That is very good of you awarding smerit to posts that merit it, and to encourage the creation of a thread which will deal with the economic situations of third word countries cause most of the members of this countries are under oppression of the evil regime and economic recessions and introducing cryptocurrency to members of this countries will help them in they financial life and eradicate the third party system of financial transactions.

For cryptocurrency to be refer to as a currency and used as such there is a need for wider adoption of cryptocurrency as a means of exchange of goods and services and at the moment cryptocurrency has not attained such recognition. Many refer to cryptocurrency as a property due to it monetary value in the exchange where it is best recognized, many market and firms does not recognize cryptocurrency as a true currency.

Well bitcoin is being adopted by so many companies in recent time but the fact is bitcoin still need more adoption that will bring it to lime light cause their are still millions of companies that are not recognizing bitcoin and if they does it will be a great revolution to the entire world payment system.

The total number of bitcoin being traded can not be calculated base on the fact that the figure on coinmarket is only representing the amount of trade that pass through an exchange like binance and the rest, there are lots of trade being carried out through OTC and those trade are decentralized without any record or third party.

Well it depends on your perception about investment and trading cause all the crypto coins are special in their own ways, bitcoin is the best when it comes to trading for other token's but ethereuem is also good due to the fact that it the technology that house all the other erc20 tokens which make it very special.

Am glad this thread is open by a legendary member who don't need a merit cause he is already on the highest position in the forum before the introduction of the merit system, will it will not do you any good withholding your smerit because their are being generated just to be given to others who deserve it in other to encourage them for they hard works but this days it very difficult to earn merit.

Well I never know bitcoin have differences in price and if it does it depends on the exchange you are using, the price is decentralized will have to work with the cause of production which is the cost of mining e.g the cost of electricity which most times differs from country to county.

The raise in the price of ethereuem is as a result of the recent demands for it in the market, the recovery may lead to a successful breakthrough in terms of price and stabilization of ethereuem price because it has suffered a lot of price fall in the year 2018. But we should not forget the volatility of the market any thing can happen at any time.

Cryptocurrency market is unpredictable and at that I can't say that it a battle for supremacy between ethereuem and ripple for the second spot but only time shall tell what will happen in the market and we all hope that 2019 will be a great year for all the cryptocurrencies that have good potential.

The fed raising the rate is just a means of them generating higher revenue and support they government, but the bitcoin market will still fine a way of recovering and raising in price at every situations. The feds laws will affect bitcoin market no daught but with time bitcoin is going to get over it.

Bitcoin is a decentralized currency and at that if you have a wallet address and an internet enable device then you can send and receive bitcoin from any where and at every time, tour country may not support bitcoin but that does not mean you can not own and use bitcoin that is the freedom bitcoin have offered us as a community.

You have great CV there am sure in no time someone who will be needing your service will come knocking at your door and sure if you are skillful as you outline you will have a lot of customers here, and try advertising your skills in the marketing section of the forum cause that is where you skills will be easily noticed.

We can do away with volatility when it comes to cryptocurrency and at that making your choice base on chart and analysis may end up as a disappointment, ICO investment is always a risk and it has to take luck before choosing the right one because most of the rating are always influence by the project owners and at that the top 100 or top 10 may be a fake voting.

I must say you title almost shifted my opinion on the subject matter, but to start with why so many attempt to created cryptocurrency before failed was due to centralized method being use and bitcoin happen to do away with that to come out as the first decentralized coin which is why it succeeded to this point and I think that is an advantage for bitcoin to remain anonymous free from third party influence and so on.

To be honest with you all no good investor will want to invest in any commodity when the commodity is facing crises in terms of it market price, and just like bitcoin as a highly volatile commodity it price is always unpredictable and it takes courage for any one to invest in it during dips but if you can bear the risk the best time to buy bitcoin is when the price is down.

We can't pretend to the fact that bitcoin still need adaptation from the general public because it's only then the usage of bitcoin will replace that of other currencies including the faint paper money and only when Bitcoin is fully regulated by the government that they will allowed it legitimacy.

You are correct if you think that bitcointalk is boring then you should try out some other forums that have more colors and imagery content but without substantial value, I believe if you can take your time to go through the forum you will fine a handful of topics that serves your individual needs as it relates to cryptocurrency.
