Why would anyone possibly think it is a good idea to lend to someone with negative trust 1BTC without collateral?

Because he trust me and I repay him the loan as always. Do you really hate me that much? I didn't do anything to you. If you're talking about the negative feedback, you bite me, I bite back. You think you can still deliver "justice" and act as the big guy here? Let me tell you. No, you're no longer that someone that this board trusts because you scammed their trust. I didn't trust you so count me out of your list.

PS: Your trust rating hurts my eye. Better clean that up. Oh wait, no you can't.

The account was sold. He gave me the private keys to the oldest wallet he has here. And now he took the money from it. What a shame.

Yes I am xarca and I bought this account as I've provided proof to QuickSeller.

Try to sell it on an auction on ebay, or some site similar to ebay. You can find some who is interest in it and is willing to pay at least 15k for it. 3k is a rip off, it is too little even to consider selling it. I wouldn't do that. If that was the only offer i receive i would keep it, for a few years maybe it would worth even more, maybe it would reach 100k.

Guess I'll have it auctioned on ebay then. I saw some bloggers that are with interest of old bills but no response from them til now.
7  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: NEED TO SELL .1 BTC FOR PAYPAL on: October 20, 2015, 02:01:26 AM
This seems way too good to be true. Will you accept a forum escrow in this trade, or maybe prove that you even have the funds?

Geez you're obviously just posting for your forum signature. A forum escrow is not necessary with paypal. Why? Because paypal is irreversible.

Just an update: She came by at my house today after she went to the local bank. And the manager said that the bill is genuine and we've got an offer of 3k USD. Should we take it or have it for auction?

EDIT: Wrong digit.

Shouldn't it be worth at least $5k for a bank just because it's its face value without any barging? or is it considered expired somehow and now it just has collectible value?
I mean shouldn't he be able to change that bill for 50 x $100 bills the same way you change a $100 bill for 10 x $10 bills?

It's probably an offer as a collectible. I've been calling several people that would be interested on this bill. Still no luck.

Don't listen to bankers always take you for a ride. Glad to hear its genuine  Smiley

Try them do I earn a little commission if it sells ? Grin

I've already emailed them earlier but still no luck. Gonna try ringing them later.

3K when it worth 10 times? seriously?
I would ask 15k

That's what I thought too. I told her to wait for a decent offer. Anyone can suggest me a good site to auction this one aside from ebay?

This looks like a forgery the paper is all wrong and it looks like it recently got put in the washing machine and stained with coffee. What printer you used to print it ?

Why would you put a 5000 dollar bill next to a cup of coffee? And no it didn't get soaked. According to the owner, an old soldier gave it to her as a token of friendship. The man died 2 years ago so we can't ask him about it. I don't think it's fake though. I'm still waiting for her to come over my house today from the local appraiser/bank.

$2. I bid $4! Double. send it over.  Cool

It comes to around $30,000 to $100,000 I think, mostly depending on how rare it is. I am not an expert, but if you find the right buyer you can get more than that.

We hope so.

My friend is actually looking to sell it. If anyone is willing to make a decent offer, we'd love to sell it via bitcoin. Escrow is a must ofcourse.
14  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old $5000 bill help on: October 19, 2015, 01:11:57 AM
I found a site on google, dealing with old bank notes, you can check it out, it was just a google search that i did trying to help you. I do not know is it legit, you can call them or contact them on their mail, maybe they can provide the information you need. Here is the site http://www.oldcurrencyvalues.com/5000_dollar_bill.html
If this site helps you i would be very happy.

While doing my research, I came up with that site but thanks though Smiley
Here's where I got the idea about the bill's year.

If it's worth it you could pocket the money and put a chunk of it into Bitcoin before any major price rise happens Tongue

I'd love to do that if this money is mine but i'm just helping a friend.

Do you know any place that can evalutate if its real or fake?

Unfortunately, no. There are no appraisers around my city too..

Pawnstars? lol

seriously that's a keeper CEG better tell your friend to keep it unless he is in dire need of money now.

She's actually in the urge of looking for cash at the moment for some reason. I'm just helping her out.

This can make him rich way too quick lol As far its value is concerned it completely depends on the buyer .Now the next question would be how to find the buyers.Go bout searching the antic collection specialist on craiglist or personal blogs.Tell them your offer. Now you would like to know what can you offer .To find out again search for a few archelogist's online ,ask them the value of it or some agents will trade that for you on commission basis and they have their own experts .Conclusion is please take help from the experts before dealing it.

Thanks for the tip! We're going to an appraiser tomorrow (3 hours drive) to see if this is legit or not.

And yeah this is hell of a bill. I've made my research too and came up with that blog but I think that only applies on a well-preserved bill?
