一月份的戏份每年都是最足的。今天迎来了新的一轮的大跌。一部分投资几近腰斩。还好Qash的利润率不错还没让我太担心我的回报率出现太大问题。
去年12月的疯狂还历历在目，闭着眼睛赚钱的日子可能离我们渐行渐远了。为什么这么说，两个原因：
是个公司都想搞个ICO圈钱，我的原则还是看项目基本面，一月份开始项目，21号ICO，27号发币第二天就上交易所。不到29页的白皮书和找一些大佬站台就能赚钱。有些项目更是令人发指，没网站，没白皮书，就听说有大佬站队会上交易所就能拿出来私募。破发都是活该。
急速上升的以太价格，拉高了整体投资的费用。一月初私募的项目现在公募的估计已经价格腰斩了。我们现在已经能看到在其他主链上跑的新项目了，我认为以后这种趋势会越来越多。以太最为ICO几近法定的地位会像他挑战比特币市场份额一样被后来者居上。
我们能做的现在就是看准今年钱的流向。去年是以太年，ICO年。今年很可能是降温年，正规化年与第二梯队年：
降温年，或者叫破发年吧，大量为ICO而ICO的代币今年也到了其该发布产品的时候了，我们应该会看到一部分跑路的，一部分产品开发不出来的，一部分产品无法正式商业化的。剩下的好项目会顺利进入第二梯队。大量新的代币稀释了逐渐越发困难进场的虚拟货币整体资金池，这会分两步导致两个结果，第一就是新的ICO由于后劲不足与没有更多韭菜接盘导致破发与长时期不作为，等不及的人们发现说好的10倍回报没戏了，第二就是资金会不断从这些项目中涌出向主流币避险。结果就是旱的旱死涝的涝死。
正规化年，随着机构逐渐入场与政府的介入，我们同样会看到两个结果，不支持的国家将去虚拟货币话，这些一般是大国，不靠虚拟币赚钱的那种，比如中美。和小国家，就等着一个机会让整个国家翻盘，我们看到了被失去的十年和老年化人口吊打的日本带着领土不到八平方公里的靠线吸引上赌博公司一战成名的直布罗陀宣布了虚拟货币管理法，代表着虚拟货币交易由本地的金融厅进行监管。白俄罗斯与瑞士也纷纷表示支持虚拟货币。这些略带政府背景的交易所会带来规范化的管理模式，相对严格的挂牌流程，完整的法币通道与最重要的，不会跑路。这些交易所会对整个行业带来若干个好处，包括为机构投资人提供便利的出入场渠道，更放心的交易平台与更稳定的代币表现会吸引更多的机构投资人。这也是我看好Rock token的原因。
第二梯队年。这里面包括20名到40名的各种代币，今年差不多有不少都该交作业了。如果真的出现以太杀手，今年必是一笔波大涨。在热钱进入逐渐困难的当下，第二梯队涨的，就是从第一梯队和众ICO项目上跌的量。我们从去年比特币下崽时市场不同的表现就能看出来，比特币第一次分叉的时候，以太带着大家一起跌，第二次以太不跌了，第三次反而代动整体大盘一起涨。这代表着大量资金涌入，也同时代表着市场已经趋于成熟。大家都是都是千年的狐狸，跟我玩什么聊斋啊？大家肯定不会出场的，只是资金调动的问题，产品落地的第二梯队绝对是最优选择。毕竟比特和USDT只能作为避险投资而不能最为高回报投资。
随着交易所的纷纷出逃与去中国化，中国玩家进入困难模式，但是在交易所出逃后，他们纷纷走向国际化与正规化已经是定局，币安落户日本并在申请牌照就是一个例子。以后交易所牌照就是破桶效应里的那个短板。而这问题会导致破窗效应与皮鞭效应：当一个交易所的一个问题反复被人诟病的时候，不是问题的问题也成了问题-当一栋大楼的一扇窗户被打碎而没有及时修补的时候，会招来各种社会闲散人员对大楼进行损坏。而这一损坏的速度就像抖动皮鞭一样，一开始的振幅很小，但随着震动时间的推移，振幅会越来越大直到无法控制。
今年我们很可能看到交易所联盟。交易所会各个结盟并化为不同阵营，区块链交易所会抱团成为彻底去中心化在区块链上跑的交易所。中心化交易所会根据关系分为几大阵营并在私下里勾心斗角。俗话说天下大势，合久必分，分久必合。我们在过去的几年经历了春秋战国，八王之乱，五代十国现在进入了三国时代。当我们看到一家独大的时候，那也就是莫道石人一只眼，挑动黄河天下反的时候。
关于Hodl，炒了几个月币我发现的确很重要。没学过数学的朋友应该没有意识到指数的可怕性。优质币种拿住打死不买是最好的财富自由的捷径。1毛翻一倍是两毛，再翻一倍，四毛，然后是8毛，一块六，三块二，六块4。感觉是翻了7倍，其实较最开始的一毛已经翻了64倍。就是2的七次方。我们拿稳基本面没问题的，低市值的，低价格的币。一年百倍（连续达到100%涨幅八次）其实没有问题，就看你的手有多牢了。

Appear to be the case. We see the raise and fall on binance coin because of policies issue such as they move the entire exchange to Japan after China banned all ICO and other reasons. I think being in a stable and supportive environment is important for cryptocurrency world. |

No exchange wallet is safe due to two reasons:
- hack issue for hot wallets
- exchange takes the money and claimed get hacked
|

This has been historical, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Jan's bitcoin performance were all dipping. But putting into a yearly perspective, you won't notice the dip. I would say bitcoin will come back and altcoin will continue to suffer until Feb.

I think by 2020, about 99 percent of altcoin is going to die, because their value is just speculation, but nothing.
BTC will probably become an altcoin in a few years, since its main value right now is speculation, to be honest. The main value of BTC nowadays is to fork new shit coin. Few days ago, when I check CMC, top 5 coins, 3 are from bitcoin family. |

My problem is, I cant even trust some of the supposedly good ICO this year, for example OMG, it has such a high expectation from som many people and the thing just went down with then lousy roadmap and manipulative Twitter Lopatta, yet the SDK wallet is delayed, link is another coin disappointed me, such a good idea yet the development team seem so not care the token holder and do not release any update.

Since we have an exploding amount of ICO started from mid this year and most of these projects says they will have at least a prototype around end 2018 to 2019. Many of hear ICO projects will delay the release date, but nevertheless many of them should have something by the mid to end 2019.
What will happen to these ICOs that cannot deliver the promise? They will become zombie coin, as we have see the confido cases as I suspect there will be much more project fail down the track. And only a few hat will be among the top 25 coins with working project.
Do you guys think we the investors will be less interested in ICO in the following years as we gradually learn that we might not get our money back if we are stuck with these coins? And the number of the good coins will increases and people have more choices to diversify rather than just put the money in BTC and ETH?

To start with, this is the CMC chart: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/qash/As we can see, the price is about 4x the ICO price now and trading volume is also 4x. With the massive dump yesterday, btc bleeds and altcoins bleed even more. Qash was pretty good and holding its position between 0.0028 and 0.0030 eth. The ICO price is 0.0008 eth. Tracking the trading volume, base on CMC, it has been exponentially increased. JPY - QASH trade volume was the highest, meaning QASH is well received by Japanese as it is the first regulated ICO in Japan. Currently QASH is only trad-able in QRYPTOS and QUONIEX, these two exchanges are owned by QUOINE, which is the issuer of QASH. HASHTOKEN and GATE.IO listed QASH yesterday and day before respectively despite there was no official announcement. We we are waiting is the listing of QASH on BITFINEX and CEX today. BINANCE is also tentative for 1st Dec listing, yet there is no information on that. I bet the top 10 are the partnered exchanges (Bitfinex, Binance, CEX, EXX etc) and institutional investor. Be mindful that only 4950 people participated the ICO and it is not a lot, since last week, weak hands are already exited the market. The token is more centralised now than the ICO stage. How this play out, I don't know, I can only forecast that we should see a massive pump once it hits the big exchanges in the following couple days. Because following reasons: - The bounty will be calculated and CMC will update the total market circulation, since all altcoins bleed now, Qash will be easily in the top 20 or 25 rank. This will trigger massive FOMO, speculation and most importantly, the market exposure, with people that do their research, they will see this is a hodl coin and they will not sell it until it 10x. - People can buy the coin easily from major exchanges, churn the volume up, when there is more people hodl, the less supply and higher the price - As the exchanges holds a lot of QASH, rumour says Bitfinex 60 million coin and Binance 15 million coins, unless they want to dump and pump the coin, ordinary whale will not cause massive dump, even there is, the effect will be minor. So I urge everyone pay attention to this coin as if you miss the boat in the next week, the ship has sailed. if this still a speculation and I will not try to pay all of my attention into the QASH. many people are saying the same like you to hype the project. But there will be a lot of requirement to get listed on all of the major exchange sites. When you seeing about the fact that was a difficult thing to be achieved by the developers. I agree, but it has already been listed on bitfinex and Binance also admits to list Qash but date unknown, so does CEX. I would say once the bounty program over and total circulation calculated and update on CMC, the FOMO will finally kick in, which will be the end of first week of Dec. |

With current price and predicted circulation (350m + some bounty), it will be ranked 26th.
Then people will realize this coin and FOMO will kick in. Wait until 5th Dec they announce the final tally of the total circulation and the update on CMC.

Bitcoin increase 10x since same time last year, I can only predict next year will be crazier than this year, maybe 20x?
