I've ordered a board from mineority and paid for it but I never got a receipt back. I've tried to contact them to confirm that they received the order but it's been a week without an answer. Do they respond to support tickets?
The coinpayments confirmation is your receipt; if you successfully paid with coinpayments, then yes, we have received your order. Once your device is shipping, we'll be sending you out an email.
We do respond to support stickets, but all of us have been away from keyboard working on a NEW SEKRET PROJECT - so, we're a little behind schedule. For your ticket, I see that we have replied.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry to pester you but I haven't used coinpayments before and I was wondering whether there was a glitch in the ordering system.
BTW, I can't find a reply in my mbox and I also checked my junk folder. There might have been a glitch.
