Great!  Happy Mining!!!

Thank sushi: sales and service contact me, helped me set up.
If you're using PM's to help people then others won't learn if problems occur again.

not trying to have a go at you it's just what forums are used for everyone to learn

542  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow announces 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $1.49/Ghash on: November 27, 2013, 03:33:57 AM
Just wanted to let you guys know- The restriction on the minimum number of X1s was done for logistics issues, BA can still ship any orders directly if they are placed thru me as well. Just put a note on the order you want shipping right from BA (available for non us customers only).

Also new promotions!

Buy 10 X1, get 1 X1 free!
Buy 10 X3, get 1 X3 free!

I will check on this applying to previous orders, I dont see why it couldn't happen.
Hi bobsag3,

is this your promotion only or is Black Arrow in China offering same deal?

if anyone goes to this so called demo, please bring video cameras and video the KNC miner in action.
and if they seriously do a demo, get them to open the case and show you what's inside.  get close ups of circuit boards, chips and what ever you can.
and especially their faces.

But I don't expect any demo, but just in case, please do above.
If I lived in QLD I would be there to rip them apart.

Im pretty sure that KNC uses Btipay and it instantly gets converted to fiat.
So no they don't have BTC for the sale and that's why they say if you refund in the future you'll get back fiat not BTC

EDIT. you beat me to it CYPER

550  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY EU] #1 Bitmain Antminer U1 USB Erupter [ANN] on: November 26, 2013, 01:48:35 PM
this was my suggestion for USB AntMiner U1's

10+ $50 (shipping extra cost)
50+ $45 (shipping included, free)
100+ $35 (shipping included, free)
500+ $25 (shipping included, free)

USD

anything above these prices, they can kiss my ass goodbye.

2TH for somewhere between (12 x 120v = 1440w) and (12 x 230v = 2760w) is not exactly a huge leap in efficiency.

Slap bang in the middle of that range is 2100w

You can have 2TH with 55nm Bitfury for 2300w  Tongue
0.7W x 2000GH/s = 1400W
I believe it will be well under that. probably around the 1000W range
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 26, 2013, 01:10:12 PM
They should give 1 rebate coupon per bought 1 Gen miner. Else its chaos Smiley

+1 best solution

I don't know why they haven't learn't from past experience.
If they just open order books without revealing specs, price, and time and date of orders opening, there will definitely be many unhappy customers or wannabe customers.

At moment they're servers are probably at 100% load as everyone and their dogs are refreshing the page about 50 time a second.

"Existing customers will get a discount on the boxes, and they will also receive their products around two or three weeks earlier than the competition. There will be no trade-in program."

If you are a non-existing customer, and want to take advantage of this, PM me.

I case joeventura has a capacity problem - I offer the same Wink

Ditto

what's the catch guys, what do you want for the effort?

not for me as i'm existing customer already. i'm just curious
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 26, 2013, 12:32:22 PM
Yes, but paypal limit is 10 000$, and this will cost min 15k

I hope it's like 60 - 70% discount for existing customers.
555  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUP BUY EU] #1 Bitmain Antminer U1 USB Erupter [ANN] on: November 26, 2013, 12:27:43 PM
Did you send them the 0.005 BTC per item price suggestion ? Wink
Cheesy

But serious numbers are  4000 usd divide by 180   =  22.22 usd  a gh

 so 1.6 x 22.22 = 35.55   would be the minimum possible.

I would think they can sell it at 50usd and make money. I would think I can buy them at 85 usd and make money on ebay and mining 50-50 mix.  over 85 I lose interest.

If these work well They sell on ebay at under 200usd more like 140-175.  Very short window at that price. Then a big drop.

so .1btc would be my max price

I wouldn't entertain that price, especially for re-selling.  I'm not into ripping people off on eBay or anywhere.

I like to be honest and explain how much the devices I'm selling would make back, even if some buyers don't care or don't understand.

If they are over $50USD for a single miner just for a hobby to try out then I might go with that, but in bulk they'd have to be much much lower price.
If not, they can keep them and do the work them selves selling them on eBay ripping people off.

PS. Long live ASICminer, they are the kings of USB miners.

I can't seem to connect to stratum.mining.eligius.st port 3334 anymore. Something is very wrong.

same here, all miners not hashing any more

edit. one of them still hashing.  I check again and make sure and post back results

rebooted miner with problem and back up and hashing

all shares coming up as 'Rejected (unknown-work)'

I'll try another pool, and report back

EDIT. all miners down
message in cgminer... 'Stratum connection to pool 0 interrupted'
and... 'Pool 0 stratum share submission failure'
and... 'Waiting for work to be available from pools'
