any problem, you can actually go to branch or call the customer service fix the problem, Bitcoin have no phone number, no branch, no one to contact if anything goes wrong.
The desktop wallet are too complicated to use, it has some weird functionality, such as MEW, every time you login, you have to use key chain, or a file as your private key and password, when you get a get it doesn't not show on your account, you actually have to add custom, which is really confusing sometimes. And i always hear people ger hacked, their balanced is gone. which is really scary after all these security in your wallet? strange!
Bitcoin does not have their own official site, so lots of people visit other junk/spam/hacking site, think it is bitcoin site and can get help.
It's really hard to buy bitcoin in certain country, such as Canada. Yes i know you can buy from coin base, but they do not allow more than $100 bitcoin per week, and we are not allowed to sell. Lots of people other thread offered local bitcoin, but when bitcoin price is $6800, they sell it on $7800, That's $1000 extra plus 5% fees of the amount. Why people have to pay that much money extra to buy bitcoin? why don't they have an official site, where you can buy in current price?
Why most of the exchange does not allow you to buy bitcoin with USD? 99% time you have to transfer money to exchange to do trading or to buy alt coin, which is really a headache. So you tell me, all these problem, why would a normal average people, who doesn't have enough time will invest bitcoin or any other coin? This is rea reason i believe we see the market cap in crypto currency under $200 billion. If it was easy to use, for normal people it would have jump to Trillion dollar.
I do not think bitcoin is too complicated. Everyone can learn it. The laziness has made many people think that bitcoin is complex. I was a computer lover, but bitcoin attracted me, and I spent over a day learning about bitcoin. Find out about bitcoin information and chain events to come up with the right conclusions. |

Bitcoin is a currency. Bitcoin is a solution to many problems. Bitcoin is bringing questions and new problems to this world.
Some people find this as a ride to boost your income, not specifically Bitcoin but also the whole crypto market.
I think it's a great thing! But what are you actually looking for? Bitcoin itself (the currency) might not be your solution.
If you want to "conquer" the world, you can't do it with Bitcoin. Like you can't conquer the world with the dollar itself.
You need to focus the technology. The blockchain along with it, bringing a new economy generation with freedom and decentralization.
It's something that should be written a new bible about in my opinion. Before you learn Bitcoin, learn economy. Once you master this skill, own Bitcoin as one of your cards.
I would like to hear some of your opinions and hear some smart words because I believe people think investing Bitcoin will make their life done financially but I honestly think it's not true.
It depends on the investors. Investors are lazy, do not analyze the price charts or update the latest news will be capital losses. The diligent, like the trading job will have more analysis and can be enriched by the trading. I think you should believe in getting rich by investing in bitcoin. There are people who become billionaires, even richer than Warren Buffet but they want to be anonymous. |

I will be entering the film industry this year. Then I will focus on my career until I was 35 years old, will open the actor training company, cooperate with foreign film production, open a cafe , buy a house and then the late wife at the age of 40, give birth to a child in 42 and will travel around the world with his wife at the age of 60 and enjoy old age to the end of life

That is corruption. In my country, we set up an anti-corruption organization nowadays. Most of these people are members of the government that do my country's economic degradation, many of them Intentionally disobeying state regulations, selling national information to other countries, organizing reactionary organizations, counterfeiting drugs, participating in corrupt activities.
