541  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: August 17, 2016, 07:15:42 PM
Hello folks!

I'm thinking about starting to trade with Bitcoin, but I see people saying that It's risky & almost like gambling.

I think that I mis-understand the meaning of trading.

For me trading Is for EXAMPLE, buying Bitcoin when It's at 550$ and selling It when It's at 670$. This Isn't risky because If Its value doesn't Increase, you'll just have to keep It until It gets higher enough, Is this trading?

I would really appreciate If people clarified more! Thankx Wink

You are right but sometimes it happen that the price of bitcoin do not increase after you buy, but it decrease, so in that case you lose your money, but for good traders it is not a problem as you may have noticed that the price of bitcoin ( or any other coin) fluctuates while rising or dropping, so the traders try to get the benefit from that fluctuations and get a good profit.

Yeah, you are right, if some one is expert in trading then he do no face any risk, as he can earn profit from trading even if the price of the asset is dropping. You just need to get knowledge about trading and go to trade, you will not lose .

543  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: August 16, 2016, 07:36:29 PM

Its impossible to happen in this august i think the price will stay at 500 value but thinking that bitcoin will be bubble is impossible that the price of bitcoin will be 350 value.

Half of the august has been passed and the price is around $580, so Thanks God the price of bitcoin did not fall to $350 , I think now it is not expected that the price of bitcoin will every drop to that lower value.
544  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: August 16, 2016, 07:32:53 PM
I don't believe in bitcoins. Just mostly more at lisk and waves)) Or etherum
LOL, altcoins would not exist if without bitcoin, if you believe in altcoins then it is just right that you will also believe in bitcoins. Bitcoin is more stable that the others you have mentioned and it has been proven for many years of its existence.

and all of altcoins are the copies of bitcoin and people know altcoins because of bitcoin, and those altcoins which are mentioned in his posts are much weaker, if he really want to invest in altcoins then he should have to search for some stronger altcoins which have the ability to stand for longer just like bitcoin, Do you think an altcoin will be there like that?
545  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: August 16, 2016, 07:29:08 PM
There's no need of longest wait to have your money,no charges,no bank transactions , the fastest way of claiming money.Asking bitcoin or cash?Simply for me bitcoin..
of course cash is not worth using at the moment, in my opinion it would be better to have only bitcoins right now as it is easier to use
Your cash should be save or spend but your bitcoins is for investment, at the moment the best option is to invest our bitcoins as the price is pretty cheap now and we have a big chance to make money in the future so we need to be a wise investor rather than a spender.
Bitcoin value is appreciating but your cash is not, unless you have your own money exchanger though it's a good business. What I am talking about is Bitcoin value increases, we can't deny the fact that those who invested in Bitcoin, we call them early bird, I am pretty sure that they are in profit and earned a lot from Bitcoin. So, if the cash we have on our hand invested in Bitcoin I am sure that the value will appreciate, in just a matter of time.

My cash in not appreciating but it is stable bitcoin is not.  I don't know why do we need to have war with fiat money, when they can coexist harmoniously.  It is not good to count negative things of other stufff just to persuade the reader.  Would it be great if instead of throwing bad comments, why just tell the advantage of using bitcoin.  If someone asked you, can i spend it in a supermarket? what would you say?  And if someone say, I want a currency that i can spend anytime. anywhere.  Does bitcoin fit this?
Bitcoin usage is just limited for now and we can never compete with fiat because that has been around for too long and at the same time regulated by the government, bitcoin is a good investment now and we should see that as an opportunity rather than having a problem on how to spend it.

The most important fact about bitcoin is that with it we are in freedom, we do not have to rely on any third party for saving our bitcoins, (like banks etc) and we transact it to every part of the world within a few minutes without any limitation and with lowest fees of transaction.
546  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: August 16, 2016, 07:25:55 PM
wowww 312 pages for answering to such question, but honestly there is no absolute answer to this question, it depends... on your money, your wealth..

If you read all the 312 pages of this thread then you will find that there is an answer for every a people of every category, depending on their money , wealth, mind set up and their nature of living etc. It is a rich thread of information for those people who want to know about saving and investment of their money.
547  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: August 16, 2016, 07:20:28 PM
For speculation? To buy on the dark web? To buy online on sites like purse.io? To send money? To do business? To have your money under your control?
What is/are your purposes when yu buy bitcoin?

I prefer to earn them instead of buying.  I do not know what dark web is but I do not want to know, seems evil thing. Grin  Some of my friends exchange their amazon gift cards to bitcoin and then withdraw it afterwards.  As for me I save it and buy some altcoins and have some for investment.  Before I buy bitcoin to invest it and have some bet.  Then I was informed that I have them by earning them.

Amazon gift cards to bitcoin? I thought that was the other way around? Before that is the idea. Just buy and buy until you are satisfied but now there are different ways for it to be earned.

Yes bitcoin can be earned in many ways and it will depend on your skills and your dedication to how much to earn, and to be honest I feel that earning is always better then buying.

but at the times when the price is much lower and you are sure that the price will increase more higher sooner then I will say in that times buying is more better than earning, as with earning you will get bitcoin in slow process while if you buy a bigger amount then then with price increase you will get the profit much faster.
548  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: August 16, 2016, 07:17:44 PM
When i enough money for me i m trying to buy bitcoin  but bitcoin price is important for me too it is changing so much some term if i decited to buy a lot of bitcoin i wait fot to bitcoin price will be good .
im always trying to buy as much bitcoins as possible right now either, in my opinion the price of it is going to grow huge in the near future so im holding

That is the right thing to do,  buy it now as price is not too high and hold it for the future to earn more profits from it as price will be much higher in next few months allowing us to make higher profits.

Price getting more serious in going down. Let us all be serious now in buying also to lift up its price once again. I dont really know what is happening or the reason for this fall. Hoping it will just be another wave.
Small buying done by a few would hardly make the price go up, as far as I'm concerned. With a market cap that's still relatively small, the whales are the ones who can make the price move from one direction to another. Best thing still to do is buy while the price is still low, like right now, before the price starts surging again.

Price will only go up if we see big invetors investing big amount of money in it, as of now price is going down and I don't think it will go higher in next coming days.

The price do not rise only with big investors investment, but if we promote bitcoin to everywhere and prefer only bitcoin for our transactions and for buying online stuffs then it will have a chance to rise in value as with that the demand of bitcoin will increase and if the demand will increase he value will increase.
549  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 16, 2016, 07:11:27 PM
Aside from the Bitcoin that I'm buying here and there as an investment, I'm definitely spending my Bitcoin in one form or another. I guess if you count part of my exchanges into fiat as being a form of spending my Bitcoin anyways.

I might spend more in the future, but for now I'm a scrooge and I find it hard to spend money.
Now is not actually a good time to spend as we are still in the early phase of bitcoin, we should be more focus on investment now and save and invest our bitcoins for a long term, the future will tell and we will be ripping the fruits of our labor, just be patience to be successful in our investment.

Along with saving and investment in bitcoin, if we also start to use it as a currency then I think it will get more fame and with that more and more people will come to know about that currency and they will also adopt it for their benefits and bitcoin will become a more successful currency in that way.

551  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 15, 2016, 08:35:56 PM
I use it is just as a currency. Making bitcoin with commenting and a little bit of gambling and cash it out and spend on my daily needs. Nothing smart. I would like to use it as investment, but unfortunately I don't have free money at all.
I think you can still invest in bitcoin even if you do not have enough money. you can still earn bitcoin by various means and methods
then after you have many bitcoin you can begin investing in various sites or try to hold course if you wont to take risk

Right. to go to find bitcoin easily and the result is good is to use a signature campaign. The results of the signature campaign could be used for investment and trade so they can earn more profits. Bitcoin is more appropriate if used for investment because we can take advantage of price fluctuations so that we can make a profit if you invest.

And the fact is we don't have more options to use it as a currency at a moment so most of the people are using it as an investment for the future to earn better profits in future.
Yes I use bitcoin for investment. Because bitcoin fluctuating and if we can take advantage of us would gain so it is more suitable when used investment.
yeah besides having fluctuations that can give you a big advantage. bitcoin investments also include investments that have potential for big profits in the future. many people predict that prices will rise in the future. Akua hope it could happen

Speculation can be either right or wrong as we cannot totally depend on it as we know that its impossible to predict the future but lets hope that we see higher price in coming months.

Price is going down and its not at all an good sign for an investors who have invested their money into it, as everyone was expecting price above $650 at this stage but unfortunately its going the other way.

A blindfold would help a lot for now. We cant spend it we cant move it or exchange to fiat. Just be blind and be patient is all we can do.

Have patience and wait for next few days, price will start to rise as this is not the right time to sell as price is really low at a moment so it will be an unprofitable decision to make.

Patience is a best policy for now, we all know that bitcoin is a good currency for online use and anyone who will know about it will join it so with that in the coming future the price of bitcoin will increase . and we will get our expected profit sooner.
552  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safe wallet for a newbie on: August 15, 2016, 08:25:45 PM
Try to use blockchain.info wallet because it is one of the popular and it has a lot of safety features that you can use online.

It is also good but I think those who are newbie in the field of bitcoin and whose earning are not much bigger then they should have to join xapo, as they do not have any fees for transaction and they in the start while registering redirect their users to complete all the security functions.
553  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: August 15, 2016, 08:23:23 PM
I would say best way is to invest them in trustable service and wait for few years.be patient and you will see the result.you can also invest them in altcoins ,most of them are really successful.
yeah investment is a good method. you can become rich from investing with an investment site notes that it will never be a scam? and they have a business that continues to run. I'm sure you can get rich from it. but sites such investment, it is very rare you know ?

It is very hard to trust on others business and invest in others business, so the better option is that a person who want to invest in any place have to invest in his/her own business, (have to start their own business) with that they will not have fear to lose or to be scammed.
554  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 15, 2016, 08:21:14 PM
I will invest them in altcoin trading, not all of them but will keep some of them to be on safer side, as if my trading investment goes wrong I still have enough backup from which I can start once again.

i think that would be the best move my friend Cheesy trading is good but still, don't put all of your eggs in just one basket Cheesy you should really have something left on your safebox Wink

Yup that is the right thing to do, only invest that you can afford to loose, and it you make good profits from trading then its a win win situation for you, but you need to be very careful at initial stage.

I think that advice is only for those people who are newbie in the field of trading, while those people who are expert in trading and who know well when to trade and how to trade in order to win as much as possible then I think they can invest all in trading and they will definitely win.
555  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: August 15, 2016, 08:19:03 PM
Many possiblities here, we can see a huge price increasing or decreasing, same with community rising and many other options that can make an impact  on bitcoin in 2017.

I think the next year will bring more happiness for us about bitcoin, in the coming year we will not face any lose in the value of bitcoin, more and more people will come to join this community and the value will touch the moon.
556  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Any advantages to open a bitcoin faucet? on: August 15, 2016, 08:12:07 PM
You should have to start that a bitcoin faucet, but not only a one page faucet, try to implement that faucet in our blog or any other interesting website so that people spend some more time at your site and people come to your site not only for claiming the bits but also for getting some knowledge and entertainment also.
557  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: August 14, 2016, 07:49:42 PM
Just give them Bitcoins and tell them that they can spend it like fiat money.  Smiley You won't have to do anything else. Women like money in any form, simple as that.

Woman like money but they also like easy way for it to use, if we give some bitcoins to someone who do not know anything about it then they will remain in their wallets for years and they will not bother to use them, so the important thing is that we should have to show them that how to use them we have to guide them in every aspect of bitcoin and have to show them how we spend bitcoin for our use and especially we have to teach them how we can get them only for someone work.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase has partnered with Paypal - Officially! on: August 14, 2016, 07:46:14 PM
It's not fully integrated so it seems like this is barely a first step. Really all they're doing is not denying these transactions to go through anymore just solely based on them being cryptocurrency transactions. It's a decent start I guess.

This is huge news!
Even if only in one direction, it is a major step for Bitcoin. I once suffered a 6 months suspension of my Paypal account for the "crime" of (being suspected of) selling Bitcoins (of course the buyer had a great reputation or I wouldn't have done it)

Now paypal came to know that the future is of Bitcoin and if they deny bitcoin people will deny their services and paypal will die, Paypal was really on the way to death as due to the attractive features of bitcoin everyone was shifting to bitcoin for their transactions, so for their survival paypal accepted the fact that bitcoin is the future of virtual business.
559  Other / Archival / Re: Where you get Bitcoin ? on: August 14, 2016, 07:41:27 PM
i had earned 0.01 btc through tough hardwork at freebitco.in
where the they were paying 225 satoshi per hour .

Working for that amount is really a tough hard work, I think you should have to learn about trading, just choose for a good exchange and put your some amount of bitcoin at there to trade with altcoins, I hope you will be able to earn 0.01 BTC in a few minutes with only a few clicks if you start trading.
560  Other / Off-topic / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto - Nationality on: August 14, 2016, 07:37:55 PM
The name is a pure Japanese name, so it mean he will be from Japan, as only Japanese like their names to be from Japanese words, none of the other countries' people like their names to be from Japanese. So from the name we can easily find that Satoshi is from Japan.
