Изначальная идея криптовалюты - это существование яркой и прозрачной экономики в отношении многих факторов данная идея будет меняться и рынок сам определит ей место и значение. Так то оно так, но давно произошла подмена понятий и уже не идет речь о прозрачности блокчейна и анонимности, потихоньку везде ввели KYC, теперь рынок застыл в ожидании регуляции, что было задумано изначально потихоньку уходит, ее планомерно делают такой же контролируемой как и безнал. Лично я не до конца понимаю, как можно регулировать крипту. Не может же государство прийти и сказать:"У нас ВТС с завтрашнего дня по 18к". Государство может регулировать и контролировать только организации которые с ней работают и несут ответственность перед гос. органами. Например как криптобиржи. После взломов аккаунтов и слива ирландской биржи я склоняюсь к тому, чтобы биржи отвечали перед государством, то есть регулировались. Тогда в случаи чего руководство биржи обязано возместить ущерб, потому что оно отвечает перед законом. Тогда они не могут просто ливнуть с чужими деньгами. рычагов воздействия очень много. ОТ воздействия на биржи, а они заставят вас пройти идентификацию, до обязанностей новых компаний страховать инвесторов, и так же проверять чистоту средств. Да и просто запрет , как хотят сделать в индии. ну допустим даже такой фантастический сценарий что запретили крипту совсем, полностью - ну и что? давайте смотреть трезво на вещи: алкаголь запрещали курить запрещали, наркотики запрещены и все равно эти развлечения никуда не делись. так будет и с криптой. вот приятно видеть позитивные моменты.
