201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Need a help on: October 07, 2019, 01:09:19 PM
Hi!

ETH is now in an extremely low position. How good is the idea chat avenue to buy it now?

Thanks.

Ethereum makes a solid part of my portfolio, but at the moment I am not sure if it is worth buying. BTC is acting unpredictable and it all depend on BTC, the chance that ETH will drop below 100 bucks is very high in my opinion.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When will Altcoins come out of the Bear Market? on: October 07, 2019, 01:08:08 PM
its the question of the year...
really hard to tell and im not sure that anybody knows
but you can dollar cost average while waiting and read books

Nobody can predict crypto movement, but I believe that the biggest problem of altcoins is the dominance of Bitcoin. As soon as, the dominance would fall below 50-60 percent, altcoins would become a necessary space for growth.
203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: From 150 - To 15 000 $ - ETH (speculation) on: October 07, 2019, 01:06:53 PM
I hardly doubt that ETH would ever cost 15k USD. ETH is very weak right now and the only hope to make things better is ETH 2.0 update that should see the light at the beginning of next year, but even ETH 2.0 would not be able to push the price above 1k.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Make Money Without Trading or Gambling on: October 07, 2019, 01:05:53 PM
Instead of investing in a noname coin that offers dividends, just buy a solid amount of the most popular staking coins like EOS. The outcome would be pretty much the same and you would hold a serious crypto currency in your portfolio.
205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what will happen if the ethereum price decline continues? on: October 07, 2019, 09:40:28 AM
nothing will happen if it keeps declining... there are many people shorting it and earning money on the down sides too, so...

I think that if ETH would keep decreasing in price, it simply would be replaced by another altcoin that is more competitive. ETH is very weak and oversold at the moment, and I would not wonder if LTC or XRP will replace this coin.
206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins prices are bleeding heavily on: October 07, 2019, 09:39:24 AM
do you think this down market will continues and welcome back to the bears in crypto market again ?

Yes I do and I still do not get why people are so optimistic about the future of crypto market? Bakkt exchange has failed, altcoins are not raising, BTC is falling as well and no massive announcements are coming till the end of this year. For me it sounds like another bearish year.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Cryptocurrency Should You Still Have In 2019 on: October 07, 2019, 09:38:09 AM
Bitcoin remains the first choice for our long-term investment assets, but there are some Altcoins in 2019 that I think can provide us with good profits. I chose Decoin coins (DTEP) as new coins but had the chance to become potential coins in the future. Now their prices are very low on the market so it is suitable for us to buy as a long-term investment.

I am holding DTEP as well, but it seems they are not doing well. The price of the sale was slightly below 1 USD per coin and now it is around 300 satoshi. I keep buying DTEP and believe that they will do much better in the future.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the Ton, one of the biggest project ! on: October 06, 2019, 05:16:53 PM
Telegram crypto would be a game changer in the whole industry, because it has a working service, is truly decentralised and has a famous team. The only thing I would not recommend is to take part on various TON token sales that are happening on different exchanges at the moment.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fee-less cryptocurrencies...Are they the future? on: October 06, 2019, 05:15:37 PM
I cannot understand how a network can function without any fees? At least, they need funds to keep developing their product, do marketing, promotional offers and much more. Projects without any fee do not live long.
210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: REQUEST FOR GAS FEE TO GET PAID ARE SCAM. on: October 06, 2019, 05:14:35 PM
I thought nobody is doing that anymore. This is the first sign of scammers, asking money for anything. If somebody asks you to provide a gas fee, even for legit bounty payments, you can be sure that such project won't last for long.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: October 06, 2019, 01:59:15 PM
Without any doubt 90 percent of existing cryptos will go to zero within several years from now on, but the strongest would stay and develop. It is like a casino,  because you need to bet on some of those coins, BTC and ETH are definitely one of them.
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: free ESO Wallet on: October 06, 2019, 01:58:13 PM
There is no free EOS wallet like ERC-20 or BTC. You are forced to pay a small commission to open an account. But I have joined a bounty programme where an EOS wallet was needed and they gave away them for free.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra left alone by a big payment processor on: October 06, 2019, 01:57:02 PM
I believe they would make it sooner or later. Sure some companies will go, but some other companies will get on board. Libra would be a great push for the whole industry, but FB needs to take it more serious.
214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can you recommend some potential DAG coins? on: October 06, 2019, 12:45:49 PM
IOTA is definitely one of the best alternatives on the market. If not ETH, then it would be IOTA, but they need to be more aggressive on the market by doing more promotions, marketing actions and product updates, because I haven't heard from them for a while.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Privacy Coins under Scrutiny? on: October 06, 2019, 12:44:44 PM
Privacy coins will be eliminated from the market as soon as crypto currencies will get mass adopted. No government in the world will accept decentralised anonymous payments, because they are untrackable and are not bringing taxes payments.
216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How important is the name of a cryptocurrency project? on: October 06, 2019, 12:43:28 PM
It does not matter at all how a coin is named, because there are some more aspects that are much more important to collect funds and to end with listing on a good exchange like team management, marketing plan and a working decentralised solution to an existing problem.

218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra vs XRP on: August 03, 2019, 12:35:45 PM
Libra would defeat XRP without any doubt, because I believe they want to realise the same goal. Libra has more supporters and is backed by more than 100 big companies including such giants as Facebook, Uber and many others.
219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adoption Over Bull Run on: August 03, 2019, 12:32:54 PM
Right now we are too far away from reaching the mass adoption and the first reasons are scam projects that are taking place every single day. Until we would be able to eliminate them, I prefer to have several bullruns in the meantime.
220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead / Dying Coins you want revived on: August 03, 2019, 12:30:19 PM
If they are dying off then it is their own fault. If they are not able to keep the interest of investors to their coin and the trading volume, nothing would really help to revive those coins. Moreover, those coins will free some space for more perspective competitors, which is great for the industry in general.
