1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROOF: Blockchain-powered Marketplace - Proof Token sale has BEGUN! on: January 16, 2021, 02:50:10 AM

Scumbag youngsters (refer to mugshots above) that have zero sense of responsibility and accountability.
Completely lost all investors fund beyond recoverability.

These guys lost all investors money due to their lack of responsibility and accountability to their own ICO project.
They gave a lot of false and empty promises to lure the people's money and end up with nothing but excuses.

I remember last time when they still have a discord channel, that Mike talked of some report on market analysis and such, on their project.
For months, the report didn't come, but when it does, the report was mainly blanks.
And Mike was touting it to be some great stuff.
From this, one can fairly judge the competency level of Mike "Dummy"-Shazer.

I was even kind enough to suggest to them to maybe fork the then-successful EtherDelta and make some significant improvements on the interface and order book, coupled with reduced fee to attract mass adoption for a start.
And this is supposed to be a very very easy job banking on an already successful dex.
But these scumbags rejected it outright.
Eventually, these scumbags achieved nothing and the Proof Suite project just die out.
And all the investors money wasted.

Anyone?

I should have replied this on time.

The reason why I don't in the first place is because I think lawsuit will bring nothing back, because I think the 3 morons have wasted all the money on contract workers, on office equipment, and on themselves (holidays and such), and have little to nothing left to pay us back, so any lawsuit would probably be just a waste of time.

These people (Tai, Mike, David) are so damn incompetent, they develop a shitty product that nobody uses, then abandon the project to start some new ones, then abandon them too, then got a job as ambassador to Quorum, and throughout the whole journey, these 3 mofos (Tai, Mike, David) continue to sing praises at 3rd-party projects that are completely unrelated to them. I mean, what the hell are you singing praises on others when you should sing praises on yourself? But morons and idiots being morons and idiots, the 3 scumbags (Tai, Mike, David) persistently behave like pimps.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROOF: Blockchain-powered Marketplace - Proof Token sale has BEGUN! on: May 28, 2020, 10:02:01 AM
Last time I suggested to Mike the Moron and Tai the Fatty at discord channel that the AMP can be made to be like a central marketplace where the orderbook is consolidated from various exchanges, so that liquidity is not an issue and large orders can be fulfilled, that such a business model would attract a lot of adoption and make the project a success.

Mike the Moron said they would need to have broker's license.

Tai the Fatty said I was being long-winded with little to no substance.

Nothing but excuses.

Today, I watch this news from Ivan on Tech that Tagomi is being acquired by Coinbase for around USD 75 million to USD 100 million.

Tagomi's business model is so similar to my business model suggested to the Proof Suite team.

If only the Proof Suite team members are competent, the project would probably be just as close in success and the ICO contributors would most probably make some 25x gain at the very least.

Unfortunately, Proof Suite is run by a bunch of totally useless trio, that rescinded on earlier promises, rejected good suggestions, have no sustaining power, etc and ultimately contributed to the project's total failure.

I am 100% thoroughly convinced that Mike the Moron and Tai the Fatty are nothing but fakepreneurs and simply do not have what it takes.

Remember these mugshots for the rest of your life.

Mike the Moron (left), Tai the Fatty (right)

Last time I checked they are working as ambassadors to Quorum.

Don't trust these two guys.

Not saying they are scammers.

Just saying they are totally incompetent as entrepreneurs, coupled with attitude problems.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: January 09, 2020, 01:52:27 PM
I opened an account back around December 17 and did verification. Did a few trades. About 2 weeks ago I sent in some tokens did some trades and when tried to withdraw  Qryptos banned me.

No contact number I'm aware of and customer service does not respond.

To claim this is a regulated exchange is a joke. Stay far away. They are crooks.

Final got a response after more than a month. The English was barely intelligible.
They want me to send them ETH or won't unlock my account. No mention of if balances will still be there.
Huh?

The same dumb ass that called me a dumb ass, lost everything to a scam exchange.
Too dumb to check the red flags and end up falling for it.
And now coming over here to do name calling about what you personally think is dumb, wrong, and ass. Pathetic.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: January 08, 2020, 05:49:54 AM
They clearly have a personal vendetta against him and aren't going to deal fairly or ethically with him.

Here is why you are such a big dickhead, and a big dumb ass yourself.

The SEC has no personal vendetta against anyone.
Do you know you are slandering the SEC?
Where is your proof?
On the other hand, it is clear you have personal vendetta against me.

Anyone intelligent enough to understand, understand the case was filed by an insider of the Veritaseum company.
Only a complete idiot like you don't get this.
An idiot like you have zero intelligence to question how and where the SEC got all the private details such as the private email message and the false claim of having affluent customer base.
The SEC alone does not have such private information except provided by an insider, probably eyeing for a whistleblower reward.

I understand it is impossible to reason with a dumb ass like you calling me a dumb ass, when in fact you are the dumb ass.
You are the one that know nothing.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: November 16, 2019, 10:23:49 AM
Everything else dumb and wrong on so many levels. Like most everything else you say.

Absolutely.
I can't fucking agree more.
Power Ledger is dumb and wrong.
Paypie is dumb and wrong.
Many other blockchain enterprises that choose to go the route of being securities are dumb and wrong.
Damn, you are such a fucking genius!
And as a result of being such a fucking genius, you end up being the ultimate bag holder of a hopeless shitcoin.
Congratulations!

FYI, I don't hate the project.
I dislike Reggie for being stubborn and in hubris.
And as a result, he screwed up a potentially promising project and ruined a major profit potential of the coin.
If you think you are not in it for the money, you are dumb and wrong yourself.
If you think Veritaseum still have massive potential, you are living in fantasy.
Sorry, but no profit and potential for you anymore.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROOF: Blockchain-powered Marketplace - Proof Token sale has BEGUN! on: November 08, 2019, 04:57:12 AM
Hi,

I bought in the pre-ico of proofsuite for a lot of money (~ 100ETH)

I bought because the team made lots of promises that were never fulfilled.

Now I'm stuck with useless tokens and the team seems to have completely deserted the project. I'm not able to speak to anyone from their team anymore, nor to connect with any ICO investor.

Since I believe their practices are illegal, I would like to organize a class action with everyone else who has been scammed.

If there's anyone else IN, please comment back on this thread with the amount of ETH you've invested and lost, and details about the team's bad practices if any.

Thanks!

Have you tried contacting Mike or Tai at their discord channel?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: November 07, 2019, 05:26:09 AM
By right, Reggie should have taken my advice.
If he did, today's Veritaseum would have a sustainable foothold in the industry.
I repeatedly advice to burn all his 98% token supply and convert the remaining tokens to be profit-sharing, like equities would.
And being a profit-sharing token, he has the liberty to register the token as securities and all these steps would free him from recent prosecution.
At the same time, Veritaseum may continue to tokenize assets and they would add further value to VERI holders, tremendously.

Too bad, Reggie's stubbornness and hubris caused his own downfall.
Too stubborn.
Too proud of himself.

My advice was not wrong.
In fact, that is what some ICO projects are doing.
Power Ledger is converting its tokens to become securities.
PayPie is also doing it similarly.
Many projects that are smart enough to see the future would realize this and would take similar route, but not Reggie.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: November 07, 2019, 05:12:53 AM
I'm not sure if, how, or why funds would be returned to ICO participants, as at current prices the token can be sold for far more than ICO price, so who would ever want a refund?

I speculate that is probably why the price of VERI is still going up despite the judgment, to prevent anyone from asking for a refund.
And whoever that would be this stupid to keep buying to pump up the price, well, I speculate is no other than Reggie himself, just saying.

The people that were not participant of the ICO will not have the right to refund, even if they bought VERI at $90, simply because the refund is only for ICO investors.

This is pretty epic, from Clif High.

is that the guy who can look in to the future and knows 10 programming languages? but has a website that looks like its from 1991.

More like the guy that ruin a lot of people's finance by selling them very overpriced and shitty reports and making himself a few hundreds of BTC along the way.

If Reggie wins veritaseum will be known and spoken of throughout the  crypto world as a landmark test case, so yes, it would moon!

I'm not buying more just yet, but I'm not selling either (no point)

Yes, and people like Tenreiro (the one that investigated Veritaseum and initiated the lawsuit) will lose, and kow tow to Reggie, and kneel in front of Reggie begging for forgiveness, and Reggie will spit and pee at Tenreiro's face.
Continue with your fantasy.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: August 20, 2019, 12:09:23 PM
Yes, and it is legal for a company to manipulate the price of its software. If there was misrepresentation there may be a case for consumer fraud, but it is not within the SEC's purview.

Yes, and SEC will lose the case and VERI will pump real hard way beyond the moon and you will be filthy rich and buy 10 lambos and 10 ferraris.
Continue with your fantasy.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: August 19, 2019, 08:45:39 AM
The whole case hinges on whether or not it is a utility token. If Reggie wins that argument the rest of the case falls apart. Reggie was very up front with and tried to work with the SEC at the time. I recall that he attempted to get "no action" letters and he took other measures to show good faith compliance efforts. In addition, he implemented KYC and AML on his platform from the beginning.

I think the SEC is going to have a hard time proving its case. Yes, they found a few examples of statements Reggie made which we don't know the context of that may or may not prove something, but he was always very careful in all of the videos and materials I saw to avoid making statements and claims like the ones in the complaint. By no means was it a pattern of behavior or conduct.

The SEC case is flimsy, but it takes a lot of money and lawyers to stand up to them. I hope he can be successful.

If you read the case, it is about market manipulation and misrepresentation. In case of manipulation, the blockchain has all the evidence.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VERITASEUM DISCUSSION THREAD on: August 14, 2019, 12:24:40 PM
Sorry to see Veritaseum go, and Reggie & Co. sinking into the abyss due to his arrogance and pride.

He should have listened to me back then when I vehemently suggested him to burn all his 98% supply as a way to boost the price.

In fact, if he listened, I would have lots more suggestions for him to improve his business model.

The price of VERI today would not have collapsed this low if only he is humble and listened. His pride destroys him and everything else.

When it comes to evaluating business model viability, I am very rarely wrong. I say the project is as good as dead.

No, the SEC will not lose. They come ready with all the evidence necessary to win the case.

This is not a matter of simply refunding the money and then avoiding US customers. This is a matter of fraud (through market manipulation and several others) and as such, a criminal conduct.

Just in case the scammer does not know, this thread has been reported for phishing scam.

I suggest members with real accounts here (not fakes) to join in and report the same.

Wow, so many accounts here that ignore warning of this phishing scam.

Gives me the impression a lot of members here are fake accounts.

@ neoblockchain3.0

Why do you people choose to be thieves?

The swap only happen in late 2020, not June 2019.

Why do you choose to steal money from people that did nothing wrong to you?

The world has so much darkness. Why do you choose to add more darkness to it?

Why are you people not able to be a source of good?

Why committing crime is the only thing you people know?

Throughout your life, how many times have you helped anyone out of kindness?

Now, you are creating this post with the hope to steal money from people that fall into your scam.

Are you telling me there is no better way to make money other than scams?
