762  Economy / Economics / Re: WORLD CRISIS IN 2018 on: November 23, 2018, 05:53:27 PM
Bitcoin is part and parcel of the world economy and what ever effect the economy of the world will have direct impact on bitcoin too since bitcoin does not exist independently. And even in this year bitcoin has gone through lots of challenges ranging from tense attack and tite regulations which have resulted in the price crash we are witnessing right now.
763  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor Internet Services Could Cause Hamper Crypto Adoption in Africa on: November 22, 2018, 07:16:42 PM
Africa is a large segment of the world economy that could see some challenges in catching up with the rest of the world in being a part of the crypto revolution due to poor internet services infrastructure. This is the fall out from less investment in the development of the sector. Crypto is a much more needed addition to the Africa economy as it has the potential to generate huge wealth and get the younger generation engaged.Africa should a crypto hub.

https://news.bitcoin.com/poor-internet-access-could-slow-down-cryptocurrency-growth-in-africa/

The world population statistics states that Africa has 80% of the world population and even at that Africa still remains one of the most undeveloped continent of the world, with inadequate technological development which hinder speedy adoption of modern technologies such as cryptocurrency and inadequate internet connection and lack of electricity supply is one of the major factors that contributes to that.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Ether? on: November 22, 2018, 07:11:24 PM
Vitalik Buterin and his colleagues make a high-quality product, in one of the interviews the phrase slipped: "Ethereum is good, but because Vitalik Buterin is involved". What do you think: can Vitaclik be like cryptocurrency Jobs? What if he leaves? What would happen to Ethreum? Or only teamwork is important for a good crypto?
Since he is the founder I think the success of the ethereum is deeply rooted in in and if he decide to take a walk from the project then that will be the beginning of the end of ethereum, and that is what it with a centralized token their are always rooted with the developer's, the entire ethereum can not survive without vitalik.
765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Decentralized Vs Centralized Exchanges on: November 22, 2018, 05:15:51 PM
I have taken a deep look into projects who are listed on a decentralized exchange recently and found out that most of them due to non regulatory framework are easily manipulated on and tent to become pump and dump leading to it investor's losing they investment. But the centralized exchange on the other hand e.g binance and the rest only list coins who have gone through adequate regulations and are certified to protect at list if not up to 100% minimal of 70% investor's found, so I will always option in to a centralized exchange.
766  Other / Meta / Re: Save Bitcoin Discussion subforum on: November 22, 2018, 04:17:37 PM
I went through the first couple of pages to look for posts to merit, and I managed to find a couple, but most of it was of little interest to me, so I got bored and quit.

Maybe we need a bondage board for chained coins. Smiley
Indeed to eradicate spamming is the reason the merit system was introduced in the first place but to my greatest surprise the rate of spamming is still at alarming rate, and that is making the work of merit sources very hard to find constructive and helpful posts to merit on because their are always berried by insubstantial post's.
767  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin, Gold or Money? on: November 22, 2018, 04:02:46 PM
Well bitcoin is design to be unstable and volatile and that is what give it that unique nature of being decentralized cause it value can't be easily manipulated on by any central authority, but on like the traditional money which is control by a central authority which easily manipulate on it price. And this unstable price of bitcoin is what make it to be risky then either the gold and the traditional money because the both have a stable price and value.
768  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Depression.. the disease of our times? on: November 21, 2018, 06:16:04 PM
I think what most young people thinks is depression is just loneliness and pain at a moment, well depression grows with time and eat it victims from the inside, depression is highly deadly even more deadly then cancer. But depression can still be overcome with hard work and lots of mental exercise.
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why deceiving others? on: November 21, 2018, 06:11:28 PM
Well before even considering to invest in cryptocurrency you must first of all understand the nature of the cryptocurrency market and how highly volatile it is, and secondly don't make your choice base on the suggestions of others always try to carry out your own personal research and get your facts right before investing and also invest what you can afford to lose in case of any eventuality.
770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nobody Buying Cryptocurrency :( on: November 21, 2018, 06:06:49 PM
In most cases and at a Time like this when the market in all in red people tend to rush into panic selling and at time same time only a few people will be considering buying cryptocurrency due to the fear of the unknown. In this recent crash in price there have been a lot of people dumping the holding and not willing to risk further loses at all.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Last quarter hope? on: November 21, 2018, 03:26:26 PM
The situations in the cryptocurrency market is so saddening to only those who have fixed their mind thinking that bull run always comes in the last quarter of the year, no daught the year 2018 have been a very challenging year for the entire cryptocurrency market but the fact still remains that we must take into account how volatile the market can be at every point. And at that the condition can still change at any point in time let keep the hope alive.
772  Economy / Economics / Re: How the Bank works to make money? on: November 21, 2018, 02:59:47 PM
The banking sector is linked to so many other sectors in the society where the invest and generate income on a constant basis, bank are involve in so many financial activities that at the end yield them profits and interest from where they pay their staffs. Such as credit granting! The bank give out loans which are pay back with high interest. And again banks invest the deposits customers keep with them into other business to make gains.
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Game Over for Bitcoin? on: November 21, 2018, 02:55:24 PM
It not a game over yet in fact the game have just started and at that let be ready to play on, bitcoin ever since the unset is termed a volatile assets and at that we must learn that the price can never be stable and since bitcoin does not have a fixed price it can move which ever ways it price can go up and at the same time comes down, and the only thing responsible for this is the force of demands for it in the exchange market.
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market in depression on: November 20, 2018, 08:13:02 PM
Well judging from the present market condition it not clear that the market will recover any time soon, because by this time last year 2017 the cryptocurrency market was already on a bull run. But since the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile any thing can still happen before the end of the year 2018 if only the demands increase significantly we can still have that bull running again.

776  Economy / Speculation / Re: What occurs BTC falling down again? on: November 20, 2018, 12:07:45 PM
I think the primary reasons why the cryptocurrency market went down this week was due to the war in bitcoin cash and the forking, the market have Been affected greatly lately and there have not been any sighn of recovering soon as the deep has continued to get deepened. We just hope the bitcoin market will recover from this soon.
777  Economy / Speculation / Re: Epic buying opportunity on: November 20, 2018, 09:41:42 AM
Yeah it really a ones in a lifetime opportunity its time to buy more bitcoin since the price is almost touching $4000, but most investors are skeptical about this due to the recent happenings in the market where the market has always fine it almost impossible to recover after each deep fall in price. But in all never invest what you can not afford to lose, and always know that the bitcoin market is always volatile.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which alts to buy? on: November 20, 2018, 09:01:17 AM
To make the best choice on which altcoin you can invest in I recommend you to visit the bounty section of this forum there you will fine a lot of new projects at their icos stage with good potential for future profits but before you invest in any of them take your time to carry out personal research about the coin and read their white papers in other to make good choice. But to me I think mb8coin is one of the good projects that is going to be successful you can take a look at it.
779  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks must adopt new technologies to survive an ongoing “extinction phase” on: November 20, 2018, 08:54:17 AM
The banking sector had adopt a wide rang of new technologies in recent times and that is what is resulting into the new phase of an economy which is the cashless society, and some other new tech too. But I don't think blockchain will be adopted soon despite the fact that it presence and relevance can not be over look.
780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin bankruptcy on: November 19, 2018, 02:31:05 PM
The whole market is in a rush rushing downward and the next move is totally unpredictable, just check the price of bitcoin now in the coin market and it standing at $5138, but we must remain optimistic about the whole thing and keep hoping that the bull run will soon be here again. Hodl is the answer.
